I am Dnyaneshwar Kolapkar traveled trough Chandloi/Rajgurunagar toll plaza in Car No MH 14 EC 4698 on date 6 June 2021. The toll deducted from my Fastag account is RS 37, I traveled single journy and they charge me return toll tax as it is Rs 25 for single journy, so I request you for refund of excess RS 12 to my Fastag account.
Further I want a clarification regarding exemption for toll as I have traveled multiple...

Being Local of Surat Gujarat, My toll tax should not deduct at IRB Chorasi toll gate as also registered for local of surat at IRB office.
But On 3rd June and 9th june when I passed through IRB Chorasi toll gate, toll tax has been deducted even without showing Fasttag to Reader camera as I have not pasted my Fastag on mirror and kept loose and showing manually as and when required due to my child tearing it if I paste on mirror.br...

I've been travelling from Mumbai to Navi Mumbai frequently. However, particularly at Vashi toll plaza, I'm told either the FastTag is not detecting or it is blacklisted. It works perfectly fine at Airoli toll plaza, but always an issue at Vashi Toll plaza creating nuisance and traffic jams. Please investigate this deliberate attempt to harass commuters....

I had paid the return toll amount at Shedung NH48 Toll however rs 41 was also deducted from my fastag wallet.

Kindly provide me the refund for my wallet amount.

Traveling from Mumbai to Pune, at 10.15, talegoan toll plaza I was made to stop for 15 minutes as car in front of me was not paying toll through fasttag. When I question any this shinde the person at the booth he was abusive and threatened to physically beat me. I complaint to police at plaza who called Toll plaza incharge Ghadage. Even in front of him I was threatened. No action taken by Ghadage.
I wrote a complaint in their complaint...

I travelled from Mumbai to Pune on 23th May 2021, and the total toll is Rs.270 i.e. Rs.203 at Khalapur and Rs.67 at Talegaon. I was having the fastag with siffiycient balance to travel at khalapur I was debited with Rs.203 but at Talegaon toll the toll people said there are no sufficient funds in my wallet and charged me more Rs.203. 1) Manual collection
2) Through Fastag.
Both copies are attached. I should be refunded one time charge of Rs. 40 at the earliest.

I was travelling from Mumbai to pune on 21st April 2021(Vehical No - MH43BA1266- Dzire) It's Around 10.30AM When I Crossed the Khalapur Toll Plaza fastag Deduction Amount was 315 Instead of 270.When I Crossed Talegaon Toll Ahead fastag deducted 105 Again so total Deduction was 420INR .Kindly find the attached screenshot of the same & Revert back my remaining Balance....

The toll company charged me double charges when I informed them I waiting for are placement of fastag kindly do the manual procedure wherein other toll accepted the same My vehicle no ka04 mh 7447...

I have traveled to anand, gujarat by ne 1 on 27 march 2021 by vehicle gk 26 a 2608 between 11 a.m to 5 p.m.
I found 40 +40 80 rs dedicated instead of rs 60. Really unfair practice all the time.
Po lease refund rs 20.
I'm reccurent traveler to Anand. Same case i found in my previous traveling too. But it was refunded.
Why every time I have to ask for refund. Why not fair practice been done....

We were travel from pune to mumbai on 05th April 2021 in my car MH02AK5834 and paid the Toll ₹270 in cash at Talegaon toll due to low balance in Fast tag. But while reaching at khalapur toll I was showing my payment receipt to toll guy but amount has deducted from my fast tag account. Now my fast tag account balance in negative. Kindly refer attache payment receipt and credit the extra amount in my fast tag account.

I was travelling from pune to Mumbai on 02 April 2021 around 8.13 pm by me vehicle MH43BU0661 via Mumbai Pune Expressway. I paid the toll at Talegaon toll in cash for ₹270..trans no [protected]. On the way to Mumbai at Khalapur toll plaza I showed the toll receipt and was assured that fast tag won't be charged and it is cancelled, but still I was charged ₹203 via fast tag around 9.11 pm for the journey.

This plaza is free for surat residents. I passed through last line which is for car and shown license for confirmation and they allowed me to go but after 2 min i received message from my bank that 75rs. Toll has been taken by your toll.
This is not suppose to happen....
