Dear sir, I had purchased power bank callmate 20000 mah techno 3 light 3 usb power bank from infibeam website and they delivered the same with the product which was delivered to me is not working properly and i am sure something is fault in the power bank and now they are not entertaining my complaint on mail due to they only accept the complaints regarding the product only till 72 hours from the time of delivery. I am totally dis-satisfy with it and no one help me for changing the product nether seller nor infibeam. Who will resolve the issue.
