I have traveled to anand, gujarat by ne 1 on 27 march 2021 by vehicle gk 26 a 2608 between 11 a.m to 5 p.m.
I found 40 +40 80 rs dedicated instead of rs 60. Really unfair practice all the time.
Po lease refund rs 20.
I'm reccurent traveler to Anand. Same case i found in my previous traveling too. But it was refunded.
Why every time I have to ask for refund. Why not fair practice been done.

We were travel from pune to mumbai on 05th April 2021 in my car MH02AK5834 and paid the Toll ₹270 in cash at Talegaon toll due to low balance in Fast tag. But while reaching at khalapur toll I was showing my payment receipt to toll guy but amount has deducted from my fast tag account. Now my fast tag account balance in negative. Kindly refer attache payment receipt and credit the extra amount in my fast tag account.

I was travelling from pune to Mumbai on 02 April 2021 around 8.13 pm by me vehicle MH43BU0661 via Mumbai Pune Expressway. I paid the toll at Talegaon toll in cash for ₹270..trans no [protected]. On the way to Mumbai at Khalapur toll plaza I showed the toll receipt and was assured that fast tag won't be charged and it is cancelled, but still I was charged ₹203 via fast tag around 9.11 pm for the journey.

Same instance took place in Jan 2021 also wherein I was charged double via fast tag for the same journey.

I have attached cash receipt and sms screen shot for journey dated 02 April as well as screen prints of msg for journey done in Jan 2021 also. Request you to check and refund the excess amount at the earliest.

This plaza is free for surat residents. I passed through last line which is for car and shown license for confirmation and they allowed me to go but after 2 min i received message from my bank that 75rs. Toll has been taken by your toll.
This is not suppose to happen.

If a fastag balance is insufficient then how much the fast tag customer has to pay??

Hi IRB, While travelling from thane to mumbai on 8th March 2021, I was charged twice on mumbai pune express way . one charged 270 at KHALAPUR TOLL PLAZA and then charged 203 at Talegao toll plaza. Kindly refund the 203 amount it was already paid at khalpur for the amt of 270.

Please find attached toll reciepts.

I was traveling from Pune to Mumbai on 20-Mar-2021, and was charged Rs. 203 at Talegaon and again Rs. 203 at Khalapur during the trip.

I should have been charged Rs. 67 at Khalapur instead. In the process, my Fastag was debited a total of Rs. 406, instead of Rs. 270.

Please refund the excess amount of Rs. 136 to my Fastag account.

It is therefore requested to diposit my excess money i.e.₹.135/- at the earliest please.

I have paid tore fare by cash Rs 270 at Talegoan Toll Plaza on 28feb21 07:24:14,

But when I crossed Khalapur Toll Plaza my fatag account deducted Rs 203 .massage received as
" Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 203 for transaction by Vehicle MA3JMT31SLM399446 at Toll Khalapur Toll Plaza on[protected]T08:40:07. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 0 - HDFC Bank Ltd."
So please refund me Rs 203 deducted from my FasTag account.

HI Team, i would like to inform you that toll plaza has taken charges two times one was Rs. 203 and second was Rs. 67, not sure why two charges are applied ., please check the transaction screen shot here I am attaching two snaps for the same . I want my money too be refunded else I need to take up this matter to conusmer court for forgery case .

At khalapur Toll plaza dated 14March 2021 at 18:42:54 PM from my fastag debited Rs. 203 instead of Rs 67/. please refund my money in my fastag, other wise i need to raise complaint in court.

Yesterday Dated 14/03/2021 I was travelling from Pune to Mumbai Vehicle number MH14GU4361 charged Rs. 203 on Talegaon Expressway toll & again charged Rs. 203 on Khalapur Expressway toll.
My extra amount Rs. 136 deducted. Please refund my amount immediately.

On 12thFeb2021, at Chandoli Toll Plaza on NH-60 (Pune Nashik Road) I have been charged twice.
Toll Plaza Guy asked me that FastTag doesn't have money balance and I had take toll receipt of Rs 55.50 by Cash but when I crossed toll plaza after paying, I receipt a message from HDFC Fast Tag that fast tag account had been deducted too at Toll plaza.
While returning when i asked at toll counter they said raise a complaint.
It's not first time which happened, earlier also I had reported on Mumbai Pune expressway issue but yet the amount not refunded.

Attached are the photos of case receipt as well as fast tag message.

Travelled from Pune on 14th March 2021 . Talegaon plaza everything was okay.. was charged 203 however at Khalapur was directed to a lane with no scanner or the scanner was not working.. not sure. The service man scanned my fast tag from a manual hand held scanner amount deducted is 203 /- It should be 67 instead of 203..

I have received message from fasttag service provider. Kindly refund the excess amount charged from your end. My vehicle details are MH03CM2470

Following two messages
Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 203 for transaction by Vehicle MH03CM2470 at Toll Talegaon Toll Plaza on[protected]T11:41:24. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 1004 - HDFC Bank Ltd.

And
Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 203 for transaction by Vehicle MH03CM2470 at Toll Khalapur Toll Plaza on[protected]T12:28:41. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 801 - HDFC Bank Ltd.

The second one at khalapur has taken 203 instead of 67. Plus refund the amount. It looks like a big scam.. charging 3 times the prescribed amount and hoping that the customer does not notice and pocket the difference.

Ministry of road transport please look into the scam of these operators looking to make a fast buck.

I was travelling from mumbai to pune between 9 am to 12 pm. At Khalapur toll Rs.203, time 11.11 am was debited from account but again at Talegoan Toll Rs.203, time 11.59 am, was debited instead of Rs.68.

Requesting to refund the additional charged amount.
