I booked a ticket for my brother for it movie (In english which is rated a) and he is 17. I get it. He is matured enough though and has watched even much terrifying movies than that before. Actually he watched the same it in telugu a day before and wanted to watch the same in english. Credit to the security for not allowing him to watch it following the rules seriously and being dedicated. But the thing that got into my nerves is the guard's behavior when asked to consider my brother as exception as he is a degree student. The things he said are as follows.

1. When my brother asked to refund the money, the guard is supposed to talk about the methods of claiming a refund. But instead, he asked my brother to sell it in what we call 'black' something which my brother is incapable of doing. It is really shame that a man who follows job rules seriously encourage the students in particular to involve in such activities.

2. My brother tried showing a proof that he is a degree (Medical) student and was matured enough to watch the film. To which the guard cursed, "why in the world is the government giving a medical seat to a 17 year old?" dear reader, you tell me? Don't you find it insulting? Yes, of course! He is a prodigy and he might have got it after first attempt. Now i'm asking to the theater-staff straight.

3. Fed up with the guard, my brother decided to complain the supervisor (Main person who handles the theater and staff sitting in his/her office) about the guard. But ran out of luck since there is no supervisor back then in the office. Kudos to your management, inox.

Now being a frustrated and responsible elder brother, i'm asking you - "who in the hell is your guard to question about my brother's abilities and capabilities? You know what, inox? You suck big time. And it's a shame that you, being india's one of the biggest theater companies proven to be incapable of talking to people in a polite and righteous way. All you are after is money, right? If not, then why is there no refund according to your guard?"

    I decided to watch english horror movie IT in inox.I was standing in queue, suddenly 6 juvenile asked me to buy the tickets for them also.I readily said ok as i have been doing same thing for each and every time.I ordered 10 tickets(6 those boys and 4 for my gang).When we were about to enter the theatre, the guard stopped 6 boys and asked them their id proof.It was due to the fact that IT was A certificate.I did'nt knew it neither those boys.I talked to the manager as i ordered the ticket and was most eldest at that time.He said we cannot let those boys pass nor we can refund the ticket.I told him that his staff gave me the tickets without asking my id and later guard did not let them enter.The manager asked his staff.The ##### and uneducated girl who gave me tickets said him that he asked my id and checked it.I told manager that i did not showed up the id to her but that guy was not ready to accept the mistake.I just freaked out and decided to complain about this crap.The manager was of inox cinemas, trilium mall, amritsar.Hit him up and ask him about this crap.File a complaint against him.Get an educated staff shady ######.

    We are in receipt of your complaint and would like you to note that the Movie has been granted an Adult Certification by the Censor Board. As per the conditions laid down by the Censor Board, anyone who is under the age of 18 years cannot be allowed to view the movie. This is also clearly mentioned in our Terms & Conditions and is printed on the tickets.

    Yesterday i went to inox burd gaurdern tickect counter person speaking very rudly .. and also at cafteria person not given me water bottle bill n combo bill... its very shamefull that ur not giving the bill to customer .. plz take follow on this... atleast provide gud services

      Today i came to watch movie baadshaaho... At 10:50 am so i went for ticket and they said it will cost 208 instead of 118 which was showing online... I told them why extra charge they said an offer is added... Of 1 cold drink nd 1 pop corn... Without that they won't give... Which i really not like... That's not fair... I asked them if i take ticket after 12 pm shows... Then this offer again add or not.. They said.. Not.. So... They are making fool by charging extra at a name of offer.. Which is very bad and cheap service... Which i never seen in audotrium history... Very bad...

      I had gone to watch a movie in inox, and i feel that they cheat all customers by applying wrong GST as well as additional tax. I have attached photo of the bill from INOX, Margao Goa. Please tell me if they applied correct GST on the bill. All the required details are on the bill.

        Dear sir. Yesterday i happened to be at screen 1 of inox thrissur at sobha mall at 7 45 show. During the interval they were showing so many number of advertisements i felt like leaving the hall. Do you have any limit for showing advertisements?. We paid to you to see the movie. Not your advertisement. Please play it after the movie over. Other wise you specify how long your advertisement so that i can go out ad come back after your advertisement. Other wise to see your advertisement please make the movie free as done by tv movie s. I expect an action on this matter from your side.

