Toll plaza - irb choryasi, kamrej, surat
Car no: gj05cp3088
Paid rs. 75 to toll fastag on jun 28, 2020 16:34:49 with ref: [protected].
Toll txn id: [protected]

This plaza is free for surat residents. I passed through last line which is for car and they allowed me to go but after 2 min i received message that rs75 toll is debited from my paytm wallet.
This is not suppose to happen.

You are requested to please refund amount of rs75 to my paytm wallet

Greetings!
We are in receipt of your email dtd: 29.06.2020, regarding single Journey Rs.75/- charged from Fastag for local in this context, we would like to clarify as under:
1. We are carrying out toll operations at aforesaid toll plaza as per Concession Agreement executed with ‘National Highways Authority of India’ (NHAI) and guidelines issued by NHAI form time to time.
2. As per Govt. Notification No.S.O.2424 (E), (copy available at toll plaza), there is no exemption for any person or vehicle except as provided in the said Notification.
3. It may be noted that vehicles with GJ05 registration or Surat residents are not exempted at Choryasi Toll Plaza as per said notification. However, there is provision of discounted Monthly Pass for local residents (residing nearby toll plaza) for their non-commercial vehicles subject to fulfilling the conditions mentioned therein.
4. To avail this facility on Fastag (i.e. registration of Fastag as Local Tag), vehicle user needs to submit proper documents viz, vehicle registration documents, proof of residence etc. at Toll Plaza Administration Office. After verification of documents and if documents are found in order, Fastag is registered under Local Tag by the Toll Plaza. This usually takes 2-3 working days after submission of documents.
5. Apart from registration of ‘Fastag as local tag’, we have no role in payment processing under Fastag as it is automated process and payment is processed as per said notification. It appears that proper details were not shared with you by the Fastag selling agency.
6. In case you are eligible for local monthly pass as per user fee notification, you are requested to visit Choryasi Toll Plaza along with required documents.

    Address: Khalapur Toll booth (Last Lane for Car)

    I had was travelling on mumbai pune expressway on 28.06.2020. My car had a fast tag sticker, however the toll boy had given me a toll ticket for rs. 203.00.
    After some time i found out that an equal amount was deducted from my fastag amount. Request you to kindly reimburse the second amount of rs. 203.00 in my fastag account.

      I have paid toll of rs. 203/- by cash as the person at plaza told me that fastag is not working but the amount is debited from fastag also.

          We are residents of surat and we travel daily to ankleshwar for business.
          We have proof of locality still the staff of toll plaza ask us to pay the toll, which is ridiculous.
          Please do something about it as it’s our daily routine.

          We are in receipt of your email on dated 26.06.2020, regarding toll staff asking for user fees at Choryasi Toll Plaza. In this regards, we would like to clarify as under:

          1. We are carrying out toll operations at aforesaid toll plaza as per Concession Agreement executed with ‘National Highways Authority of India’ (NHAI) and Notification issued by MoRTH.

          2. As per Govt. Notification No.S.O.2424 (E), (copy available at toll plaza), there is no exemption for any person or vehicle except as provided in the said Notification.

          3. It may be noted that vehicles with GJ05/GJ19 registrations are not exempted at Choryasi Toll Plaza as per said notification. However, there is provision of concession / discount for local residents (residing nearby toll plaza) for their vehicles subject to the conditions mentioned therein.

          4. To avail this facility on Fastag (i.e. registration of Fastag as Local Tag), vehicle user needs to submit proper documents viz, vehicle registration documents, proof of residence etc. at Toll Plaza Administration Office. After verification of documents and if documents are found in order, Fastag is registered under Local Tag by the Toll Plaza. This usually takes 2-3 working days after submission of documents.

          5. Apart from registration of ‘Fastag as local tag’, we have no role in payment processing under Fastag as it is automated process and payment is processed as per said notification. It appears that proper details were not shared with user by the Fastag selling agency.

          6. Please note that making inquiry for vehicle & user fee as per notification is not a misbehaviour. Vehicles are not exempted on Driving Licence & Aadhar Card Copy

          7. Please note that if you have vehicles other than Surat District in your own name & you are residing in Surat, please obtain fastag and submit above mentioned documents to toll admin office to avail local discounts.

              Today morning i travelled from gachibowli to tspa junction, and my fastag was charged rs 50/-, against the normal charge of rs 20/-.
              If this has happened due to any error of equipment at entry, or due to unskilled staff who waved to enter the lane - is it my mistake? Why should i be penalised?
              It is a pathetic system!
              Please ensure refund of the excess charge on my fastag!

                Dear sir / madam;

                On 12th june 2020 i travelled from mumbai to pune. By vehicle mh03 az 6776.
                At khalapur toll rs. 203 was deducted from fastag (Refer below mail).
                At talegaon toll plaza fastag had insufficient amount balance.
                I have been informed totoll plaza official that i have already paid rs;203 through fastag even after he insisted on paying rs:203 toll.
                So i have paid one way toll rs:203 + 203 =406 instead of rs: 270.
                Kindly arrange to refund rs:136 at the earliest.

