I had placed a order (Order num:[protected] on 22 nov 2018 for hospital bed which cost me rs 32844 but had asked to cancel the bed on 26 nov 2018. I had mail as well as call communication with them. They said they have cancelled and i will get refund. But on website it's still not cancelled and i have not received any mail subject to cancel from their site. Please help me get my refund.

    The order delivered on 15th Nov'18 to us which we have already cancelled within 7 working days(29th Oct'18) of ordering date(21st Oct'18) and we paid the vendor in cash as we mistook this order with the order no:[protected] which we placed on the site on 1st Nov'18. We have all the order cancellation email and respective details regarding this which has sent by the company.

      We are manufacturer of igt gas regulators. We found our products on industybuying.com. But we never gave permission to any one to sell our products online.
      We have sent a couple of mails to you. But we didn't hear back from you.
      Without our permission how you sell our products online. Remove our products on industrybuying within 48 hrs, otherwise we will take necessary action.

        Toooooo late still i not yet received my order what is the reason for getting delayed to despatch my order.. R u manufacturing the product after getting money from customer.. Very bad about your service.. No proper response from your costomer care executive's.. You people testing the costomer passion. You people said that order despatch details with be updated with in seven days.. Now i received a mail that order will be still delayed and with in next seven days if the product not despatched my order will be cancelled.. Is this is the way you people respond.. You are mishandling costomers money.. Without having the stock you just trading with photos and descriptions.. If you people have the stock with you what is the problem of despatching it on time.           I placed an online order, orde, r no :[protected], for two dc circuit breakers 'c&s csmbs1dc63 63 a wintrip2 miniature circuit breaker 1 pole '. The company has not even processed the order after 7 days.

          There is no provision to contact, complain or follow up the order. The chat is always offline.

          I suspect fraud. The company should be taken off from the indian market and cybersecurity agencies to be informed.

            This product booked on 04/10/2018 and paid by debit card on name mr. Sukesh, powertex, karipai road, phone [protected]. Kalamassery. By inquiring on 18/10/2018, they say from customer care, order can shipped only on 30/10/2018. By an amount of rs11758. While site says with in one week to our pin code location. Order cancelled on same day and waited for refund. After regular calls, they are not paid until this date, 2/11/2018, for past days calling customer care, and they say this has processed and check in bank. We checked on regular basis and any credit in account will reflect through mobile. Request for an action from your part.

                I placed an order ref[protected] dt 2nd. Oct as per proforma invoice attached. Item delivered 10th. October around 06:00 pm. Checked item and found it defective in upper handle crack as per photo attached and informed seller on 12th. Oct with photo evidence. The seller has been dodging replacement of the damaged part for several days passing the complaint from one person to another within the company without taking any action. This is a critical part and makes the item unusable correctly. We are requesting replacement of only the part and not the item as we have tested rest of the item for a very short period & it works. The packing was good and no damage could be seen from outside.

                After switch on, immediately the LED bulb started emmitting fumes followed with bursting, results in separation of front portion and holder portion of the bulb.

                Moreover, the brightness of the LED bulbs during glow is very less, not up to the mark.

                  I ordered a printer ink cartridge from this site and they have not yet shipped my printer cartridge which i had ordered on 4th of october. The order number is[protected]

                  I called them multiple times, first time they told me they take 7 days to ship, then later i called several times, each time they tell me to call later as server is down.. On 11th i got a mail telling me bluntly that “we’re taking a bit longer to process your order, we will refund your order if not shipped within next seven days”

                  First of all i did not place order to hear back after 8 days that we will refund if we do not ship in next week.. 15 days is too long for order processing and its truly unprefessional to list products they cannot arrange to ship.

                  Secondly even that deadline is over now and refund is not initiated.

                  This was my first buying experience from
                  This company, may be its a fradulent one. Kindly get my amount refunded. I will advise other readers to avoid this site as its risky and non committed one.

                        Sir, i ordered (Order no.[protected] two pieces of mahindra bolero headlight assembly type 1 on[protected] and made online payment through debit card. Since there came no mail or information till[protected], i e-mailed to their customer care twice, but no response at all. Then i telephoned to their customer care on[protected] and the service guy answered that my item is being packed for shipping. However no e-mail or message till now. This is pure cheating and nothing else buy this fraudulent website.

                              I would like to register a complaint against industry buying. I have ordered clutch plats for swift 2016 model but they send me clutch plat for 2009 model. Which is in bigger size. They have nowhere mentioned in the site that this is use for 2009 model only or any specification. I simple purchased it as a layman thought that this will fit to my swift 2016 model. When i emailed them about it and request them to change my product but they are not ready to listen my issue and pointing on me that i should check before buy. I do understand but this is also their responsibilities to mention the particular specification on site. They are totally trying to do fraud with the customers. Selling old product on discount to attract the buyers. I do my most of the shoppings online but this is the first company i found fake and not trustworthy.                                   With respect to order number[protected] placed on e commerce site http://www.industrybuying.com on 14th aug 2018 for 2 number bata industrials shoes. After repeated efforts of contact 1 shoe got dispatched and reached us on 29th august, but it is wrong sized. Our order is for size 7 and we got size 6. And the other shoe never shipped. We are trying to contact there customer care number[protected] for 1 week now, no response, always busy and some time number doesn't exist reply on call. When reached on chat service they have no courtesy to respond the queries and resolve, shows there audacity to copy paste a ready script saying to cancel the order. Want you to take proper action against this provider and teach a lesson to not to play with customer's mental peace and negligence on them.

                                    I purchased htc dm-81 digital multimeter (Ac voltage range 0 to 750v) through your site and i received my order today (01/09/2018) there are some faulties as followed below.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I had ordered qty 2 steel rack from Industry Buying (Order number[protected] dated 24 Jun 2018. The item was received on 05 Jul 2018 but it was damaged in transit. There was no packing done, just it was wrapped with a plastic sheet (bubble wrap). I returned the item by FEDEX (Tracking No:[protected] on 10 Jul 2018. Mr. Sumit promised to refund the amount of Rs. 5, 638 within 3 days of receipt of item. I have sent multiple reminders and emails to him but they are not responding.

                                      Kindly take action to get my refund and take punitive action for their lapse.

                                      Paid advance payment of Rs.7, 386/- against attached Proforma Invoice.
                                      Since the product not available they confirmed to refund the amount.
                                      Now no body responding to refund and avoiding phone calls and email.
                                      Attached their proforma invoice and their mail accepting to refund.

                                        Item received is damaged condition. Maxvolt domestic water pump received is physical damaged. Bottom body is broken, so body is not resting on the floor. Fan cover is bent and bulged inside, obstructing the motor rotation. I request you to please replace with good one.
                                        I am finding very difficult in return/rejection is very difficult. it should be customer friendly.
