I do have a complain regarding one of your staff in inox burdwan, his name is manoj das. Not only he misbehave with me and my friends during my visit at inox burdwan on 28th january 2017 (Show time 4.45 pm) but also use slang languages. I was there with my friend to watch padmaavat. I also shocked to see such misbehave of an inox staff. He now send me abusive text message and using slang language in my facebook page.
Inox burdwan is one of the favorite cinema hall in burdwan. We do often vist there along with our friends.

I request you to take some necessary action against him otherwise such misbehaves of an inox staff like him is very bad for reputation.

    Is inox dosent bother about its customers satisfaction. Does they need only money. I have encountered an worst issue with your security p. Amar in vijayawada (Gandhi nagar) why there is no respect when they are toalking to a customer and giving worst replys. They might do their job but we are paying money. So kindly give respect to customers.

      It's very hurtling to witness such a pathetic service received from inbox, swabhumi, kolkata. The movie pari scheduled at 5.20 pm on 4th march 2018, but the cleaning happened till 5.25 pm. Without providing minimum cooling environment outside the hall. Its very annoying to wait till a long time in a suffocating waiting area.. Very unhappy with such service.. Please look into this. I[censored] claim that you are the finest movie experience provider in the country then please take it as a serious one.. Thanks..

        We're very regular customer at inox cinema. Me and my friends have watched lots of movies over here. From last two experiences, we've noticed cruel experience of staff. They gave torn note of 10 rupees and I asked for change. They don't even give other note and sudden arguing very badly. Please improve staff behavior. Thank you.

          While watching a movie on 2nd march 18, a rat ran over my feet. After complaining to the staff they came up with a brilliant plan of keeping a gum pad (Which attracts rats) below my seat. As i'm about to leave the country and dint want to miss out on a great movie, i continued watching. However, i spent my entire time with one eye on the curtains covering the left wall of the cinema hall which made the rodent's movements highly evident. I have been visiting this cinema hall since its inception... But this is the second time i have observed this incidence and first time i've been personally involved in.

            Hello,

            Just to let you know the worst experience which we had to see the movie padman at city center 2 in kolkata on last friday - the movie is scheduled to start at 6 15, however it started at 6 40 delaying 25 minutes, this is not end here during the interval - advertisements was shown for 28 minutes - you don’t have any right to waste our an hour time on watching bloody adds since i have paid rs 220 to buy the ticket, not watching it on television at home - this isn’t acceptable at all.

            This happens only here in india - it’s our responsibly to make our country a better one. You should value our time - hope you look into my feedback and take necessary steps.

              We have come toinox in city centre kolkata to watch padman 9:30 p. M show. Initially we were shown advertisements for half an hour. Again after intermission half an hour was wasted for advertisement. So for a movie of 2hours and 20 minutes, viewers have to sit for one hour extra. This is not the kind of service one would expect from inox. We understand that advertisements will be shown but one hour is too much as our time and money are also precious to us. We would appreciate if inoxtakes the matter seriously and does not give us a chance to complain next time onwards.

              I personally dislike the rule which does not allow outside food which forces us to buy overpriced food .

                Sir this is to notify you a employee name rahul at inox city plaza jaipur has shown rough and rude behaviour
                Since we were giving him 500 rs notes since we have to see padman show of 5 pm and he on 1st instance said that he require 20 rs change before we gave him 20rs he said he will us 80 rs in coin form we said no we are giving him
                Than the words used by him was i[censored] r intersted 80rs coin than it is ok otgerwise leave tge counter that too in very rough and rash manner and when we protested he said that he is not at fault
                It is a humble request kindly take some stringent actions so in order to reprimand that person from doing such actions in future

                  Went to watch morning show "shadi mein zaroor aana" at inox liluah on 17th dec'17.

                  The combo option of coffee & patties was availed.

                  One person served me both above in a tray with "hot coffee" with coffee not placed in the slot meant for coffee; resulting spilling of hot coffee on my pants...

