Today i.e. 17 November 2021, I was travelling to Lonavala from Mumbai.
At Khalapur toll plaza, I paid Rs.203/- at the toll counter. Later when I reached Lonavala, I received a message that Rs.203/- has been deducted from my FasTag balance. This way I have paid twice at the Khalapur toll plaza.

How I can get the refund of the amount of Rs.203/-...

Normal charges (without penalty) in cash are accepted at FasTag dedicated lane at Kini Toll Plaza, Maharashtra blocking, delaying and congesting the dedicated lane....

Yesterday, 7th November while returning from Pune, at Khalapur toll plaza, we were waiting for payment of toll charges through FastTag. The person at the counter came out running and said that there was no balance in our wallet. We told him there was enough balance but he said to pay cash as we had already waited for some time and the barricade was not opening also there was a huge line behind due to weekend. This is to inform on 28th October 21 timing 7:52:32 AM at Khalapur toll I have double charged by your team my Fast tag sticker was not read so I paid the amount of Rs.270/- but once I cross the toll at Pune I got the message stating your money was deducted from my fast tag account request you to please pay me back. Early in the morning at 1.35 AM we had to wait more than 3 minutes at vadodara toll gate of vadodara-ahmedabad expressway due to fastag problem of ahead's car. Staff members were nearby and were busy in chatting but not helping or solving to cut down waiting period of queue. We have to go out of the car to complain about it and to see what is going on and why it takes more time. Even after that I asked them to remove that vehicle aside so...

On 29th October i was traveling from pune to mumbai at around 8:47 pm i crossed talegaon toll naka i gave them 270rs as they said my fastag was not having enough money and they made me add the money in the account and later an amount of 203 rs was deducted at khalapur toll even after i gave them the exit slip.i want my money of 203 rs back in my account...

On 27.10.2021 I was travelling from Mumbai to Pune in my car GJ06HL1052. While crossing Talegoan toll, the fast tag lane told me there is no balance in my Airtel Fast tag account and charged Rs.540, which I paid theo my HDFC debit card, transaction I'd.[protected].
Today on review I find that Rs.203 has been debited from my Airtel Fast tag also. Transaction I'd FT[protected].
I want to understand when he fast tag payment...

On 17/10/2021 I was traveling from my Car No. Mh12 tk 8415. Make:- Maruti Suzuki wagon r from pune to Lonavala. At Kusgaon toll plaza the guy who is working there took 41 rs from me (In cash) and gave me a receipt with transaction No. [protected]. but later on I received a message from Paytm Bank Ltd. that the same amount which I already paid in cash was also debited from my fast tag account.so I have registered complaint to paytm providing...

While travelling to Pune from Panvel on 20.10.2021, I was charged Rs.270 in cash at Khalapur toll plaza, as they told fastag is not working but, I was charged Rs.203 from fastag as well.
Kindly arrange to refund the Rs.203 to my Fastag vallet.

We are daily travelers on old mumbai pune highway thru Shedung toll plaza .
Working in Patalganga MIDC . On this toll plaza in all 4 toll gate cash is collecteed in single amount .No separate lane for Fastag holders . Due to cash transaction and dispute between MH46 Number vehicles always argument is going ON . We have to wait for atleast 10 minutes due to which we are reaching late at our work location...

On 15th Oct 21, i travelled frm Pune to Mumbai by my vehicle MH12SU8535. At Talegaon toll, the person tried and confirmed that his instrument is not able to read my fasttag and he collected cash of Rs 270 vide transation no [protected] (time 10:17:42). When i checked my fasttag statement, amount of s 203 is deducted at 10:16.
For my single travel, the toll charges are collected in duplicate which is not correct.

On 24.10.2021 at 03.00am khalapur toll naka i had paid 420rs in cash mode for vehicle tata ace to reach pune & again at 05.50am 315rs debited from my fastag at talegaon toll plaza during exit in pune direction...Fastag toll trip no-[protected]... Kindly clear this double toll deduction issue & refund fastag debited 315rs asap...Vehicle no- mh 48 t 3192...

Fastag lane blocked even after having green signal, other fastag gate having issue with opening the stopper, unnecessary increasing the waiting time at Vadodara toll gate!! Travel towards the Ahemedabad...

My Car registration number is MH 46 BQ 7583.I was travelling Pune to Mumbai on 19 Oct 2021 . On reaching Khalapur toll naka at 1.40 pm, 67=00 we're deducted from my fast tag and I was told that there is no balance in my account and I was charged 203=00 . I have the reciept of it and also a message from my bank account of 67 rs deduction. This is cheating. What should I do?...

My driver travelled in my Car MH-03-DA-0074 from Pune to Mumbai on 15-Oct-21 morning on Expressway.
He crossed the Talegaon Toll Naka, run by MPEL, around 10.45am. I got an SMS from PayTm that Rs203 Toll was deducted.
He reached Khalapur Toll Naka around 12.45pm. There he was made to pay Rs.203 due to so-called Fastag (MAKDG183DJ4005964) problem, when the toll was already deducted from same Fastag at Talegaon Toll Naka just...
