Hello my name is dr megha kalsy and i am visiting pune to set up an indo-us medical grant. I brought my husband troy to inox leisure at bund garden to watch murder on the orient express at 2:50 pm, today (Dec 3, 2017). The cashier tried confusing us with all these food combos and pocketed our additional money instead of returning it back to me. She first asked me to pay rs 540 for the 2 tickets (Rs 170x2=rs 340) and the popcorn, one samosa,...

In inox multiplex, crystal mall, jamnagar, the price for 1 litre kinley mineral water bottle is charged rs 50/-. The same mineral water bottle is available in market at rs 20/-. This is literally a loot to the general public. Kindly take necessary action in this regard.. As this is an kind of issue which touches to common public. Kindly investigate in this matter for needful....

I have been calling inox lido mall in bangalore. They recieve the call and dont provide the information we would like to know. They divert the call saying, call up other mall inox theatre. Since we always had a better experience with inox, this complaint would help customers. Causing such inconveniences to the customer is a sad thing and least expected from inox.

On 28 november inox ahluwalia kota everytime they forced to take combos with tickets also... But this time they refuse to give ticket if we are not taking combo.. That is not good we already had our lunch we dont want any combo but they don't understand we had to take the combo go to hell inox worst experience in your cinema.. Please don't use your customers..!!...

Inox cinema at c21 mall indore, has the worst service staff and the worst maintenance of the auditorium.
Went for a morning show this time, ordered two large popcorn tub which cost 300/- each, at the seat.
The popcorn were stale and uneatable. Asked the guy immediately to get a fresh batch. He returned after 20 minutes or so with exactly the same popcorn but this time he didn’t wait for us to complain again.

Sir, myself jagadeesh from vizianagaram, purchased 2 tickets for gruham movie for 10 o clock show today i. E., on 26/11/2017. It's very sad to say that the manager has not allowed for movie stating that i've taken alcohol though i'm under the government's restriction of 30%. Also i'm very upset with the response we got from the manager. Please consider this issue seriously and take the action immediately.. Please sir....

I have very worst experience at inox reliance mall aurangabad. We are gone for movie on 24th nov 2017 1.45 pm to watch movie;at security check they forced to check our personal wallets;is its legally action??? They dont have any authorities to check our personal belongings and its very worst experience at inox in my life so request you plz think twice about complaint.

I went for a movie in inox c21 mall indore m. P. Where i was forced to watch 30 minutes long interval. We come to cinema hall despite all other options available just for theatre experience and fun. But inox ruined it multiple times. We forgot the 1st half of movie after watching your 30 minutes long and entertaining interval. My point we dont get to see much of hollywood movies in our city like we only get selected movies which are released in hindi and we dont get to see more of hollywood movies here.

I booked a ticket for a movie hara hara mahadevaki on 2nd of oct 2017 chandra metro mall vadapalani, chennai, screen - 1 seat h9 and h10. The worst ever seats. The seats were broken and only cushion were piled up for seating. And yesterday again i booked the same seats and still it is in the same condition. Worst ever movie experience with inox. Not even a penny worth. Also a pungent smell in the halls. I once had a great respect to the organization...

We are paying rs.110 for a cup of tea.in 3 star hotels also they are charging less than this. Problem is not with the payment but the quantity they are giving. Only half cup tea is delivered (Tea was not hot also) where we are ready to pay but need good service. When i was asks no about the quantity, they said this is their portion. Please make sure that you are providing enough quantity and quality in your services.

Ticket was booked by our company with food vochers that included SAMOSA, SALTED POPCORN, SMALL PEPSI...

Samosa was cold with 3rd class quality... i just took single bilte and throw samosa under the seat..

i m getting better samosa on Road or Shop in 10 Rs with good quality...

I would like to lodged a complaint for not comfortable seat provided by inox theater, rajkot, me and my wife was in movie last wednesday, 25/10/2017 at theater no 1 seat no e-17 & e - 18

We had realized that both of seats not reclining properly and not comfortable and during whole movie time we are felt too much uncomfortable

From it e19 seat was totally slippery & need to maintenance. At the moment i was complain to inox desk but till finish the movie nobody came to check/ repair that seat and i was seen the movie on broken seat with comfortless. I fully disappointed by inox service....

This is regarding the high price of the snacks available in inox rcity ghatkoper. I went for golmal again movie on saturday 21 oct. The popcorn, cold drink rates are very high and unfair. I wanted to order small coke and salty popcorn as i don’t want more but when i asked the person fro the same he said you need to take large coke and popcorn and it’s cost is rs 420 as they don’t have small coke but in display screen it's was showing...

There is a person named hiteshkumar who was at ticket desk and when i presented the screenshot of the tickets to him. He started arguing that i need the sms confirmation otherwise i will not let you enter the premises. I have presented him the screenshot of the booking id of al the tickets but he denied all of them and asked for any other number. This was really very disgusting and irritating. I wana know why inox is avoiding hindi movies in madurai (Tn) on festival like diwali people of madurai are eagerly waited for hindi movie like golmaal again nd secret super star (Amir khan). inox madurai has 5 screen in every screen they are showing mersal. We just wanted even 1 scren nd 1 show per day thats enough but.. Better to avoid inox for future.. Thank you...

We 5 members came but we got only 3 tickets, though there are only 7 people in queue for 12rs tickets. Even though 5 screens in active mode.in madurai vishal de maal.
