Double debit of toll amount Fastag
Malegaon toll...

On 2nd Jan at 7:25 I cross tall from Vadodara ans reached at 1030at Ahmedabad ans the samw day return from Ahmedabad at 4:17and reached at vadodara at 7:14pm
While going they charge Rs 105
And on returns journey they charge Rs 110
As per rule it's return journey on same day and for that charges are Rs 160/_
Also in morning Theie. Is huge line and observed all trucks are overloaded beyond their capacity

Today I was travelling from Thane to Pune by vehicle MH15 CM 3013. I was charged double amount at Khalapur toll gate. One payment was manual and the other one was by fast tag....

This is to bring to your kind notice that at toll plaza lambiakala near bhilwara rajasthan staff is not at all puntual at all this is the 5th experience i hade in past 7 days. If any vechile comes without fastag they take cash ffom them and then a person will go in cash line to bring the toll receipt many times we have to even wait for 7-10 min to see this practice please improve bthe service call me [protected]...

My Fastag Serial No. is [protected] and Car No. is MH12NU8523. I Payed the toll in cash Rs 203/- as my Fastag Balance was low at the Kusgoan toll Plaza (Receipt attached). I went in the cash lane at the Khalapur toll plaza and informed the person at the toll booth that i have Fastag but i have paid the toll in cash and showed him the receipt as well. However, i was Later on Charged Rs 203 again ( Find the msg received from ICICI Fastag) Kindly...

On 6 th nov 2020 I passed toll IRB Ahmedabad vadodara at vasad toll plaza i paid 60 rs. for local vehicle and same 125 rs. cut from my Fastag .pl. do refund my 125 rs.

At khalapur I was charged toll twice for my vehicle MH03DG8645 at 10 am on fast tag and cash. I claim refund...

Toll naka fast tag is not working and collect toll twice first they told your fasttag is not working and make payment after collect cash within 3min fasttag also debit...

I have paid all the toll on highways in cash but got a message regarding fasttag that deducted 203rs at TALEGOAN toll plaza...

I have been charged rs, 270 by cash and rs. 203 by fastag on 28.12.2020 during pune mumbai travel at 20: 38 and 20:39 pm respectively....

On 25.12.2020 i had paid cash of Rs. 270/- towards travelling towards pune...but in talegaon when i showed my payment receipt at the counter and they had released me, but after driving few km i got a msg from HDFC mentioning that your fastag account has debited Rs. 203, towards toll talegaon toll plaza on 08.39.04 min... How could you take double charges, when i had paid at Khalapur toll plaza?

Pls check your records and refund...

I like to inform you that I had given toll at khalapur toll plaza of Rs.270/- and when I came to Talegaon toll plaza I had showed the receipt of Rs.270/- plus I got debited from fastag so I want my refund from Talegaon toll plaza....

FastTag sticker Show insufficient balance at IRB toll plaza Radhvanaj toll Plaza NarolNadiad section though balance was available.
Person taking toll was not able to understand same and was talking very ruHave paid double the charge of Rs 170 due to same.normal charge is Rs 85 for this toll

Please do needful and Help to get additional charge taken by IRB toll plaza.

On toll double payment collected cash as well as fastag...

While going to Dahanu from Mumbai on 26/12/2020, I passed through two toll plazas owned by IRB. At Khaniwade I was charged ([protected]) from my fastag (Rs 70/-) @ 1302IST and on return, I was charged ([protected]) from my fastag (Rs 40/-) @ 2053IST.

But in between, at Charoti toll plaza, while passing @1338IST, I was told that I have insufficient balance, and they took cash Rs 130/- (Tkt no[protected] and on my [protected]@1957IST,...

I have fast tag in my car..i am travelling to mumbai! At 10.40 pm talegoan toll plaza deducted 203 rs from fast tag account . And khalapur toll plaza charged me 203 rs again as i know the toll amount is 67 rs only.. kindly give explanation why they chaged extra money????

I was travelling to lonavala from pune on my hyundai venue (MH 12SL 3319) and was charged 203 each time. The round cost is usually less and I should be reimbursed for the same...

I have passed from khalapur toll about 11:30 am in car no.PB 31 N 3607 today by paying cash with trans. No. [protected] and collector KHR11.
And after that I recieved message that payment from fastag also have been deducted. Here are messages I recieved

On 23rd Dec 2020 at 04:07PM my Fas Tag account debited toll amount but message regarding this transaction i received late and also at toll plaza they charge me the same toll on 04:16PM ao ultimately i was pay double toll. and after the day i ask regarding this query to toll plaza employee but they told me to contact to bank. but bank don't take responsibility about this.
