I just came across a motorbike on the Mumbai Pune expressway 2 minutes ago and they were not even wearing helmets...

Today we travelled from pen to pune and pune to pen. I entered mumbai pune expressway from KHALAPUR entry the charged me 135rs at KHALAPUR toll plaza and 203 rs at Talegaon toll plaza. the actual toll is only 203 rs. they charged me 135 rs extra....

I travelled from Mumbai to Pune on express way on 7th Feb 2021. I paid manual toll charges by cash Rs. 270/- at Khalapur Toll plaza ( Receipt is attached ) . Surprisingly at Talegoan Toll Plaza Rs. 203/- was deducted from my fast tag in-spite of receipt shown at Talegaon Toll plaza ( SMS screen shot is attached )
Please refund Rs. 203/- which wrongly deducted from my FastTag

I was charged twice for Rs. 203/- on khalapur toll naka on pune expressway while going to pune from mumbai....

As per rules the fast tag is compulsory there was problem in scanning by their side I gave him my card for payment he was asking for cash so refused to give cash if the problem is by their side they should accept the card payment and he started arguing with me and using dirty words so pl. look after it as soon as possible so need of such persons at the public transport area. his name was Manoj Desai...

Today dated 4March2021, I am travelling from Mumbai to Pune by Car No. MH28V 7220, At Khalapur Toll plaza deducted Rs 203/- 9.24 AM. With details IDETC/[protected]/0100001316211083393928/MH28V7220/540003/[protected].
At Talegaon Off (East) Toll plaza dated 4March 2021 10:14:31 lane E05, due to low balance the toll employees charged me again Rs.203/- with Trans.No. [protected] in place of Rs 67/- Is it correct....

This plaza is free for surat residents. I passed through last line which is for car and shown license for confirmation and they allowed me to go but after 2 min i received message from my bank that 75rs. Toll has been taken by your toll.
This is not suppose to happen....

I entered on expressway from old road from khopoli for coming to mumbai on 28.2.2021 at about 18.51 when toll was deducted Rs. 203/ - instead of 67 ruppes.
I came from khopoli a d not from pune.

Extra deduction at Talegaon toll plaza 203rs. / I had already paid 270 rs st khalapur toll plaza. Via cash since they said fastag having insufficient balance....

I am frequent traveller from Pune to Sangamner by my vehicle MH17CM0896. I always pay my toll amount every time visit. At moshi toll plaza, toll employee asked me to pay cash instead of Fast Tag. So I paid the toll amount of Rs. 37 and got receipt at Moshi toll plaza. I showed the same receipt at Rajguru Nagar toll plaza. They accepted the receipt But they deducted Rs. 37 through fast tag. How can you deduct toll amount twice. This is serious...

Toll was deducted automatically inspite of being a government vehicle and even after showing official identify card I got the message of deduction later on. No valid contact number given either.

We had to stand in queue for 20 mins even when we had fastag just because of irresponsible management of toolboth incharge. They were arguing using rash language and were too rude even when the mistake was their. They did not mark the lanes for trucks and cars separately and were arguing that we had to wait cause we made mistake of entering wrong lane. Frequent traveller on Khed Shivapur highway, MH12 ND MH14 vehicle are exempted from toll but due to fast tag it is automatically debited,
Even if you wait before, the toll collector purposely don't enter and ask us to come ahead . The amount should be refunded back whatever debited - Rs.95/00 on 25/2/21...

Pune mumbai express way, i travel on 24feb 2021 evening. At talegaov toll plaza, fastag didn't scanned. I paid in cash 270 rs
Next khalapur i showed them receipt. But deduct 203rs. From fastag from khalapur toll plaza.

I travelled from Mumbai to Pune and the total toll is Rs.270 i.e. Rs.203 at Khalapur and Rs.67 at Talegaon. I was having a active fastag with sifficient balance to travel . at khalapur I was debited with Rs.203 but at Talegaon toll the toll people fooled us saying there are no sufficient funds in my wallet and charged me more Rs.203. They were supposed to debit Rs.67 from fastag for which my fastag was having sufficient balance. The guys...

I have crossed Vadodara NE 1 toll plaza at 06:42 pm on 20th Feb 2021 and crossed exit toll plaza ta Nadiad at 07:31 pm on 20th Feb 2021.
Fastag was scanned and I was able to pass the Vadodara toll plaza but fastag was not scanned at exit (Nadiad) toll plaza. Hence, toll booth operator asked me to pay in cash. However, at 09:42 pm on 20th Feb 2021 Rs. 60 was deducted from fastag as well.
Now Paytm is not reversing the deducted...

I was charged 203 Rs at the Talegaon toll plaza in pune
Then when i reached khalapur toll plaza I was charged 203 rupees again in cash
Whereas Pune to mumbai toll charges are 270

I am travelling from mumbai to pune and at 5:44 pm I was charged rs 203 at khalapur toll from my fastag however at talegaon toll they have charged me again with the same amount. I want a refund of the additional money charged.

Travelled from Mumbai to pune (lonavla) 13/2/2021 by express way. Paid cash 270/- Trans no [protected] as I did not have that much amount in my wallet. But later on my return journey I deposited amount in my wallet and found that another 203/- was dededucted by fastag for the same one way journey Mumbai to pune (lonavla) by Trans no FT[protected] 13/2/2021...
