We went for a malayalam movie on 30/6/2017 at Inox thrissur, 10.30pm show. They with out prior information denied us food during movie interval in the name of GST implementation.when we complaints to the manager, he behaved harsh. Even though we asked them to provide some other facility to get food, they didto do it. None of the staff accepted the fault in their service and they flight with all the customers.

Hi this is srikanth yesterday which means 27/06/17 have been for a movie in cmr central vizag screen 4 the ticket booking and combo booking was done through paytm online. When we visited the inox, i personally went to the food and refuel counter and told the employee that i made a online booking for combo and gave the id number of 383006 and told him to deliver before the break (I. E.) anytime between the show. Where as he failed to do that, in the break time when i personally went and asked regarding this issue he was giving me a lame excuse which irritated me a lot and cancelled the booking. Please kindly take action to such kind of issues so that it will not repeat and gives you to serve better in future.

I had visited today at 7.50 p. M show of cars 3 in 3d at inox raghuleela on 17/06/17.
It was my worst experience at any theatre as at the time of whole movie a/c was not working n i was totally sweat. I just wasted my 1200 amount on this theatre.
I[censored] don't hv a/c working, why to keep shows just cancel them na..
Hence forth i will never visit any inox theatre nor will recommend any of my friends to visit there..

Dear sir,

I have vpurchase two tickets for. 2017 movie., my boking id 41398 and. Peck up code 8567 is dated. 05/06/17. Vshow time 12.20. I request to inox manager please cancelation. My both the tickets and refund my money in. Atuomatic pytem returned my account.
So i kindly requested to refund my amount as soon as possible please. Amount of rs 354.52 must been refund.

I just got out of screen 2 after watching Hindi medium. Although the movie was a great one, my experience with the theatre seats wasn't.

I was seated at C-6. And my seat was bending too much when I leaned and therefore the person behind me, who was apparently when tall, was hurting disturbed and also I was constantly being pushed by his knees. As I cannot blame him for his height, it's the seats which needs the repairing. Also the leg space is too less.

After 3 mins, the movie was stopped. No explanation was given inox authorities.
When they were asked about the reason, they behaved in a rude way.
It's been over 15 mins now but movie not yet resumed and no one around to whom we can as for updates.
Very unprofessional.
Is this the value given to the customer.

On 28.05.17 at INOX Dhanbad, Movie ticket for show at 3:25 PM was asked. Time of booking was 1 PM . ticket was booked for 12:40 PM show. When asked for the correct ticket, counter staff plainly lied that ticket for 12:40 show was asked. When matter was discussed with the manager, he behaved no differently. Very rude, money minded and unapologetic staff.

I booked two tickets online from inox website. (Inox at vr mall surat) their is no instruction regarding tickets for kids more than three year. When i reached at cinema, at entrance they shown me, tickets requured for my kids who is 4.5 year. I deny, in other theater, they dont so why you forcing me...
Movie time just ruining, so i took ticket...
When i reached to my seat... I saw few couples have childs, byt they dont have tickets for their kids... That i asked to them...
I run to management team...

I need justice...

They deny and forcefully they told me we wll look in to matter...

The behaviour of team was insulting...

I recommend, if you wish to go for movie, go to rajhans, cimepolis, cityplus... These are local cinemas and staff are very cooperative...

I went to Ansal Plaza:INOX on 25th may for a movie scheduled at 6.45pm. In the interval I went to purchase a water bottle as I had forgot to get from my home. O was charged Rs.50 for a 1Ltr Kinley Water Bottle which is otherwise sold for Rs.20. Please take this into consideration. Attaching the receipt of the same here. A strict action should be taken . I will be highly obliged.

I had recently visited inox jalgaon with my parents & kid. My kid being choosy about snacks and father being diabetic I carried some food items with me viz home made popcorn, fruit juice, rajgira ladoo n a pack of machos chips. However the security guard would not allow us to carry it inside. We had to keep it out and eat out! Whereas others were enjoying the snack available at inox in the theatre! How rude is that? Why should it be compulsory that we purchase only the food at inox promises? If audience carry the food available at inox in theaters and litter in theatre that is permitted but homemade simple snacks that too if we carry all wrapping/container back with us in our bags like any responsible citizens is not permitted?my parents can understand and come out and munch something when they get restless due to sugar problem, but how do you expect me to explain my kid that home made healthy food isn't allowed where as only the junk food served by inox at triple cost is permitted? And the staff is so arrogant??? Do we spent so much to tolerate the arrogance o[censored]r staff?

I booked two tickets through paytm to watch hindi medium on 24th may'17, 09:30pm show. At matri mall, bangalore.

