I’ve paid cash toll at Khalapur Rs.270/- as Fastag balance was low but while exiting at Talegaon Toll got deducted in Fastag. Please remit this amount to my Fastag.
Kindly do the needful ASAP. Please fine below the payment details

    29th August while coming from Mumbai to Pune, I was asked to pay toll by cash. However, the payment made via fastag as well. Kindly refund the money.

      My vehicle MH04GU3565 from Lonavala to Mumbai on 22/8/21 6.30pm at mumbai end toll naka.
      toll charged for lonavala to mumbai is Rs. 231 which is mumbai pune charge. as its deducted from fast tag. no way to control it.

        My vehicle no MH 47 AY 3513 Tata Harrier.
        Was travelling to Pune on 19th August 2021 in the morning on Express way.
        At Khalapur Toll naka Fasttag deduction was Rs. 203/- and at Khalapur naka, instead of deduction Rs 67/-, my account got debited again Rs. 203/-…
        Pl reverse the excess amount deducted immediately.

          Toll charged double even though having enough available balance Rs485 in FASTAG. It is very awsome cheating by IRB toll plaza at Lambiya kalan bhilwara Rajasthan toll booth. We have shown statement of my Fastag account even then toll man donot allow to pass and charged as cash Rs 170/- double charges.
          I have made a complaint for that to toll deptt no. being 4237034
          but no resolution is there.
          My ticket no..10277 date :20/8/2021 time 10:21:55 Am
          vehicle no RJ06CC3808.
          No resolution is there till date

            I was travelling from Pune to Mumbai by Express Highway. Since my Fasttag balance was low so Toll was taken by cash ₹203/- at Khalapur toll plaza. I am attaching receipt for the same. When I reached home as soon as I added balance to my Fasttag account same money ₹203/- again got deducted automatically. So could you please refund this same amount & update ? - Thanks, Ajay Moghe

              On 12 Aug 2021 at 06:38 AM Rs 270 was collected in cash at Khalapur and again for the second time money was deducted from my fasttag at Talegaon toll naka on 12 Aug 2021 at 07:25 AM. My vehicle number is MH02 DW 6472

              Since you have collected money 2 times, please refund one payment. I have money deduction message and also cash payment receipt.

                On 14th August, I was travelling from Khopoli to Mumbai and was asked to enter the toll gate at savroli towards Pune and to take u turn from Imagica flyover. I was charged Rs 135 vide txn id 0100001457391734023661 at 6.12 PM and charged again Rs. 203 vide txn id 01000014573972313110308 at 6.24 PM.

                Similarly, my other family car number MH 46Z 9952 was charged the same way.

                Please rectify the problem and refund excess charged on both the cars under intonation to me.

                  On 14th August 2021 at bharuch toll plaza arround 9.30 to 10 am i am waiting 10 minits at fast tag que after asking for long time waiting operator says dont ask me complain to our prime minister Shree Narendra modi saheb and use rough lengvage by a lady operator and after my continue asking for supervisor he comes but no action takien. Y him to operator so ease do need ful in matter and revert to me as soon as possible i am submiting here with that lady operators pic

                          Complaint regarding employee misbehaviour at vadodara express way entry toll both. he thrashed me badly on 12th of August 21 at around 6'o clock in the evening. IRB Employee named mitesh chauhan started using abusive word over issue on long queue waiting and started quarrel and thrashing, slapping, and beating badly to me and my car passenger. As well as he bent down car number plate and was causing damage to car.
                          Looking for promt support over this

                            When going through Vashi toll plaza today through fastag lane, the attendent stopped the car in front of me and said the scanner is not reading and there was not enough balance in the account. That person paid cash. The attendent said the same to me. I showed him the balance on my phone. He then sheepishly let me go. Within a minute, I also received a message that fastag toll had been deducted also. So if I had paid cash, it wouldbedouble payment. Can the authorities look into this matter? This must be happening fairly regularly

                              I was traveling back from lonavla to mumbai on 7th Aug at 4:24pm afternoon.Because of insufficient funds on fast tag that time i paid Rs 203 in cash and toll collector told me extra won't be charged but still it got debited as i recharged my fastag the other day automatically. Return the extra money charged.

                                Dear Concern,
                                I travelled on 9th August 2021 from Mumbai to Pune between 10.00a.m. to 6.00p.m. My Car number is MH04JB2853 - Swift Dzire.
                                Due to insufficient funds in my fastag account they have collected Rs. 270 from me at that moment. Whereas, funds are available on my fastag account and I showed it to the Toll collecting person but the behaviour was very rude.
                                Again, the toll collected via fast-tag at Pune Entrance was Rs. 203/- .
                                The total Toll collected was Rs. 473/- instead of Rs. 270/-

                                Can you let me know the reason for the same? and refund the same in my fastag account on an urgent basis.

                                    The Tag scanner doesnt work. Resulting in the staff who waste our time dansung in front of the car with their handheld scanners.

                                    They dont even wear a mask. Are Covid guidelines not applicable to the staff at the tolls?

                                    They are rude and are like goons. Oft times standing in front of the car and taking their own time as if we are the ones getting paid and they are almost always abusive! Leave aside the condition of the roads and traffic management, it is not even their priority. What is the point in paying? What are we paying for? Pot holes? Getting held up in traffic? Or for the sweet abuses that the goons hurl at us?