          We went to watch a 10:30 pm show of subh mangal savdhan at inox shree rang palace, zadeshwar road, bharuch, gujarat 392001.
          They refused to give tickets for the movie saying that there are only few people for the show so we will not run the show.
          It was showing online till last minute.
          How anyone can cancel the show on his own monopoly that there are few people.
          We scheduled for the movie, went there paid the parking and then came back just because an arrogant behavior and illogical reason from the person at the ticket counter.
          Wo will reimburse for time spent and money expenses of the parking.
          If you have cancelled the show or planned not to run the show it should be updated online so that no one suffers instead of telling at the eleventh hour that no show is going to run.
          This is not at all tolerable.
          You take some actions them or i will file complain to the next level.

            I went to watch badshaho at kachiguda, mpm mall woth my friends and was so excited only to end up being in at screen no.4 on with horrible sound, it was insane i was nlt even able to hear the dialogues i dont know how they open the screen with speakers not working nobody to answer tgr sound had no base not even for songs. I know this would be ignored but still i always loved inox movies but this made my experience worst and my frnds circle too thougut of giving inox a skip next time every time because we don't want to end up being unsatisfied watching our fav movies. Sorry but it was real pathetic service from a respected movie chain.

              My daughter gifted my husband a gift card for his birthday on the 20th june validity till 18th sept. On 31st july i attempted a booking and goa theatres do not feature in the cinema listings so i sent them an email. They replied to go to the same website and do the booking. I would like to mention that when i attempted to book our ticket on 31st july i went to the same website mentioned in the email and tried three times before sending the the email.
              After receiving their email i tried the website and noticed goa theatres were added. So from the period of 20th june to 31st july they had sold a card which did not allow me to use the card.
              Been trying unsuccessfully from the 26th august to book a movie saying card invalid. Finally my daughter went to inox goa and their manager mr sadiq hussain confirmed that the card was invalid. Asked me to call the following day. Another manager, ms purvi who had no clue about anything. So obviously there is no follow up. She mentioned that as the gift card is online and they can't be held responsible.
              After a series of emails to inox, i finally managed to do a booking yesterday evening.
              Considering that my husband is a doctor & so is my daughter and i am dealing with incompetent people who have excuses with no solutions. Meanwhile i am losing out on days i could have gone to the movies, also our valuable time is wasted. I request inox to extend this card for the inconvenience caused.

                I had a first day third day show in inox swabhumi on 25th august. My experience with the movie hall was pathetic. The air conditioner was not on. Since there were not many people in the hall, they were reluctant to switch the ac on. The hall was filled with mosquitoes and no action at all was taken to reduce them. This was my worst movie experience.

                I asked for small cheese popcorn.
                They gave small popcorn but in bill it was written cheese large.
                When I asked they told me that they are using small popcorn but writing large in bill and talked rudely.
                I paid 180 for such a small popcorn.

                  I had bought ticket for annabelle. But since my aadhar card did not specify my dob, the management of inox kharghar did not allow me to watch the movie even though i had another adult with me. No refund was provided either. A girl without an id proof was permitted to go but i wasn't. Is this the way inox deals with issues like this? Pls make sure to mention that aadhar is not suitable as an id. After having to deal with this situation, no one would feel like to watch the movie or come to inox again.

                  Hey hi,

                  Seats are broken in the Audi. Unable to sit comfortable. What the service you people giving to your customers.
                  Really I'm unhappy with you Inox.
                  It was a very Pathetic atmosphere while watching Badshaho at Inox Rohtak on Friday 4:40 PM show.
                  There were no rules and regulations followed. Drunk audience was present in the auditorium and were using abusive language. No action was taken against them by the authorities.

                    I have visited inox meerut (Pvs mall, shastri nagar) on 12th aug 2017 to watch a movie. While purchasing food & beverages i got a bill with showing gst 0 (Zero)% but amount got charged. Gst may be applicable on these things but how can 0% is chargeable as well as while asking for that error in bill inox staff behave not well and misbehaving me and tell me "do what ever u want to do we will not reverse any amount, take your food or leave it that is up to you". Treat this a official complaint and resolve asap (Max 7 days). Otherwise i have to go to higher authorities or consumer court against this issue.

                    I watched the movie toilet in screen 1.The seats were stinking, very uncomfortable also, I could feel the bracket used. They were worn out.It wasn't worth the money.Will not come again.suggest the same to others. The other screens are worse. Broken seats were kept aside.

                    30 mins of ads in a movie and that too in night show is unacceptable. We would finish movie 30 mins before, it's waste of time ... This should be controlled, we haven't paid to see ads in theatre.
                    Pop corn price in Inox is 170 Rs which should be only at 10/20 Rs in out side the theator.

                    It's very readiculous. Anyone can tell me where can I complaint against the inox. Food prices should be against few rules.

