28th Jan 2022 driving from mumbai. Stopped at shedung toll naka
Had enough amount in my fast tag. But toll guy said not enough balance and was forced to pay cash. After crossing my fastag too got charged. I was told later that this is a racket going on. Pls look into this highway robbery by irb infrastructure.

I am a regular traveler between Talegaon and Pune. My spouse is a Govt employee working in essential service category. Hence needs to be dropped at office in the early morning times.
On various occasions, there has been a delay in releasing the vehicles from the toll plaza. There have been delays due to time taken to collect the toll from fastag. As per the statutory rule, any delay beyond 10 seconds is undesirable as it hampers the movement of vehicles and also results in excessive burning of fuel. Toll collection company has to release the vehicles in such situations and ensure that vehicular movement is smooth.
Today around 9:15 I was passing from a Somatane Toll booth. My car past the scanner location, but looks like the scanner did not work. On this the staff present at the booth stopped my car. I stopped my car and requested to scan using the hand gun. On this the staff present in the last lane while coming from Pune to Talegaon, mis behaved with me, used abusive language and tried to damage my car. I had to rush my car and move from there. If this behavior continues, I will have to lodge a police complaint against IRB.
Please take note of this and instruct your staff accordingly.

It was decided that the vehicles(being MH-12 and MH-14 registration nos) will be exempted from toll tax at khed shivapur toll plaza(Pune). than why they are charging every time also intimate to toll tax person.. they confirm toll tax not charged.. after left toll plaza .. amount has deducted from my account.

Please refund the amount to my account and intimate the same strictly khed-shivapur toll plaza immediately.

Hope I will receive refund and reply on same and it will resolve the issue permanently.

MY VEHICLE NO. MH46F1111 Is travel with Mumbai pune old highway via dehuroad some toll shedung 143rs, Lonavala 143rs Cutted but DEHUROAD 190 but why extra money deducted my fasttag account

In Dehu road Toll deducted via paytm but i was not notified immediately and they told me due to low balance i have to pay cash I paid 41 cash also 41 deducted from paytm wallet.

I passed from Talegaon and paid 203 via paytm wallet and when I reached Khalapur I might have ran low on balance so they took 203 again in cash. I was under the impression that I have paid 67 at Talegaon but actually I paid 203 twice.
Rs 136 should be refunded.

In your shiroor toll gate (karnataka Udupi district pin 576228) toll employees are not getting salary on time every month they are giving salary very late this month January 2022 today its 14th January but they didn't receive any salary( also they are not received last year deepavali bonus amount) they are living in very difficult in this COVID panaramic so please solve this problem or change that tender ownership

My personal vehicla Honda city No MH12 DY6080 entered Mumbai Pune Express highway at Khalapur Toll Plaza at around 1:15 AM on 10 Jan 2022.
I paid Rs 203/- cash as Toll charges.
My vehicle exit highway at Urse Toll plaza for Talegaon exit at 2:24AM on 10 Jan 2022 where amount of Rs 203/- was deducted from my Fastag acount. In total journey I was charged Rs 406/-, which must be Rs 203/- only.
I rquest you to look into this matter and refund me excess amount I was charged.

I am driving from Chakan to Panvel on 08/01/2022 toll charge of Rs203 was deducted at Talegaon toll through fastag @ 5:26pm (Screenshot attached) and when i reached Khalapur toll money could not be deducted through fastag due to less balance ( but my Fastag balance was rs. 122) so toll person asked me to pay Rs203 in cash which i paid @6:13pm and he gave me the receipt.
(It should be maximum 67 not 203rs.)

Please refund me the excess money charged at Khalapur toll naka.

