    On 19th aug 2020 i had traveled to pune by car mh04 ex 9641. At khalapur toll deduction of rs 203/- (08:27:45 hrs) done from my fast tag. But at talegaon toll again taken toll of rs 203/- (09:08:45 hrs) saying insufficient balance in fast tag instead of rs. 67/-. Kindly refund my amount in my fast tag account.

      I have traveled on 19th aug 2020 from mumbai to pune by car mh 04 ex 9641. At khalapur toll plaza rs. 203/- (08:27:45 hrs) was deducted from my fast tag id 12148350. But at talegaon again taken toll of rs. 203/- (09:08:45 hrs) cash asking low balance in fast tag. Hence request you to please refund excessive deducted amount in my fast tag account at the earliest.         This has reference to my complain no. 142 already lodged at vadodara toll plaza on dated 11th august 2020 at 9.52 am.
        I had to wait more than 5 minutes at w5 though only one bus was ahead my car. Due to this i missed an urgent meeting.
        Almost 9 days are passed but i heard nothing about my complain.
        Can i know what action has been taken in this connection?

          I was driving vehicle no. Mh12 hl 0953 on 14th august from mumbai to pune. I cross khalapur toll naka between 10 and 10.30 and rs. 203 was deducted from fastag. I passed talegaon toll naka at mid night around 12.15 am on 15th august and again rs. 203 was deducted from fastag. At talegaon toll naka deducted rs. 203 instead of rs. 67. Irb company has deducted rs. 136 extra. Kindly refund rs. 136 to my fastag directly.

            Today early morning when i go to pune from panvel, i reached shedung toll plaza, at that time my fast tag not scanning properly
            So i pay cash for toll amount
            After some time i received message from paytm fast tag for deduction toll amount (41.00rupees)
            So i want to my refund toll amount
            Please refund my amount of rupees 41.00

              Dear Support,

              As i was returning today (8th Aug 2020) from Mumbai To Pune the IRB toll naka at Talegaon chakan toll collected additional Rs 203 in Cash due to no sufficient balance.

              Since i have paid additional amount in cash, Please help refund my Fastag amount which I paid at previous Khalapur toll naka using Fastag

              For your reference, I have attached both SMS as well as Cash receipt with this email.

              Please let me know if you need more information.

                    Dear Sir,

                    We are in receipt of your office email on dated 05.08.2020 regarding deduction o[censored]ser fee from fastag account at Choryasi Toll Plaza on National Highway#48.

                    At the outset, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. We have investigated the same and clarify as under

                    We are carrying out toll operations at aforesaid toll plaza as per Concession Agreement executed with ‘National Highways Authority of India’ (NHAI) and Notification issued by MoRTH.

                    As per Govt. Notification No.S.O.2424 (E), (copy available at toll plaza), there is no exemption for any person or vehicle except as provided in the said Notification.

                    It may be noted that vehicles with GJ05/GJ19 registrations are not exempted at Choryasi Toll Plaza as per said notification. However, there is provision of concession / discount for local residents (residing nearby toll plaza) for their vehicles subject to the conditions mentioned therein.

                    To avail this facility on Fastag (i.e. registration of Fastag as Local Tag), vehicle user needs to submit proper documents viz, vehicle registration documents, proof of residence etc. at Toll Plaza Administration Office. After verification of documents and if documents are found in order, Fastag is registered under Local Tag by the Toll Plaza. This usually takes 2-3 working days after submission of documents.

                    Apart from registration of ‘Fastag as local tag’, we have no role in payment processing under Fastag as it is automated process and payment is processed as per said notification. It appears that proper details were not shared with you by the Fastag selling agency.

                    You are requested to contact the toll plaza administration office along with valid documents for vehicle and residence proof, between 9:30am to 6:00pm (in week days).

                      I am from surat. My name is rajesh thummar. Today i passed through the irb toll near kamrej at around 11:44 am. After passing the toll, i received a sms that my fastag account has been debited with rs.75 amount.
                      My trip number is[protected]. My vehicle number is gj5cr8952.
                      This happened 2nd time that is why today i am raising this complaint.
                      I felt that management at this toll plaza is not up to the mark.

                      We are in receipt of your emails dated: 25.08.20 regarding deduction o[censored]ser fee from your fastag A/c. at Choriyasi Toll Plaza on National Highway #48.

