Address: Plot No.19 Lake Castle ,Talegaon Dabhade 410507

I traveled today from Mumbai to Pune.
As I m resident of Talegaon Dabhade ;took toll receipt till lonavala crossing from khalapur of 203 Rs.
At Talegaon exit again they charged me 203 Rs saying that Talegaon is not exempted.
In front of me 3 cars he exempted eventhough the car was of MH 46 passing and resident of Ozarde.
The behavior is discriminating and it shows toll is taken as per mood and interest of the cashier at Toll Naka.
And why 203 Rs toll taken was not justified.

    I paid cash at khalapur toll plaza. Because insufficient balance. When we reached talegaon that time I got balance from son. And also told your toll employee but they didn't give in. And charged from fasttag also

      Khalapur toll plaza is always charging cash and the fastag machines are not working. The amount is deducted from fastag account as well. It’s double charging.
      Khalapur toll plaza fastag machines are always faulty.

        I was travelling to lonavala from pune on my baleno (MH 12 PC 2673) and was charged 203 each time. The round cost is usually less and I should be reimbursed for the same

          I am travelling with handicapped person, no water in toilet, no attendant, no staff in admin office. Corruption of salary paid without coming to the work and passengers are suffering for toilet. Also water supply in toilet was stopped by security guard. Some senior persons sobo visit required to kill this corruption. Also need to check attendance for today my complaint sr. No. Is 36 date 03rd January 2021

              Address: Ahmedabad vadodra tall tax both

              On 2nd Jan at 7:25 I cross tall from Vadodara ans reached at 1030at Ahmedabad ans the samw day return from Ahmedabad at 4:17and reached at vadodara at 7:14pm
              While going they charge Rs 105
              And on returns journey they charge Rs 110
              As per rule it's return journey on same day and for that charges are Rs 160/_
              Also in morning Theie. Is huge line and observed all trucks are overloaded beyond their capacity
              Which affect on life of road as well safety of citizen
              Needs to check and return balance money

                Today I was travelling from Thane to Pune by vehicle MH15 CM 3013. I was charged double amount at Khalapur toll gate. One payment was manual and the other one was by fast tag.

                  This is to bring to your kind notice that at toll plaza lambiakala near bhilwara rajasthan staff is not at all puntual at all this is the 5th experience i hade in past 7 days. If any vechile comes without fastag they take cash ffom them and then a person will go in cash line to bring the toll receipt many times we have to even wait for 7-10 min to see this practice please improve bthe service call me [protected]

                    My Fastag Serial No. is [protected] and Car No. is MH12NU8523. I Payed the toll in cash Rs 203/- as my Fastag Balance was low at the Kusgoan toll Plaza (Receipt attached). I went in the cash lane at the Khalapur toll plaza and informed the person at the toll booth that i have Fastag but i have paid the toll in cash and showed him the receipt as well. However, i was Later on Charged Rs 203 again ( Find the msg received from ICICI Fastag) Kindly reverse my Rs 203 as i was charged twice

                    Updated by amit_rohra123                     Its been almost a month my complaint hasnt been resolved. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Due to the debit my fastag went into negative balance and is blacklisted now.

                      On 6 th nov 2020 I passed toll IRB Ahmedabad vadodara at vasad toll plaza i paid 60 rs. for local vehicle and same 125 rs. cut from my Fastag .pl. do refund my 125 rs.

                                  On 25.12.2020 i had paid cash of Rs. 270/- towards travelling towards pune...but in talegaon when i showed my payment receipt at the counter and they had released me, but after driving few km i got a msg from HDFC mentioning that your fastag account has debited Rs. 203, towards toll talegaon toll plaza on 08.39.04 min... How could you take double charges, when i had paid at Khalapur toll plaza?

                                  Pls check your records and refund my amount.

                                  My vehicle number is MH-01-By-4977.

                                      FastTag sticker Show insufficient balance at IRB toll plaza Radhvanaj toll Plaza NarolNadiad section though balance was available.
                                      Person taking toll was not able to understand same and was talking very ruHave paid double the charge of Rs 170 due to same.normal charge is Rs 85 for this toll

                                      Please do needful and Help to get additional charge taken by IRB toll plaza.