                We are in receipt of your email dtd: 17.06.20, regarding excess payment at Talegaon Toll Plaza on Mumbai-Pune Expressway in this context, we would like to clarify as under:
                We are carrying out toll operations at aforesaid toll plaza as per Concession Agreement executed with Maharashtra Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) and guidelines issued by MSRDC form time to time.

                At Khalapur Rs.203/- was deducted from your Fastag, it may be noted that details of valid Fastag on a vehicle is automatically captured while crossing toll plaza and accordingly payment is deducted.

                As per Govt. Notification, there is no provision of issuing receipt for difference amount at Talegaon Plaza for commuter coming from Khalapur as there was insufficient balance in your fastag A/c. toll staff rightly collected toll fees of Rs.203/-.

                    Yesterday, on my journey from mumbai to pune, an irresponsible employee of the khalapur toll booth stood leaning on my car without wearing a mask and talking to me. There was an issue with the system reading my fast tag and your employee being disrespectful and was not following any of the government instructions given as per the covid-19 pandemic. The employee initiated an argument regarding the payment of the toll whereas i showed him the balance in my fast tag account. He also violated social distancing, and was not wearing a mask until i told him to and was not wearing gloves either. This incident happened around 11:15pm on 6 june 2020 i was in a black suv. I would like to file a complaint against your employee’s and i would want a cctv of the same people that shows the violations.

                    We are in receipt of your email dated 07.06.2020 regarding misbehave by toll staff at Khalapur Toll plaza on Mumbai-Pune expressway.

                    At the outset we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. We hereby inform that matter has been investigated by us and clarify as under

                    1. We understand that, on incident day fastag on your vehicle couldn’t be validated by system as it was blacklisted by bank due to insufficient balance.
                    We further understand that this led to some altercations between yourself and on duty toll staff over user fee payment.
                    Please note that we have no role in inclusion/removal of any Fastagin data base which is an automated process operated by banks. For any clarity on blacklisting of your fastag, you are requested to contact your fastag issuing bank/agency.
                    2. It may be noted that we follow all the guideline issued by government agencies to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and have made necessary arrangements for all our staff at toll plaza.
                    We understand that concerned toll staff had removed face mask temporarily during the altercation.
                    Management has viewed this very seriously and necessary action has been taken against him as per policies. We have instructed our toll plaza team yet again to strictly follow all the guidelines to avoid spread of Covid-19 virus.
                    Once again we regret for inconvenience caused to you and highly appreciate your feedback as it will help us to improve our services.

                      Hi,
                      I am cherish.
                      I always pass from irb choryasi toll plaza and my car i number is gj05ra9976 and they never charge for local cars.
                      But now i attched fast tag on my car and guess what? Your toll plaza continously deducting amount for each time i pass from it.
                      Please refer attched screenshot. Please refund my amount which is 75+75 =150.

                      And most importantly add my car's registered number in whitelist, the amount should not deduct in future.

                      Please help me out in it.

                      Dear Sir,

                      We are in receipt of your email dated 06.06.2020 regarding not allowing exemption / toll concession
                      for GJ 05 vehicle on Consumers complaint forum, in this context we would like to clarify as under.

                      1. We are carrying out toll operations at aforesaid toll plaza as per the guidelines of ‘National Highways Authority of India’ and User Fee is collected as per notification dated: 22.09.2009 issued by MORTH. As per said notification, there is no provision of exemption to any person or vehicle except as specifically permitted in the said notification. (Copy of notification is available at toll plaza)

                      2. It may be noted that vehicles registered with Surat city are not exempted at Choryasi Toll Plaza as per said notification. However, there is provision of Toll fee concession to local users.

                      3. To avail this facility on Fastag (i.e. registration of Fastag as Local Tag), vehicle user needs to submit proper documents viz, vehicle registration documents, proof of residence etc. at Toll Plaza Administration Office. This is done by you.

                      4. Apart from registration of ‘Fastag as local tag’, we have no role in payment processing under Fastag as it is automated process and payment is processed as per said notification.

                      5. From 15.12.2019 at all NH toll plaza 100% fastag implement procedure is in progress and non fastag commuter will be penalised for Double Toll tax of applicable toll fess as per instruction of MORTH notification no. GSR 831(E) dated 21.11.2014 & further updated G.S.R. 298 dated 15.05.2020

                      6. As per IHMCL guide line only NHAI have authority to distribute fastag of exemption category & no concessioner have a rights of this.

                      7. In case you are eligible, please visit at toll plaza administration office along with valid documents for vehicle and residence.

                      Thank you for your response.

