Today (28th jan 2018), myself and my wife went to watch the movie padmaavat in hiland park inox, kolkata at 4.15 pm show. There is almost 15/20 mins advertisement show before starting the actual movie and then surprisingly more than 30 mins advertisement show again during interval. We are paying for the movie not for watching the ad. A reasonable ad time is fine. But we lost almost 50 mins in the whole duration just for seeing the advertisement. This is ridiculous. Time is money.

Inox authority should compensate the loss of our time.

We would like to elucidate here that we design the advertisement schedule looking at the ideal interval time that is required for all the guests to resettle on their seats after the break. The inclusion and timeframe of advertisement content is done with this approach. The timing is dependent on technical, commercial and operational requirements of each cinema auditorium hence may change weekly /daily.

    At maduri inox the staff misbehaved with saying that we can't afford ₹50. We had returned the 3d glass the staff said we had not we again went to our seats checked and found a glass and returned it inspite of that the staff raised his voice and said we cannot afford 50bucks. And no one apologized for such behaviour they even raised their hand on its

      Me my husband and child came inox cc2 kolkata to watch the movie padmavat 11.20pm show.
      Till date we have never been asked to take a ticket for my child who is 5plus suddenly to our surprise one person named tushar chakraborty claiming himself as the manager of inox without any i card restricts our entry in the hall. We ask them for another ticket together as we can't let our child sit in some other row. This person keeps on arguing saying we need to take a entry ticket for the child and then it's upto us whether we want to sit or not. On asking his i card he threats that he will call the cops. Cops for what? I told them to call the cops as he can't show his icard while at duty. Another person from inox who stands outside the entrance snatches away the two tickets which my husband was holding. Is this way employees at inox are trained to behave while at work???
      To our rescue the person at the ticket counter gave us another ticket joined us to the hall to our previous two seats and finally requesting few other customers managed us three seats together.

      This is our last visit to inox and hope if there is any authority actions should be taken against employees those who can't find solution to problem and harrassing customers. Date: 25.01.2018, show timing: 11.20pm

        I been to inox garuda mall, mg road bengaluru. I had booked 3 seats for kannada movie chamak. One of these seats was completely broken. It was a full house show. So there wasnt any other place to sit. I somehow managed it till interval. During the interval break i informed one of the supervisors about this. He came, had a look at the issue and left just like that without caring how i would manage for rest of the show. I had to sit and watch whole movie in such uncomfortable, embarrassing way onlyi know how painful it was. Inox charges 200% more than regular theatres and offers such #!!! I was really embarrassed and disappointed by the service. Should we so much for this?? What kind of # are working at inox??? Shame!!!

        I have ordered a grilled sandwich for my nephew and i found that sandwich is totally burned. And when I complaint with the manager then he argued with me up.
        The food service is totally worst.

          I visited yesterday for 9pm show at the inox fatima nagar for a movie show of tiger zinda hai, the management was very rude! My friend got some medicines from medical and he tried to keep that in locker for safety, the management person rudely told us that don’t put this liquor here! Is medicine comes under liquor? I am really disappointed and will never go back to any inox cinema, and will never refer any friends to go for movie at inox because the management person thought that we will be drinking liquor inside movie theater. Am i look like a drinker? I have never touched liquor and the person there is so rude! I am really disappointed.

            I am currently watching jumanji, 5.25 pm show, screen 1, seat no d23. The movie was interputed abruptly and the interval started. Prior to that, i was watching tiger zinda hai, seat e23, 2.05 pm show, screen 4, sound went off in the middle of the action screens several times post interval. I was looking for a better experience.               I watching show detail:tiger zinda hai..9.10pm.. City centre 2, kolkata). When i ordered drinks & snacks in your service counter.. I was filling a glass of water in baby bottle instead of disposable glass for my 4 years old baby boy... Suddenly your so called service staff (Staff name:utpal swarnakar.. Inox city centre 2, kolkata) was saying.."no.. No.. Dont fill.. Font fill.." i was just shocked by hearing this unexpected ridiculous behaviour. We, the customers paying so much for the tickets nd snacks.. That means we can afford a bottle of water too.. As there is a drinking water provided for the customers so i thaught to fill the baby bottle for my child.. Just shame on your service departments... It was not tottally acceptable for us.. Next we should think twice to visit there... I will not recommend anyone.. Even i will definitely share this bad behaviour from your side to everyone... I think your staff was thinking that if i deny for water then we will buy a bottle from the counter.. Just go to he'll eith your service...

