The product is not yet packed or despatched from your side. And even i tried to complaint or to know the exact details of the product with your customer care. There is no proper reply and response from your side. Please take proper action...

I had ordered an intex irist smartwatch. I ordered this watch on 17th of march. But i didn't receive it yet, it is almost more than a week since i ordered the smart watch. They had mentioned in their site that the order will be dispatched in 5-7 days. Whenever i track my order it is shown to be approval. Hi all, this is Rajesh from Hyderabad.
I have placed order (order Id:[protected] from IB on 28th December 2018 and they promised me to deliver in 4 to 7 days. But its still in approavl status and not moving ahead. I would like to cancel the order and it's now allowing to cancel.

Shall I complaint on https://www.consumercomplaints.in and proceed with legal action on IB. Can someone help me...

I placed the order for 3 fire extinguishers (Order no.[protected] on november 6th 2018 by paying rs 4868 which was partly delivered after a month.
I reported on 8th dec that the quantity received was one instead of three, however i have not get any kind o[censored]pdate till date.

I am complaining about your shipments of fire extinguisher. I have purchased two times through prepaid payment online transaction but both the time i neither received the product nor the customer care gave me any proper information regarding the shipment why not delivered to me till date. I had placed a order (Order num:[protected] on 22 nov 2018 for hospital bed which cost me rs 32844 but had asked to cancel the bed on 26 nov 2018. I had mail as well as call communication with them. They said they have cancelled and i will get refund. But on website it's still not cancelled and i have not received any mail subject to cancel from their site. Please help me get my refund....

The order delivered on 15th Nov'18 to us which we have already cancelled within 7 working days(29th Oct'18) of ordering date(21st Oct'18) and we paid the vendor in cash as we mistook this order with the order no:[protected] which we placed on the site on 1st Nov'18. We have all the order cancellation email and respective details regarding this which has sent by the company.