When entered the screen the entire auditorium was stinky and smelly especially near our seats c 1, 2

When we complained about the condition and asked the support staff to at least bring some room sprayer. He didn't understand our complaint and he started cleaning the seats. And was saying it is clean.
Then i went to speak to the auditorium in charge. He came after my repeated request for coming and checking the condition. After which he is asking his support staff to bring cushions for us. And said the smell is coming because of the carpet.
In the mean while 20 mins of the movie got over. After which we asked for a refund. He gave a fabulous answer "since it is a paytm ticket we can't refund". Then after convincing him to allocate other seats to us he some how managed to find a better seat.

Inox service and quality sucks

We want to bring to your notice that the air conditioning was not properly functional at inox panjim goa during the 7.30 pm show of bahubaali in cinema 2 on 17th of may 2017 (Seat no. A15 & a16). We also spoke to the manager on duty mr. Vedant after the show but he was unable to give us a proper reply.

We request you to kindly look into the matter and get back to us coz this show was not an entertainment to us.

Very Rarely goes to cinemas, only when there is a blockbuster is showing.
Hence, Yesterday i went Inox Sunny Trade Centre, new AAtish Market, Mansarovar, Jaipur. There i have seen that the snack prices are more than the movie ticket itself, then i refuse to buy anything over there but my son is so stubborn and didn't make me to watch movie without Popcorn, then there i took him to canteen in between the show and asked for popcorn they said small pack is of Rs. 180/-... i was shocked infact he insisted me to but large one then i said no, just give me samller one which is just because of my Son.
There i thought that i should do a complaint for this as Popcorn is a snack which everyone can afford to buy but these cinemas are looting customers and making money without any hesitation.
Our Govt. should make a law against it and need to take against very soon.
These Cinemas cannot make us helpless to just buy a pack of Popocorn which is just Rs. 15-25/- outside Cinemas.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I booked the ticket for inox satyam Patel Nagar new delhi for baahubali 2 for today date for 3 pm show. It was shocked that the AC functioning was not good. Chairs were not comfort friendly as per the normal height of the person. We were sweating for entire three hours in the Audi 2. We complain to the person in the floor but nothing substantial action been taken. We spended so much of money only for the comfort and we have not been serviced well. Kindly take the note on this issue and let me know.

I went to watch meri pyari Bundu today at inox Bhubaneswar. The movie interval period was exactly 25 minutes. Is this a joke? The entire movie experience got ruined. 25 minutes o[censored]seless cement and jewellery advertisements ruined the entire feel of the movie. My friend had the same experience while watching bahubali 2 at inox. Being such a reputed multiplex it is extremely disgusting how you take money for stupid advertisements and ruin the movie experience for the audience who should be your first priority. Many people have stopped watching movies at inox and go to Maharaja and Kesari talkies instead which provides good sound and picture quality and a better movie atmosphere. I had this same experience before as well at inoxinox Bhubaneswar but today was the limit. My entire movie experience was ruined. Thank you Inbox. This was my last time there.

I'm hereby to complain on this board because i found that the securities are allowing drunken people inside the cinema. May be it does not mention on the terms and conditions but it spoils the entire cinema hall. The securities knowingly allowing them in MADURAI. Also i had been noticing one time below 18 are allowed without proper checking. It is not upto standard. We as a consumer need pucca cinematic experience as we experience in chennai and bangalore. I had booked 3 tickets for The guardians of the galaxy 2 on 4th May 2017 at INOX Brookefield mall using bookmyshow app. The screen time was 12:50PM on 7th May 2017. On 5th May 2017, I got a call from a representative of INOX that due to some technical issues movie will not be screened at that time, so your money will be refunded within 2 days. I called him after 3 days and he told that I need to wait. Till now I didn't got any message or email from INOX for this inconvenience.
Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

Recently i am watching bahubali 2 with my friends and my seat number is b-16, 17, 18, 19 audi-2 tuesday 5/9/17 i was sitting on b-19
When movie started i just placed my phone in cup holder and when i took my phone back on interval it was full of salsa dip and the result is speakers are not working. And duty manager mr. Mrityunjay kumar denied to take any action. But delayed on tomorrow. Just need one answer who is responsible for this phone. Me who was a fool who came here to watch movie??? Or anyone else

Recently i watched bahubali 2 in inox chennai arcot road but screen clarity is very worst. There was some disturbance in screen throughout movie in screen 1. Very dissatisfied while watching high budget movie. Even my friend also facing same issue. We paid 120 rs for ticket but experience was worst in such standard organization. Resolve and confirm
