I have travelled from poone today, your scanning machine at somatane phata is not working properly so the service man scanned my fast tag from manual machine, and on khalapur toll naka again machine scanned my fasttag, both end amount deducted is 203 /- I have received message from fasttag just now. Kindly refund the excess amount charged from your end. My vehicle details are MH03CS4566
Following two messages
INR 203 toll debited from Tag 3XXX1EE0 for vehicle no. MH03CS4566 AT Khalapur Toll Plaza on 14/03/21 12:06. Avbl Bal INR 111
And
INR 203 toll debited from Tag 3XXX1EE0 for vehicle no. MH03CS4566 AT Talegaon Toll Plaza on 14/03/21 11:13. Avbl Bal INR 314

Exactly same issue for my vehicle too.. 203 deducted from both ends.. Around the same time too... between 11 and 12.

    Dear Customer, Your FasTag Account has been debited Rs. 50 for transaction for Vehicle MA3JMT31SKJ226501 at Toll Khed-Shivapur Toll Plaza on[protected]T12:22:47. Balance amount in the Account is Rs. 0. Call toll free number [protected] for any dispute.
    Above is the message that I received from fasttag company.

    As I am local person (Driving license no. MH12 [protected] )
    It is not expected to deduct money. More wondering thing that the toll amount deducted is 50 i.e. all the total amount balance in the fasttag account...

    I would like to request please refund my this and previous amounts deducted from the same fasttag as early as possible.

    Also request to registered my car MH 12 YR 8447 Wagon R as local car and don't charge me in future for the same reason.

      Hi, this is regarding Car no: MH03CE6622

      We were traveling back from lonavala to mumbai, where our toll has been debited twice with different amounts & that shouldn’t be as neither did we leave expressway in between nor took a deroute & connected again.

      We were charged Rs. 135 & Rs. 68
      I am hereby attaching photo of debited payment for proof. kindly check the timings on it. We have entered at 11:47 & took exit by 12:31 which clearly gives us no detour or different point of entey again option. Why was i charged Ra. 68 at the exit point. ?

      Kindly look into this.

        This is to inform you the there is a long long traffic jam every day at NH48umbhel chokdi, surat, Gujarat is because of speed breakers on highway requesting you to remove this speed brakes to avoid such huge traffic

          At Khalapur toll plaza on 07 Mar 2021 at 1604hr Rs 203 toll debited from Tag 3xxxDFE0 FOR Vehicle No MAT627243LLK31026 without scanning the tag. How is this possible?
          I am on duty uniform army person and show him my identity card, then how could the amount deducted with scanning tag

              Today we travelled from pen to pune and pune to pen. I entered mumbai pune expressway from KHALAPUR entry the charged me 135rs at KHALAPUR toll plaza and 203 rs at Talegaon toll plaza. the actual toll is only 203 rs. they charged me 135 rs extra.

                I travelled from Mumbai to Pune on express way on 7th Feb 2021. I paid manual toll charges by cash Rs. 270/- at Khalapur Toll plaza ( Receipt is attached ) . Surprisingly at Talegoan Toll Plaza Rs. 203/- was deducted from my fast tag in-spite of receipt shown at Talegaon Toll plaza ( SMS screen shot is attached )
                Please refund Rs. 203/- which wrongly deducted from my FastTag

                    As per rules the fast tag is compulsory there was problem in scanning by their side I gave him my card for payment he was asking for cash so refused to give cash if the problem is by their side they should accept the card payment and he started arguing with me and using dirty words so pl. look after it as soon as possible so need of such persons at the public transport area. his name was Manoj Desai

                      Today dated 4March2021, I am travelling from Mumbai to Pune by Car No. MH28V 7220, At Khalapur Toll plaza deducted Rs 203/- 9.24 AM. With details IDETC/[protected]/0100001316211083393928/MH28V7220/540003/[protected].
                      At Talegaon Off (East) Toll plaza dated 4March 2021 10:14:31 lane E05, due to low balance the toll employees charged me again Rs.203/- with Trans.No. [protected] in place of Rs 67/- Is it correct.

                        This plaza is free for surat residents. I passed through last line which is for car and shown license for confirmation and they allowed me to go but after 2 min i received message from my bank that 75rs. Toll has been taken by your toll.
                        This is not suppose to happen.

                              I am frequent traveller from Pune to Sangamner by my vehicle MH17CM0896. I always pay my toll amount every time visit. At moshi toll plaza, toll employee asked me to pay cash instead of Fast Tag. So I paid the toll amount of Rs. 37 and got receipt at Moshi toll plaza. I showed the same receipt at Rajguru Nagar toll plaza. They accepted the receipt But they deducted Rs. 37 through fast tag. How can you deduct toll amount twice. This is serious as it might be happening with other travellers too. Please refund my money back or I will have to complain regarding it in consumer court. I have attached the receipt with this complaint.

                                  Toll was deducted automatically inspite of being a government vehicle and even after showing official identify card I got the message of deduction later on. No valid contact number given either.

                                    We had to stand in queue for 20 mins even when we had fastag just because of irresponsible management of toolboth incharge. They were arguing using rash language and were too rude even when the mistake was their. They did not mark the lanes for trucks and cars separately and were arguing that we had to wait cause we made mistake of entering wrong lane. They did not even mark the reversible lane until we reached at the toolboth. Extremely bad management and customer interaction. This incident happened on 27/02/2021 09:00hrs

                                      Frequent traveller on Khed Shivapur highway, MH12 ND MH14 vehicle are exempted from toll but due to fast tag it is automatically debited,
                                      Even if you wait before, the toll collector purposely don't enter and ask us to come ahead . The amount should be refunded back whatever debited - Rs.95/00 on 25/2/21

                                        Pune mumbai express way, i travel on 24feb 2021 evening. At talegaov toll plaza, fastag didn't scanned. I paid in cash 270 rs
                                        Next khalapur i showed them receipt. But deduct 203rs. From fastag from khalapur toll plaza.
