I was travelling back from Talegaon to Mumbai on 11 Oct, 2020. I paid toll of Rs. 203/- at Talegaon toll plazausing Fastag. When I reached khandala near the khoploli exit of old highway due to accident the traffic was diverted to old mumbai pune highway from express highway. I travlled on old road and from old highway i rejoined expressway from Khalapur toll. There I was again asked to pay Rs. 203/- with reason that I dont have balance in Fastag and the toll paid at Talegaon is not visible in the system as it is directly credited to the bank account of IRB. Ans also if I have entered through Pen road then too for using the strech of 37 kms I have to pay Rs. 203 only and not Rs. 67 which I was eligible to pay as I had already paid at Talegaon. Now this logic was baseless if I use Fastag then they will deduct Rs. 67 only but if I use Fastag at Talegaon and pay balance in cash at Khalapur then I have to again pay Rs. 203/- what is the logic behind this kindly let me know. I showed them the sms in my phone that Rs. 203 has been deducted at Talegaon but they didnt listen to me and were demanding for Rs. 203 only. If the system doesnt know that I have paid in Talegaon and if I use Fastag then how come they deduct only Rs. 67 at Khalapur by default and not Rs. 203 but if paid in cash they demand for Rs. 203 only do you people see any logic in this.

Kindly let me know ASAP. I am attaching screenshot of the sms and the toll receipt of Khalapur toll in all I was charged Rs. 406/-. Kindly let me know if you can revert my balance money deducted the original expressway rate of from Talegaon to Mumbai or provide me logical answer to my query so that I can decide my further course of action.

We have face the problem of commercial vehicle park on service road from Jay Ganesh welding Modnimb.such welder do their work or welding on road due to this we suffer from problem..also problem for bus driver and other residential people..and this shop space is in your area.so please find this and solve the case..

Refer above information, though it is free for gj5, surat registered vehicles, toll has been deducted and that too at double rate.

This is totally unfair and illegal practice to seize money of general public.

I request to refund my full amount of rs.260/- as deducted above at earliest.

I paid toll by cash on Friday at Khalapur toll plaza Rs 270 however 207 got deducted additionally through fast tag
Kindly return the extra paid money

Fastag machine could not detect our fastag. We had rs 300 in wallet. We were ready to pay rs 65 of fastag but they were asking more money and started using foul language with us.

Your baroda booth taken double user fee because your server is not showing my balance in fastag where in my fastag have balance and is also unblock when i reach baroda entry point.
I request him for check server but they deny.
After talk with your complain department 1033 they also agree but they just file complain.
So when do you refund money?
As a customer i am right. At 5.30 my account is active and working with 995.00 balance. But due to your server problem and technician at point not accepting our argument.
Kindly refund that money

I was travelling from Mumbai to Pune on 24th Sept 2020. At Khalapur Toll Plaza at 20:55:11, I went from Non-Fastag lane and paid Rs.270/- toll charges in cash. I asked the toll counter attendant that "is there any camera in this lane?", he told me that in this lane there is NO camera. So I paid Rs.270/- toll in cash, but after 5 mins I also got an sms from Paytm that the money has been deducted from my wallet too. I am attaching the toll charges paid receipt in Cash and also the Paytm deducted screen shot. Please credit my Paytm account by Rs.270/- at the earliest.

We travelled mumbai to pune on 20th using fastag at expressway.
On return journey, we were charges with fasttag 203/- at talegaon toll and again at khalalpur we were asked to pay cash 203/-
Kindly check the reciepts attached. Please refund one of the charges.

IRB Infrastructure — Excess charge for toll on pune mumbai expressway
on September 23, 2020

My car mh12qm6976 was charged at Khalapur toll plaza ofRs. 203 through ref.No. [protected] at10:43:34 am while traveling from Mumbai to Pune on 23/09/2020.

After that at Talegaon toll plaza charged of Rs.203/- by cash. replace of Rs.67/- on 23/09/2020 showing no balance in card, whenever account balance is Rs.5, 797.42.

So please refund for excess Rs.136/- amount charge back into my fast tag account.

Please let me know when it will be done.

My name is monu kumar i'm working in bses yamuna power ltd. As a carpenter. On saturday when i was busy in my work i had 8 messages of money withdrawal. I. E. 8 messages of ₹5000 and the total amount was ₹40000.
It was the atm withdrawal but no one know ever used my atm card and neither i give my atm card to any one. That's why i'm writing here.. Please help me regarding this. This is clear a atm fraud but i'm a common man that's why no one trying to help me.
I already blocked my atm after this incident. And when i went police station for fir they didn't helped me.
Please help me regarding this.

On 7th Sept i have was travelling from mumbai to pune via express way and I paid toll of Rs.203 using Fastag. But when I reached Talegaon toll person told Fastag not working you have to pay again 203 in cash only, else will not allowed to go further.
I was forced to pay the twice amount on same day.

Give me back my money plzz

I traveled from pune to mumbai on 1st sept 2020. My etc tag had balance of rs. 351/- at the start of travel.
At talegoan toll plaza, rs. 203/- got deducted through etc.
At khalapur toll plaza, the person at the toll booth told me that there is insufficient balance in my etc account and hence rs. 67/- cannot be deducted. Also, as according to him, he was not able to see the deduction of rs. 203/- which had happened at talegoan toll plaza, so he made me pay rs. 203/- in cash.

I have traveled on 30th aug 2020 from mumbai to pune by car mh 14 gn7822. At khalapur toll plaza rs. 203/- (08:27:45 hrs) was deducted from my fast tag id [protected]. At talegaon again taken toll of rs. 203/- cash asking low balance in fast tag. But i have received message that rs 67 also deducted from my fastag.

I request you to please refund rs 203 excessive amount in my fast tag account at the earliest. Picture attached for your refrence.

I paid toll by cash of 203 at khalapur toll plaza.
But after sometime i also got a msg of the same amt being cut by etc tag.
Pls revert my money back in my account.
I m also attaching the receipt of cash i paid today.

Travelled from vadodara to mumbai on 30th august, 2020. Its around 400 kms but took 10hrs due to pathetic roads and traffic because of same. The roads were so bad that many trucks were getting stuck in the puddle and causing traffic jams upto 4-5kms.

It generally takes around 8hrs but due to the poor condition of the road it caused around 2 hrs delay.

You are collecting the tolls but not improving the roads. Please improve the roads and repair them as soon as possible. You will never get rich looting others.

Rough road at ahmedabad vadodara expressway from meshvo river bridge (Sign board) to vadodara city, it makes vibration in car, i saw one sharp stone on road, tyre and tube lying on road center who are responsible for any kind of accident. Company take much toll but can't give world class service.
Please give me answer...