                      But I don't think they are collecting any amount from non-fasttag GJ-05 vehicles.
                      Also the strange thing is that, after sharing this incident with my other friends they said, some of them GJ05 vehicle is charged and some of them is not charged till date even they have the fastag.

                      Paytm Fasttag said me to register my car number in local transport exemptions list. Please add me in that link if possible or atleast do something to give local discount.

                              My name is chaitanya bangar live at rajgurunagar tal khed dist pune 410505. My vehicle no is mh14gy6748.
                              I had travelling daily from your toll plaza rajgurunagarichandoli located at pune-nashik highway.
                              So irb collected the toll from me on following date

                              Dear Sir,

                              We are in receipt of your email dated 27.05.20 regarding toll collected (Fastag account debited) from local residence by toll staff and not exempted your car at Rajgurunagar Toll plaza on Pune- Nasik highway, on Consumers complaint forum, in this context we would like to clarify as under.

                              At the outset we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.

                              We are carrying out toll operations as per the directives of Maharashtra Public Works Department. (PWD) and Notifications issued by them. As per said notification, there is no provision of exemption to any person or vehicle except as specifically permitted in the said notification. (Copy available at Toll Plaza)

                              1. It may be noted that vehicles registered with Pune or Chinchwad city are not exempted at Rajgurunagar Toll Plaza, as per said notification. However, there is provision of Toll fee concession to local users.

                              2. To avail this facility on Fastag (i.e. registration of Fastag as Local Tag), vehicle user needs to submit proper documents viz, vehicle registration documents, proof of residence etc. at Toll Plaza Administration Office. Its an online process and user has to upload the details of his vehicle.

                              3. Apart from registration of ‘Fastag as local tag’, we have no role in payment processing under Fastag as it is automated process and payment is processed as per said notification.

                              4. In case, you are eligible, please visit toll plaza administration office along with valid documents.

                                IRB Moshi Toll Plaza take Rs 34 as Toll fee from MH 15 DS 4850 on 9th May 2020 using fast tag. Again they have deducted Rs 17 at Rajgurunagar on Same day from me . This is just a pathetic. Because on that day I went to Nashik. Please see Screenshot of Fast tag transactions for that day. Let me know how will you refund Rs 17 back.

                                  Hi team, yesterday when I was at khalapur toll, I had submitted 270 cash and still from my fast tag amount dedut happened.

                                  Receipt mode of payment says cash, then how you deduction happened.

                                  Fast tag transaction MBHEWB22SLA436704 deducted amount 203
                                  Kindly reverse my fast tag charges

                                    I’m a doctor travelling to mumbai for my work from pune. On 4 th may my vehicle no mh-30az-5622 was charged for toll at talegaon toll plaza at 8:34 am and a deduction was made through fasttag linked to my paytm account. At khapalur toll plaza considering a low paytm balance i again paid rs 203 vide receipt no psp.2000/cr-106 (Is)/road-8 dt, 09/08/04 trans no [protected] collector 16898 at 9:20:43 am. I again got a message from paytm of a deduction of 67/- rs at khalapur toll plaza timed 9:20 am. Considering the payment has already been deducted at talegaon toll plaza the same should not have been charged at khalapur toll plaza. Kindly look into the matter and consider.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I am working in gov. Of maharashtra in health department (Emergency service), i was traveling on mumbai - pune old highway on 23rd feb 2020, as per gr gov. Officer have toll free card, i have show my valid card they won't allow me still i never argue with them.

                                        I pay my toll and i park my car side and asked for gr. Once i asked for gr they start with rude words and few people come around and start argument with me and use rubbish words, i asked them to show there id but they are unauthorized persons and one person is in v. M. Enterprises there is no single person available of irb. One person surename gayakwaad who ready to fight with me and use rubbish words too, kinldy take action on priority there is local people gathering on varsoli (Kusgaon) toll plaza. Kindly maintain security on toll plaza if such worker behaves like this it will very dangeruss to teaveling on road.

                                        We are in receipt of your email dated 23.02.2020 regarding misbehave by toll staff and not exempted your car (Health Dept) at Varsoli Toll plaza on Mumbai-Pune expressway on Consumers complaint forum.

                                        At the outset, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you and we hereby inform that the matter has been invstigated by us and clarify as under :

                                        1. We are carrying out toll operations under the directives of Maharashtra State Road development Corporation (MSRDC) and Notifications issued by GoM. As per said Toll Notification there is no exemption to personal vehicles. The same was explained to you and requested to pay user fee and refusal to pay user fee was led to altercations between toll staff and you. After intervention of some Sr.Staff, you made payment.
                                        2. We have not found any incident of misbehavior with you by toll staff.
                                        3. Please note that we provide periodical training for the job to our personnel including behavioral training to ensure quality services.

                                        4. We would like to inform that any misbehavior by our personnel is strictly dealt by us and we have instructed our plaza team yet again to ensure proper conduct by our personnel.