                      At the outset, we sincerely regret for any inconvenience caused to you. We hereby inform that the matter has been investigated by us & clarify as under:

                        I travelled from pune to mumbai via pune express way on 19th july sunday. Vehicle no mh 02- cz 7051. I paid toll in cash st pune entry, as i was doubtful about balance in fas tag. I collected receipt and showed at khalapur toll exit. But rs. 203 got deducted grom my fas tag at khalapur toll. Please give me refund for the fastest tag toll

                          There are goons located on the toll Plaza, certainly not the way a toll plaza should be operated! I was with my family, When we paid the Toll receipt, Suddenly the Pole of the toll touched the CARS glass ceiling, I asked them why were they so careless about this, He said such things happen at toll plaz! I asked for the Manager, There came a person called Ganpat, who claimed he's the manager, He started shouting to a next level. Abusing, Shouting, threatening me.. Suddenly he called about 20 people making it unsafe..

                          As it was the highway, We had to be safe from these goons, went from there.

                          IRB should not provide such goons employment. I could not record the incident, Nor there was any helpline provided at the display boards

                          But I did check there is a similar complaint about the same person, same toll plaza posted on this site, but no action is yet taken . As IRB manages most of the country's toll plaza, Is there a Safety Helpline which is provided, What should be the case to report these incidents to ?

                            Toll is not supposed to deduct for the same district vehicle i. E surat (Gj05) on irb choryasi toll plaza, kamrej. But as soon as i crossed the toll plaza, i received a sms as rs 75 (07-july-2020, 02:09 pm) has been deducted via fastag on irb choryasi toll plaza. This type of issues need to be stopped, as the government is digitalising the nation, this does't mean that you can do whatever you want.
                            Refund my hardly earned money whichever is deducted and kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible so that many gj05 vehicles don't suffer from this problem.

                              Sir i have hdfc credit card. I have last digit 8117 credit card. But in this credit card fraud tranction found so that i have block y credit card done by me. So then new cc is gave to me by hdfc bak. And last digit is 0811. But current position is last cc is blocked by me so there previous reward point is lasped and not carried forwrad in new cc given by hdfc bank. So ihave raised my compain in customer card but there is no solved my problem. So i have requested that pl look in to in this matter.

                                This plaza is free for valsad residents. I passed through last line which is for car and they allowed me to go but after few min i received message that rs 70 & rs35 toll is debited from my paytm wallet.

                                This is not suppose to happen.

                                You are requested to please refund amount of rs.105 to my wallet

Nh8 highway by irb infra location bareja ahmedabad near highway bridge both side service road traffic by local fastfood shops so now a days full traffic 10 to 15 times a day near nilkamal complex nr h p petrolpump at bareja. Please solve and clear local illegal construction on highway gutter nr service road and clear entrance for nilkamal complex.

                                      I have today travelling on at vadodara toll tax of vadodara-ahmedabad expressway. The toll boy had given me a toll ticket for rs. 210.00 instead of 105.00.

                                      Also toll manager behaving rudely as a name: mahendra ganguly

                                      And also car no noted wrong intentionaly : gj06bl9404 instead of gj06lb9406

                                      I have already travel alternative in same route but this issue happen first time. This is intense to done due to car no wrong noted.

                                      Also complaint 1033 as per provide complaint number 2154068.

                                      We are in receipt of your email dated: 30.06.20 regarding Double toll taken intentionally at Vadodara Toll Plaza.

                                      At the outset, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform that the matter has been investigated by us and clarify as under:

                                      1. User fee at toll plazas is collected as per National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 and notification issued by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.

                                      2. As per Gazette Notification G.S.R. 298, the vehicle not fitted with “FASTag” or vehicle without valid, functional “FASTag” entering into “FASTag lane” of the Fee plazas shall pay a fee equivalent to two times of the fee applicable to that category of vehicles as per sub-rule (2) of rule 4”.

                                      3. Kindly note that you have entered in FASTag lane No 5 at Vadodara Toll, hence the double toll fees has been rightly charged as per said notification.

                                      4. With respect to wrong vehicle number mentioned on toll receipt, disciplinary action has been taken on concerned staff.

                                        I am residing in V V Nagar near professor colony which comes under the radius of 17.78 km. But the Vasad toll tax authority is not issuing me the monthly pass for my car GJ23AF2982. Request you to issue the monthly pass for the same.
