I entered from kheda to vadodara and exit from vasad to vadodara same for return journey. My complain is that kheda charged its tax and vasad charged its tax why?? Its better to use ahmedabad baroda expressway than this.You are robbing in the name of two different toll taxes.

    Address: Khalapur Toll Naka on Mumbai Pune Expressway

    My vehicle no is MH04FF6345. Today I was charged extra money at Khalapur Toll Naka on Mumbai Pune Expressway. I had paid ₹203 at Talegaon Toll Naka through FASTag & was charged ₹203 again at Khalapur Toll Naka instead of ₹67. I paid ₹203 in cash this time. I was unaware of actual charges.
    Please refund my ₹[protected] which were taken from me unfairly. I am attaching online receipt of FASTag & physical paper receipt of Khalapur Toll Naka as a proof.
    If I don't get my refund I am proceeding with a formal complaint in Raigad Police & Ministry of Road Transport & Highways.

    They do this type of fraud from almost every fasttag user even I have paid 203 at each toll then he was saying total toll is 406 i[censored] have paid 203 at first toll again you have to pay 203. So it's all fraud.

        Due to the Breakdown of my Car, She was traveling in a toy car from Mulund to thane. There is no driver in the vehicle & If both the first wheels of the vehicle are in the air, is the vehicle legally toll taxed and if so, I am requested to provide a copy of the rule/ Act .

          Hello
          I am Dnyaneshwar Kolapkar traveled trough Chandloi Rajgurunagar toll plaza in Car No MH 14 EC 4698 on 6 June 2021. Toll collected from me is RS 37 instead of RS 25 as I traveled for Single journy, So this is a request for refund of excess money deducted from my Fastag.
          Further I want a clarification regarding exemption for toll as I have traveled multiple times trough this toll plaza and never paid any toll before, I am surprised that this time toll was deducted from my Fastag account.

              Being Local of Surat Gujarat, My toll tax should not deduct at IRB Chorasi toll gate as also registered for local of surat at IRB office.
              But On 3rd June and 9th june when I passed through IRB Chorasi toll gate, toll tax has been deducted even without showing Fasttag to Reader camera as I have not pasted my Fastag on mirror and kept loose and showing manually as and when required due to my child tearing it if I paste on mirror.

              My toll tax deducted unnecessarily as said Do needful.

                  Hi,

                  I've been travelling from Mumbai to Navi Mumbai frequently. However, particularly at Vashi toll plaza, I'm told either the FastTag is not detecting or it is blacklisted. It works perfectly fine at Airoli toll plaza, but always an issue at Vashi Toll plaza creating nuisance and traffic jams. Please investigate this deliberate attempt to harass commuters.

                            Traveling from Mumbai to Pune, at 10.15, talegoan toll plaza I was made to stop for 15 minutes as car in front of me was not paying toll through fasttag. When I question any this shinde the person at the booth he was abusive and threatened to physically beat me. I complaint to police at plaza who called Toll plaza incharge Ghadage. Even in front of him I was threatened. No action taken by Ghadage.
                            I wrote a complaint in their complaint book but I doubt any action will be taken.you shd discipline your employees. I want to register a complaint against Shri Ghadage and employees shinde

                              I travelled from Mumbai to Pune on 23th May 2021, and the total toll is Rs.270 i.e. Rs.203 at Khalapur and Rs.67 at Talegaon. I was having the fastag with siffiycient balance to travel at khalapur I was debited with Rs.203 but at Talegaon toll the toll people said there are no sufficient funds in my wallet and charged me more Rs.203. They were supposed to debit Rs.67 from fastag for which my fastag was having sufficient balance. Check the screenshot attached. Rs.203 debited at Khalapur toll and I was supposed to be debited Rs.67 at Talegaon toll but the people harrased and forced me to pay more Rs.203 in cash. I want a refund for same.

                                  On 19th April 2021 in the morning hours I was charged twice for toll at Dahisar Toll Plaza.
                                  1) Manual collection
                                  2) Through Fastag.
                                  Both copies are attached. I should be refunded one time charge of Rs. 40 at the earliest.

                                      I was travelling from Mumbai to pune on 21st April 2021(Vehical No - MH43BA1266- Dzire) It's Around 10.30AM When I Crossed the Khalapur Toll Plaza fastag Deduction Amount was 315 Instead of 270.When I Crossed Talegaon Toll Ahead fastag deducted 105 Again so total Deduction was 420INR .Kindly find the attached screenshot of the same & Revert back my remaining Balance.