                This is really upset to realise the POS machine of INOX, Jorhat food court isn't working.
                These days due to the initiation of DIGITISATION, cashless transaction are adapted.
                I'm upset for not being able to enjoy the movie with POPCORN!

                  I am a regular customer on inox cinemas, csm mall, ajmer 305001 and had been watching almost all the movies since more than 2 yours. I was really excited to watch tiger zinda hai on 22nd december 2017 with my friends in the evening show @9p. M. But got really disappointed with the music volume, it was really slow as if i am watching a movie at home on my television.

                  Inox claims that "live the movie" but the sound volume was really poor, so really disappointed from inox.

                  I am facing this for the first time. So i hope that it may not happen next time and therefore i need atleast half price refund or, the gurantee that it will no happen next time, or both.

                    It was a horrific experience while watching movie tiger zinda hai in msx mall, greater noida. The timings were 10 pm on 22nd dec. The audience was highly unruly and were continuously passing obscene comments. We complained to the authorities and they called the police. But it wasnt of much use. We expect a much decent audience at inox. This was the last time i watched a movie at inox.

                      This is in regard i went to inox in vishakapatnam varun beach for fukrey b-19 was my seat number the seat was literally wet n i went to the authorities to look the guy came n said me to sit on other seat i said i’ll pay more n go to royal still m not getting he forced me to sit on one chair it was a couple chair so i have to get up now same thing repeated twice # what’s is this u think m going there fukat sir solve my issue i haven’t took the money also if this thing won’t resolve i’ll go to consumer court straight it hurt my dignity

                        Inox refuell inside the inox movies in forum value mall in whitefield, denies outside food and has water bottle of kinley company for half litre mrp is mentioned over the bottle as 40rs for 500 ml which is 400% than usual price. And this is brazen attitude of kinley n inox to flout govt regulations that you are not supposed to charge more than mrp. So they increased the mrp itself.

                          An unexpected experience at gvk inox hyderabad, i had prebooked for fukrey returns two days prior for my family as they are old and not comfortable on normal rs 150/- sit. The interesting thing is that i had come as walkin and had purchased 3 vip rs 250/- tickets. My tickets was showing mall no 6 royal a 10, 11, 12 however when i went in someone else was already sitting on my sit and was having the ticket of same sit number to which i had to ask for help. One of the executive took 20mins to identify that where it went wrong. I had to wait with my family outside, he came back with a manager and informed us that you are in wrong hall rather than apologising and saying that it's a last min hall change from management side. They should have taken the ownership to guide the guest when they know it's last min changes. More over one executive took me to mall no 4 and gave me a normal rs 150/- sit and told us that this is your vip sit that you had booked, to which again i had to go out again to speak to the manager that my booking is for vip sits two days prior. He informed me that all the vip sit were sold out and told they will refund the amount however they don't understand the meaning of prebooking, confirm ticket with mall no and sit no, sentimental value - it's a worst experience that i had it even with my family.

                            This is chandra sekhar. I am resident of vijayawada. On the date of 06/12/2017, i went to lepl inox for movie. At the time in intermission i ordered food from inox food court. They gave me a food having fungus on the food which tastes bad and smells too.in this regards i went to management and asked why it was like this. They did not respond formally. After few hours my health got upset. Due to food poison i was effected with stomach pain. I asked several times for reply from inox team that who is the vendor that provides food to inox. But no reply from that. I would like to complaint on this issue and want to proceed legally

                            Went to see fukrey returns with my friend at inox rajkot screen 2 @9 pm today, friday, and found huge rats climbing walls. Not done. We don't pay for that. Seats c1&c2.

                            I had french fries at INOX Hind, Kolkata. I am suffering from food poisoning since that day. The food quality has worsened so much. They bloody charged 120 bucks for that [censored]in’ fries and kind of oil they used was of not even of mediocre quality.

