I paid Rs 270 in cash lane at the Talegaon toll plaza while returning from Pune to Mumbai. At the Khalapur toll i went in the cash lane and showed the clerk the paid slip and drove away. However in sumtime i got a message for an debit amount of Rs 203 on my HDFC Fastag. I was low on Fastag balance hence i paid in cash but unfortunately i got Charged rs 203 at the Khalapur toll. Kindly refund Rs 203 in my fastag account. Kindly find below The receipt of Talegaon toll of Rs 270 and the message alert from HDFC fastag for debit of Rs 203.

    While driving from Pune to Mumbai, Talegaon Toll guys said, Fastag has low balance even though I knew I had balance bcoz,
    I recharged 2 days back. Just to avoid argument and delay at the juncture, I paid cash.
    Later 2 hours After crossing Khalapur Toll money was deducted again from Fastag, even though I showed him the toll receipt.
    Please refund the amount deducted from Fastag.

      While traveling to Pune on 27th Nov 2020. As there was less que on cash counter, paid toll at Shilphata cash Rs.41, Khalapur Rs. 270, coming back again at Khalapur Rs.270 as passed trhoug cash counter. But from FASTAG wallet also amount got deducted. When informed to toll post they tolled we can do anything. Give complaint to call center, which is again charging for calls. This is reticules. I must get return my extra paid money. Car number MH04GQ9777.

        Staff in Toll between Tumkur and Sira are allowing big cars like volvo audi without even asking for pass or amount. I stood there for half an hour and saw them. Where should middle class person go?? Or are they born to pay every tax and rich people are made for escaping them??

          My ICICI fast tag debited amount 203/- today 28th Nov 2020. While travelling from Mumbai to Pune at khalapur toll plaza also cash amount 270/- collected by toll against receipt saying its not received by fastag.

          How should I get it back. 203/- is till big amount for me

            Please note on 24/11/2020 at Entry of Talegaon Toll Plaza Rs. 203.00 at 9.40 deducted from my Fast Tag No. A22194 at 7:46:56pm
            While Exit at Khalapur Toll Plaza again deducted Rs. 67.00 at 9:35:37pm

            Kindly explain why you are deducted the amount of Rs. 67.00 while exist.

              Old mumbai pune highway, irb is taking lots of toll since a decade but there is no concrete road, there is no street light infact not near the toll, there is lot of pit(गड्ढे) on road, lots of accident occur because of this.

              please do some needful help

                  Respected sir,
                  Yesterday (23/11/2020) I had journey from my home town towards Navi Mumbai via Mumbai- Pune expressway.
                  At 19:35:35, RS.203 was debited from my fastag at Talegaon toll plaza. I was also in confirmation that Rs. 270/- debited for total journey towards Navi Mumbai. As Khalapur toll approached, I still had RS. 80.98/- in my account. So if Rs. 270/- would have been deducted at Talegaon it was ok. But again I paid Rs.203/- at Khalapur.
                  It means I have paid Rs. 406/- for my single journey against expected Rs.270/-.
                  It is my humble request to kindly refund excess paid of Rs. 136/-

                    I was traveling towards Pune through my car MH03DG5864 on 14th November 2020 via Mumbai-Pune Expressway. I have paid Rs. 270/- cash at Khalapur Toll Plaza as toll charges (Transaction no. [protected]). But later on I got a message saying that again Rs. 203/- was debited from my FASTag account no. [protected]. I received message of this transaction after an hour. Please credit back the excess amount charged. Thanks.

                      Yesterday on 21/11/2020 @ 13.55 hrs when I reached at Khalapur toll - while going to Lonavala on Y B Chavan Mumbai - Pune express way IRB toll plaza attendant told me that I have insufficient balance and has to pay cash for toll of Rs. 203/- to avoid further inconvenience I have paid Rs. 203/- in cash and collected receipt for the same.
                      Today when I returned to my home has decided to recharge e toll wallet of ICICI Bank through mobile app, here I came to know that already Rs. 203/- has been deducted from TX ID[protected] at 13:55 hrs.
                      Unfortunately I have loosed my receipt of Rs. 203/- though I don't have my receipt the concern toll plaza record may confirm of double payment of toll for my vehicle MH 03 DA 9200 Innova Crysta at mentioned time.
                      The said authority should find out and repay my amount of Rs. 203/- to my TX ID[protected] e toll account immediately.