                  I have to rush to wash room for pouring water on my legs to avoid burn injuries.

                  When informed to mr mr abdur rashid on the counter ; instead of been apologetic he rudely asked me "should have been more careful"...!!!

                  Please let me know is it possible to see "how the coffee glass is kept in pitch darkness when the movie was being played..."???

                  Mr shouvik mondal was better he understood and was polite.

                  Mr abdur rashid being high headed, unapologetic and rude to me. May be similar to other customers...

                  May affect the reputation and inox business.

                  Delayed to inform as i was busy in professional work & other personal matters...

                    I asked the kolkata HIGHLAND PARK INOX box office ticket guy (Bhola nath biswas) at 5.45 pm 05/02/2018 to give me 7.05 pm padmawat 2D show...
                    I clearly mentioned him that I wanted the 2D show and even asked what time the movie will get over and showed him the seat I wanted to sit..
                    I return he gave me 3D ticked of 6.05 pm show without confirming in the audio speaker..
                    I waited 1 hour in the mall for the show to start and when I entered the inox Even the security guard did not check the time in the ticket and let me in at 7.pm without informing that I am holding the wrong ticket. PLEASE CHECK WHAT TIME I ENTERED THE MOVIE MALL.
                    When I noticed there’s no show I went down to the box office to complain and the counter guy completely said that I asked for the 3D show and nothing can be done now after with he called the manager (Miraj Ahmed) even the manager VERY SMARTLY told me that there’s no audio available so they cannot justifie who’s fault it was and said he can’t help. I knew they would never listen to any customer complaining.

                    IF I REALLY WANTED TO SEE THE 3D SHOW AT 6.05 pm WHY WHOULD I WASTED 1 HOUR ROAMING IN THE MALL, I WOULD HAVE GONE TO THE MOVIE MALL DIRECTLY AT 6.05 PM SHOW..

                    IF INOX REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, SO I REALLY EXPECT SOME GENUINE SOLUTION ELSE ITS NO POINT PROVIDING CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS AND EMAIL ID..

                    it’s not a big deal or involve any big amount or I want any refund. It was just a movie I wanted to see..
                    AND NOW IF THE MANAGENT WILL REPLY SAYING THAT ITS MY FAULT THAT I DID NOT CROSS CHECK THE TICKET.

                    THEN...I THINK AFTER HAVING SUCH CONVERSATION WITH THE TICKET GUY MENTIONING HIM EVERYTHING WHAT I WANT, NO ONE WOULD REALLY THINK THAT HE WOULD STILL SO SUCH SILLY MISTAKE AND SPOIL THE WHOLE MOOD.

                      In inox, mall of mysore, mysore water bottle was not allowed and charging rs 60 for a bottle of water.

                      What is this??

                      Arent they penalised for all such malpractices???

                      They are not allowing anything inside even after courts direction.

                      Request the concerned authorities to take stern action and make water available at mrp rates.

                        I had been to inox goregaon at inorbit mumbai padmavat 10:30pm show. The show started late at 11 pm. There were adds which were running for another 15 mins and so the show started around 11:15pm.

                        The show was supposed to get over at 1:30am which eventually got over at 2:15am. There was no responsible person from the management to ensure that such nuisance should not be happening. M

                        This is not the one instance that has happened but has been a regular with all the multiplexes running the town.

                        Suggestion : if the show starts late all the commercial advertisement should not be played and movie should be started immediately to avoid movie shows ending late.

                        Poor quality of seats at inox swabhumi Kolkata. Seats are broken, dirty and clothes has gone off of some seats. Worst experience. We choose inox thinking of quality for the price paid but worst then a local cinema hall.

                        Second the movie does not started on time delayed by more than half an hour to start the movie

                          The entire movie padmavat on 3-feb-2018 in screen 3, 4:05 pm show was blur. They say 3d show but the movie was still blur. They are horrible at showing movie. Charging a huge amount. When told to the attendants they say that 3d movies are somewhat blur. They are misleading the consumers to watch blur movies. They should refund the amount to the consumers.