                      I had tried to book a ticket on 28th july through citrus but failed. Two amounts of rs.332.00 (I. E. Rs.664.00) were deducted from my credit card in the evening on the same date. But due to unknown causes, the transactions failed. Citrus promised me to return the amount within four (4) days but hasn't done so yet.
                      Please let me know when i will get the return. These payments have been included in my monthly credit card statement of hsbc.

                        Our 08:35 emoji movie today was ruined because of rats all over. Was watching along with wife and threee kids. Kids got terrified and rats spoiled our pizza. We purchase 5 tickets a 10 - 14. Cost 2, 150. Experience was horrible. Even otherwise inox vashi gold class is filthy and stinky. My mobile number [protected]. This happened today, 14 august 2017.                           I had been to Inox Central Mantri Junction JP Nagar on Saturday 12 August 2017 to watch "Emoji" movie at 9.40 am.

                          I have had a bad experience previously of getting stale popcorn so when I ordered for cheese popcorn I checked with the lady at the counter whether it was fresh. she assured me it was!! But after some time, i discovered that only the top layer was fresh while the whole popcorn inside was stale. I could not get up mid way leaving my young daughter alone in the theater with strangers, to complain to the manager.

                          My daughter did not want to miss the movie too.

                          What kind of service is this?

                          Why do you harass customers like this?

                          9.40 am is not an EARLY morning show so why cannot the concession stand keep fresh stuff?

                          it was a waste of my money and a bitter experience for me.

                          How do you expect customers to eat stale food?

                          All the previous day's left overs are being served to the morning show customers to spoil their health.

                          is this why you guys are running a concession stand business and charging such exorbitant rates to fool your customers?

                          If the popcorn was not fresh why was i not told that it will be delivered to my seat after some time when it is made fresh? what was the hurry?

                          I need a reimbursement of my hard earned money now. do the needful, please

                            Inox z square mall kanpur follows a practice of turning air conditioning off before the show when the whole theatre is full and promos are going on and also during interval. It is absolutely ridiculous to sit in such a suffocating hall. All the customers keep complaining but the staff just has a standard response that we will ask someone to restart it. This practise is not followed any where else but just inox kanpur z square. This is spoiling the good brand name of inox heavily and i personally would never again visit inox kanpur. We dont pay full ticket money for such a third class and unprofessional service. Worst multiplex i have ever been.

                              Today i went to watch a movie at inox c21 mall indore ac was turned off after 1 hour and we were sweating instead of telling again and agian by many no body listened.. We were told that the ac will be turned on shortly bit nothing happned this is serious fraud i want my money back

                                I have been went to inox national cinemas in virgumbakkam, chennai 3.50 show.in interval snacks counter manager was distrubuting the snacks for everyone who came after me with out standing in the que. I asked me sir please provide me first i have been waiting for a long time for that he treated me very badly i will not provide your snacks and took my bill and went off after that i was standing like a stupid for him to giving me the snacks. This is the way he treat a customer really i felt very bad infront of many peoples. I am paying my own money only then i am getting the snacks i am not begging for him to give me. Please try to avoid these people to continue this type of activities it spoils only the inox name please warn him not to behave like this sir.

                                  I had been to inox insignia at mantri mall bengaluru on 29/07/2017 for movie mubarakan at 3.55 pm, i was issued ticket @ 14:03:57, ticket id 3066055 in club f7 audi 6, inspite of having valid ticket i was not admitted in the lobby as the staff & security said its a rule that patrons are allowed only 20 min before the show which is not mentioned any where in the premises or on ticket & on asking the reason the staff behaved rudely also denied to provide responsible persons name or number on repeated requests also, i am being charged 300 & i've to wait standing outside at the entrance even when lobby is empty & vacant... If this is the service given for my money where i am charged extra for the service which is not at all provided then i demand my service charge to be refunded.

                                    I went to spiderman homecoming to inox madura i at vishal de mall. To enjoy the film in 3d i am very much disappointed at the quality of the 3d glasses provided at the theater... It was filled with scratches and the vision through the glasses was very poor i asked for the replacement at that time and the theater authorities weren't able to provide one.. I am very disappointed and i am kindly requesting you to pls take necessary actions or pls replace an new set of glasses to the theater

                                    Pathetic experience.

                                        Sir, i have booked 3 tickets for godha on 1st july at inox, shoba city mall, thrissur for 2nd july 2017 (7.35 pm show). Today from the same place a person called me and informed that the show has been cancelled and i have to book afresh for the new show timing 7.36pm..
