[Resolved] Airtel / IPTV Connection — Connection not working and overcharged | |||
Ref : Contact no.[protected]., A/c no. [protected]. Airtel refused to accept our connection was not working for 35+ days (4th June to 17July) , we have made telephone and mail complaints about the same. Connection was reactivated by changing the modem and other equipment's + engineer said some cable wires are damaged and will be rectified. After 35days we got a bill for 2900+ including 2months, we requested for waiver, which was given as 280 Rs for 35days connection not working. Its seems like some internal calculations, which is wrongly calculated. Also, like to highlight we have again not been able to use the connection from last three days as the connection is been disconnected by Airtel on condition of payments not made. Since we want to make payments ASAP as soon as this calculation is explained and justified. We also tried contacting you call center number both 121 and [protected] but call gets disconnects after the message saying we connecting you to the customer care executive. + Also the mails coming from Airtel are like set templates does not answer anything. Currently my exams are expected and we not able to study properly due to net not working. Pls help us with the complete waiver for atleast a month and connection activated immediately . If required, we also have all the relevant reference number and mails as proof with us. Was this information helpful? | |||

AirTel — no is nt working

IPTV Connection — Not getting IPTV connection
I have applied for IPTV since two months they not responding in giving the connection,I have already given Rs.1500/- cheque on 14th July 2009 Receipt no, 014987
When ever contected they are saying within one week you will get it but till today I have not
received connection.

when i re-inserted my airtell SIM in to the mobile, it displayed " SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED . " I dont know how and now what to do?

Bharti Airtel — Non -functioning of IPTV and INTERNET
Dear sir,This is with regards my landline # [protected] and we are using under combo scheme of AIRTEL , IPTV,BROADBAND and telephone.Surpringly IPTV and INTERNET is not functioning or partly functioning at times.I have lodged several complaints but of no awail.my latest complaint # is 1772434 dtd.06/08/2011 #1941018 dtd.07/08/2011 resulting in bare assurances from the call centers of Bharti Airtel (who work to kill time) that a compesation / waiver would be adjusted against the bill.
But very unfortunately no action has been taken to compensate the the time I and my family lost without watching IPTV and internet.
kindly take action in this regards and inform at the earliest.

AirTel — non working connection
i have converted my prepaid Airtel mobile connection to postpaid on 5th may 2008 and paid the fees of rs 250 by cash.i was assured by airtel that your postpaid connection will be activated within 24 hrs.
although it got activated and i am able to make calls but Iam not getting incoming calls and also not able to send SMS.
I complained this to customer care many times and every time they assured me that it will be done within next few hours.
on 9th I have received a funny message from cut care: "your service request no. is 16628726 and will and we will come back to you bythursday 15 may, 1000 hours.