                            I took the combo at the booking window and asked too if i can get cheese instead of salted they said yes on asking if i had to oay they said it is not required. But when it was delivered it was salted even after my request to deliver cheese popcorn at the counter. This is not the first time it is happening. I think customers are not valued any more at inox now. I am afraid that it was my last visit to inox and will never visit again. And i'll make sure i share the experiance with everyone i can. You just dont care about us rigjt. I guess you are earning enough and dont really care if there is a unhappy customer. Well i dont know will it make a difference or not but i will surely not visit again.

There is almost 15/20 mins advertisement show before starting the actual movie and then surprisingly more than 30 mins advertisement show again during interval. We are paying for the movie not for watching the ad. A reasonable ad time is fine. But we lost almost 50 mins in the whole duration just for seeing the advertisement. This is ridiculous. Time is money.

                                Inox authority should compensate the loss of our time.

                                We thank you for writing to us .The overall movie going presentation has evolved with inclusion of ads/interval as movie going format.
                                We would like to elucidate here that we design the advertisement schedule looking at the ideal interval time that is required for all the guests to resettle on their seats after the break. The inclusion and timeframe of advertisement content is done with this approach. The timing is dependent on technical, commercial and operational requirements of each cinema auditorium hence may change weekly /daily.

                                  At maduri inox the staff misbehaved with saying that we can't afford ₹50. We had returned the 3d glass the staff said we had not we again went to our seats checked and found a glass and returned it inspite of that the staff raised his voice and said we cannot afford 50bucks. And no one apologized for such behaviour they even raised their hand on its

                                    Me my husband and child came inox cc2 kolkata to watch the movie padmavat 11.20pm show.
                                    Till date we have never been asked to take a ticket for my child who is 5plus suddenly to our surprise one person named tushar chakraborty claiming himself as the manager of inox without any i card restricts our entry in the hall. We ask them for another ticket together as we can't let our child sit in some other row. This person keeps on arguing saying we need to take a entry ticket for the child and then it's upto us whether we want to sit or not. On asking his i card he threats that he will call the cops. Cops for what? I told them to call the cops as he can't show his icard while at duty. Another person from inox who stands outside the entrance snatches away the two tickets which my husband was holding. Is this way employees at inox are trained to behave while at work???
                                    To our rescue the person at the ticket counter gave us another ticket joined us to the hall to our previous two seats and finally requesting few other customers managed us three seats together.

                                    This is our last visit to inox and hope if there is any authority actions should be taken against employees those who can't find solution to problem and harrassing customers. Date: 25.01.2018, show timing: 11.20pm

                                      I been to inox garuda mall, mg road bengaluru. I had booked 3 seats for kannada movie chamak. One of these seats was completely broken. It was a full house show. So there wasnt any other place to sit. I somehow managed it till interval. During the interval break i informed one of the supervisors about this. He came, had a look at the issue and left just like that without caring how i would manage for rest of the show. I had to sit and watch whole movie in such uncomfortable, embarrassing way onlyi know how painful it was. Inox charges 200% more than regular theatres and offers such #!!! I was really embarrassed and disappointed by the service. Should we so much for this?? What kind of # are working at inox??? Shame!!!

                                      I have ordered a grilled sandwich for my nephew and i found that sandwich is totally burned. And when I complaint with the manager then he argued with me up.
                                      The food service is totally worst.

                                        I visited yesterday for 9pm show at the inox fatima nagar for a movie show of tiger zinda hai, the management was very rude! My friend got some medicines from medical and he tried to keep that in locker for safety, the management person rudely told us that don’t put this liquor here! Is medicine comes under liquor? I am really disappointed and will never go back to any inox cinema, and will never refer any friends to go for movie at inox because the management person thought that we will be drinking liquor inside movie theater. Am i look like a drinker? I have never touched liquor and the person there is so rude! I am really disappointed.