                              Hello my name is dr megha kalsy and i am visiting pune to set up an indo-us medical grant. I brought my husband troy to inox leisure at bund garden to watch murder on the orient express at 2:50 pm, today (Dec 3, 2017). The cashier tried confusing us with all these food combos and pocketed our additional money instead of returning it back to me. She first asked me to pay rs 540 for the 2 tickets (Rs 170x2=rs 340) and the popcorn, one samosa, and one fountain drink (Rs 200). So i gave her rs 550 and she gave me rs 10 back. But, then when i asked her that i wanted a tub of popcorn, she discussed it with her female colleague and said that i can get that but my new total will be rs 830. I gave her rs 2000, as i didn’t have any change and for some reason our foreign credit card wasn’t working. She gave me only rs 1170 back. Where is my rs 200?                               We are here in INOX ADALAJ AUDI 3(SCREEN 3) the way one staff worker(Shailash J Raval) is talking to me .. its not acceptable and this should be my last visit.. as we come regularly overhere but its not done.. this used to be our ideal theatre to watch movies but i am seeing some not so cool behaviours here..

                                In inox multiplex, crystal mall, jamnagar, the price for 1 litre kinley mineral water bottle is charged rs 50/-. The same mineral water bottle is available in market at rs 20/-. This is literally a loot to the general public. Kindly take necessary action in this regard..                                 We assure you that as a reputed Public Limited Company having pan India presence, INOX Leisure Limited is committed towards integrity and ethical practices in all its dealing.
                                To clarify your apprehensions, it would be pertinent to bring to your attention the following facts
                                1. INOX sells packaged drinking water at MRP only which is clearly printed on the bottle. Bottles are packed, sealed, stamped and labelled by manufacturer prior to such sale to INOX. INOX does not manufacture, pack or affix labels on the concerned bottles. Neither does INOX carry out any change to the MRP that is printed on the concerned bottles by manufacturer. We do not charge a price above MRP and thus strictly comply with the mandate of law. MRP of the packaged drinking water is fixed/decided by the manufacturer. Presently, there is no law in India which controls pricing of a commodity and manufacturer can therefore any price at their discretion.
                                2. Dual MRP is permissible under the law and even it is legislatively recognized under various Acts.
                                3. Moreover, INOX also provides at the Multiplex facilities for patrons to consume unlimited purified and filtered drinking water in disposable cups, free of any charge whatsoever. Thus When a patron purchases a packaged beverages at the Multiplex, the patron is aware of the MRP of such beverage, and thereafter voluntarily purchases such beverage at the printed MRP. There is no coercion or any unfair/misleading practice of any nature whatsoever adopted by INOX in order to effect such sale

                                  I have been calling inox lido mall in bangalore. They recieve the call and dont provide the information we would like to know. They divert the call saying, call up other mall inox theatre. Since we always had a better experience with inox, this complaint would help customers. Causing such inconveniences to the customer is a sad thing and least expected from inox.

                                  No clear 3D glasses available. They always gives used glasses. And it's uncomfortable glasses. The housekeeping staff doesn't remove the board from door after work.                                     On 28 november inox ahluwalia kota everytime they forced to take combos with tickets also... But this time they refuse to give ticket if we are not taking combo.. That is not good we already had our lunch we dont want any combo but they don't understand we had to take the combo go to hell inox worst experience in your cinema..                                       Inox cinema at c21 mall indore, has the worst service staff and the worst maintenance of the auditorium.
                                      Went for a morning show this time, ordered two large popcorn tub which cost 300/- each, at the seat.
                                      The popcorn were stale and uneatable. Asked the guy immediately to get a fresh batch. He returned after 20 minutes or so with exactly the same popcorn but this time he didn’t wait for us to complain again.
                                      My complaint or question whatever you seem appropriate is that, are we paying for eating such bad quality food. And when we complained to your staff about this in the interval, they refused to accept the third grade quality you people are serving.
                                      And about the auditorium cleanliness, it smells so bad, like someone took a piss in there, it is unbearable to sit through the movie.

                                        Sir, myself jagadeesh from vizianagaram, purchased 2 tickets for gruham movie for 10 o clock show today i. E., on 26/11/2017. It's very sad to say that the manager has not allowed for movie stating that i've taken alcohol though i'm under the government's restriction of 30%. Also i'm very upset with the response we got from the manager. Please consider this issue seriously and take the action immediately.. Please sir.

                                        The cinema was "justice league" English 3D, the pair of glasses provided at the beginning were damaged and of very low quality. kindly note this complaint.