I started from Pune to travel to Gujarat. Usually the toll collected at Talegaon and Khalapur toll is 67 and 203, but they collected 203 at both places. At talegaon it was deducted by fasttag and at khalapur they collected via cash. Please help

I was traveling from Pune to Mumbai, My car (MH02-CZ-6481 ERTIGA VXI) was running out of fuel near Talegaon Dabhade Toll plaza and the petrol pump was on the other side of the road but I could not find any U-turn there. So when I approached the toll booth counter and asked them to let me go, they said that you should pay the toll first and only then you will be allowed to take the U-turn and after refueling you can cross the toll booth by showing this toll receipt. I paid the toll and refueled the car and when I came near the toll again, the man demanded to pay the toll again. Although I showed the receipt, still they are not allowing me to go. when i rufused to pay the toll again he started scolding at me and uses very slang and inhuman words for me. His behavior was inhumane. he said If you do not pay the toll, We will not let you go and threaten to break the glass of your car and we will burn your car. They forced me to pay the toll again. This incident not only caused me financial loss but also caused me a lot of mental anguish. As I still have faith and trust in India's democratic system, I am informing you of this incident by letter, but I hope that you will register my complaint and take necessary action. as per above subject i have a worst experience while i am traveling with my family at Urse toll plaza i have lost my valuable family function an i broken my cars front glass by fault of toll plaza Authority car number MH-12 CR 7170 .the toll authority has not found a proper system and the behavior of toll employee are very rudely hence my family feel very embercing and guilty .

Hence i have right to compliance from plaza authority as early as possible

While driving from Pune to Thane on 01/01/2022 toll charge of Rs203 was deducted at Talegaon toll through fastag and when i reached Khalapur toll money could not be deducted through fastag due to less balance so toll person asked me to pay Rs203 in cash instead of Rs67 which i paid and he gave me the receipt. Please refund me the excess money charged at Khalapur toll naka.

I was travelling from Pune to Mumbai
i was charged rs. 203 at talegaon toll through fastag.
remaining balance in my fastag was rs.82
then after hault of 4-5 hours at lonavala on same day I was asked to pay rs. 203 at khalapur toll plaza by cash due to low balance eventhough toll amount normally is rs. 75.

Extra toll taken RS 153 at kusgaon toll plaza, allready toll taken at khapur toll plaza by cash

. I was travelling from panvel to pune. I paid 203 rs at khalapur toll. However i was told to pay cash at talegoan toll again of 203rs. Even double toll fees goes to 122 rs at talegoan. Please refund me my extra money paid on my fastag.

Fasttag all accross India should be unmanned if it has to be sucessfull as at the present it serious waste of public waste of money, time and fuel. Secondly there should be seperate lanes created for emergency vechiles (Police, Ambulance and Fires), vechiles that are exempted from paying Toll like VIP, Invalid carriages if they are not allowed to enter Fastag lanes, similarly the guys manning the Toll Plaza must be educated about the various rules and regulations which are being updated on a regular basis, besides which they must be taught to be polite to the public and sensitised about the differently abled drivers and passagers which generally does not happen. A few eg. Dahisar TollPlaza, Airoli Toll Plaza and recently both the Mumbai and Pune Toll Plazas of Mumbai - Pune Expressways and many other Toll roads. Besides which if the Toll roads are not maintined well users should not be charged Tolls till that time and the Road contracters maintaning these Roads should be fined heftly. Besides which Highway authorties should not force differently abled drivers to make Fastag passes when the have valid RTO documents and special stickers placed on the front windshield and back glass of the specially approved and modified vechiles classed under invalid carriage and if this is not taken care of the concerned authorities and courts should intervene to stop this practice for good if they really care for the differently abled citizens of this great country like India. Infact I am thinking of filing a PIL against Fastag authorties with my recent experience in the Fast tag Toll plaza on 24th December 2021 in the morning between 7.30 and 8.00 Pune side, where the intially forced me to pay the full amount then they agreed half the amount which I still refused to pay as a law abiding citizens well versed the variuos legal rules, regulation, guidelines and loop halls.

I was traveling from mumbai to Pune on 21 St December 2021, though there was a balance I my fast tag they charged rs. 540 in cash and at the second toll they cut another amount of rs 203. So total they charged rs. 743 for toll.