                            Dear sir,
                            yesterday while coming from Talegaon to Panvel (Navi Mumbai), at Kusgaon toll plaza the toll person told me that there is not enough balance in my fastag wallet. _So he took cash of ₹41 from me and gave a receipt transaction no.[protected] at 16;58;41.On the next i.e.at Shedung toll plaza there was no issue and my fastag account got debited for ₹41 and received a message- 2020;11;10 T17;49;17 balance amount in the account is ₹.228/-. Later in the night at 22;43 I received a message that your fastag account has been debited for ₹40 at Kusgaon Toll Plaza 2020;11;10 T 16;57;50.balance amount in the account is ₹188/-(Please note earlier time 16;57;50 message had less balance ₹188/- and later time 17;49;17 message had more account balance ₹228/-)

                            This sort of transaction had happened earlier also. I was at home and not performing any journey and suddenly got a message that my fastag account was debited 2 times on the same day .This is a new method of fraud or what I don't know.

                            I have got 12 digit Customer ID and 14 digit Wallet Id on my fastag receipt which is not acceptable to your mobile application and I am not able to recharge my Fastag account.by entering Customer ID, VRN Wallet ID or can not add Fastag as it is asking for 16 digit Wallet ID to HDFC biller list.

                            Some questions and suggestions
                            1) billing should be done with VRN instead of chassis no.
                            2) Date format should be ddmmyyyy instead of yyyymmdd
                            3) Alert message if there is any minimum account balance to be maintained
                            4) Make fastag recharge user friendly
                            This message is already forwarded to hdfc [protected]@hdfc.com.But I think it is more relevant to you.

                            You are required to look into this seriously and sincerely .

                              I traveled on 19/11/2020 from Khalapur to Pune by my vehicle MH46AL2083, I took toll receipt of Rs 203 by paying money at Khalapur as there was slight short cash in fast tag, at 9.57.12 on 19.11.2020.
                              While passing Talegaon toll plaza, I showed my toll receipt, which was already checked and read by toll cleark. And also there was deduction of toll charges from fast tag, though amount was short. The fast tag deduction receipt is as below.

                              Dear Customer, ICICI Bank FASTag linked vehicle no. MH46AL2083 has been debited with Rs 203.00 on[protected]:42:52 for toll charges with trip number[protected] at Talegaon Toll Plaza Plaza on[protected]:42:03. Avl. bal. is Rs -2.12. Call [protected] in case of dispute.

                              It is straight way double deduction. Kindly arrange to refund the excess money deducted.

                                You Paid Rs.100.00 at Nandgaon Toll Plaza of MH06BE6692 on 19/11/20 21:56:15. Avl Bal Rs.50.00 Txn ID: LN[protected].

                                This is the msg received from my bank for fast tag deduction, though they have charged 200rs for entering in fast tag lane apart from fast tag 100rs saying they have not received anything. So they charged me 200rs because I entered in fast tag lane.

                                    I stay nearby Bhagwada toll & i have to travel to-fro from Bhagwada toll, between Udwada & Vapi, Gujarat. recently i fitted icici fastag for my vehicle GJ15CD4335. And e-toll, 280/- deducted in auto mod from my fastag four times between 11th November to 17th November.
                                    i have tried to raise complaint to Bhagwada toll office to AB Deshmukh ( mobile : [protected] ) & fastag auditor Mr. Tejash. But neither complaint could be raised nor i got refund amount 280/- and they wasted my time..!!
                                    In such case you are requested to initiate refund of 280/- as soon as possible.
