These companies are fake, these companies offer themselves attractive offers online on their web site such as the rate of the goods in half, when they order their goods and pay them as per their instructions, then these people give one Later in the day, you say that you will not be able to get these goods, now its rate has increased which will require you to order a father
I am requesting all of you to think well before buying anything from this company that the company does not give the goods and the payment also takes a lot of time to pay the father
I had paid Rs.7769/- (including Shipping & gst charge ) for Supreme Chairs 6 pies, then after two days, he canceled my order, saying that now I have to pay them Rs.19022 / - with shipping charge & gst.

    As a customer I would like to purchase one product from industrybuying website, regarding that I have call’d the customer support number, there is no proper response from them, so that I have asked the team members that I would like to speak to their superiors, everybody told that they won’t connect my call to them, and even they have told they won’t speak to the customers it seems. As a customer I was totally upset with them. Kindly take necessary action against them.

                  Hi, i was looking for tyres of 5 x 10 size. The said were available on industrybuying.com. Since these were for my car, i wanted only rib type grip (As shown on the product photograph on the site). Since the description was mentioned as lug type (Which i did not want), i called the helpline no. Of the portal and opted for assistance for purchase. The lady on the call (Ms. Anjali dwivedi, put me on hold, spoke to the vendor and confirmed that as desired by me, the tyres will be as in the picture (Rib typre grip) only and not lug type. She further sent me a test mail with her name and contact no. And asked me to go ahead and place the order and forward here the order details for further follow up with the vendor on the same. Accordingly, i placed the order for 4 typres and forwarded the details to her. Now, i have received lug type tyres (Which i specifically did not want). Ms. Anjali is now not receiving my call / not coming on the call centre lines. I raised a complaint for wrong delivery, cancellation and refund. However, i have received a response that the product is as per specifications and hence cannot be returned.

                  I have repeatedly requested them to review their response as it is only after confirmation from industry buying that i have placed the order. However, they keep repeating their response that the product delivered is as per specifications. I have tried reaching them on phone too, but they do not respond.

                  I feel cheated and request for justice.

                    I had initiated refund on order ID[protected], refund request ID: RE3071144B24, as the product delivered to me was defective on arrival (as discussed with the manuafacturer- logs available).

                    Product was purchased from industrybuying.com

                    It's been almost a week now and there's no sign of progress in the refund process. I contacted their customer support twice- once on their online chat, and again via email, both of which were unhelpful- I kept getting referred to another department, without anyone taking responsibility for the refund.

                    I then tried emailing the Founders, who haven't replied yet.

                    Online reviews of this site tilt strongly towards it being a Scam, hence I'm concerned about my money.

                    As a last resort, I am posting this on ConsumerComplaints.in following which I plan on proceeding via Consumer Forum.

                            I placed the order for 3 fire extinguishers (Order no.[protected] on november 6th 2018 by paying rs 4868 which was partly delivered after a month.
                            I reported on 8th dec that the quantity received was one instead of three, however i have not get any kind o[censored]pdate till date.
                            Its really frustrating to follow up for one order for 2 months.
                            This fire extinguisher was ordered for an indoor badminton stadium which is functional now, any damage caused to any products or lives would be absolutely due to your delay, it demand a refund for not being able to fulfill the order completely so that i could go ahead and purchase it myself.

                              I had order a grinding machine and another product on 13/12/2018 and it show the delivery within 4 working days but still now it on approval only still is not proceed further, if i call they gave me a complaint number on 20/12/2018 and will solved within 48 hours but still now is pending and there is no proper response. If i call the customer care number it is temporary out of service. And there is no response for my mail too.

                                I am complaining about your shipments of fire extinguisher. I have purchased two times through prepaid payment online transaction but both the time i neither received the product nor the customer care gave me any proper information regarding the shipment why not delivered to me till date. The status showed rto delivered. But that was not true. The shipment neither delivered to any courier nor it was returned to your store house from any courier. First shipment prepaid payment was credited to my account after my complaint. But again the next shipment holds the same story continued.
