I was travelling by my private car, i have seen at ahemdavad toll plaza there was stood ahemdavad police car. They did stopped the vehicle on national express way after the main ahemdavad toll plaza. Moreover, they were 4 cops and out of two are in civil dress, driver as well as the psi he sat in the police car. Addinaly they also had one trafic policeman, i didn't know where was his duty point.
As well as there in no stop in between ahemdavad to nadiad, but still they did stop the vehicles, it might be accident on highway if they suddenly stop the car.

I think that is responsibilty for IRB to do not allow to stop the police car in the middle of the NH 1, and specially in civilian dress

    Sir
    I travel daily from panvel to karjat. As i stay in panvel i'm entitled for local pass at shedung toll plaza. I visited your toll booth 3 to 4 times in last week but i was told that local pass matter hasbeen sent to higher authorities for clearance. As i know there is a contract between government and road contractors to give local pass to resident staying upto 20km of toll booth why there is delay in issuing of pass? I m travelling from the same toll booth since 2012 on local pass. Kindly take a note of my complaint and reply asap.

    We are in receipt of your email dtd: 15.03.20, regarding eligible for local pass at Shedung Toll Plaza in this context, we would like to clarify as under:
    1. We are carrying out toll operations at aforesaid toll plaza as per Concession Agreement executed with Maharashtra Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) and guidelines issued by MSRDC from time to time.

    2. As per Govt. Notification No.S.O.1429 (E), (copy available at toll plaza)
    there is provision of discounted Monthly Pass for local residents (residing nearby toll plaza) for their non-commercial vehicles subject to fulfilling the conditions mentioned therein.
    3. To avail this facility of Local Pass you have to submit vehicle registration documents, proof of residence etc. at Toll Plaza Administration Office. After verification of documents and if documents are found in order. You may be issued local pass. This usually takes 2-3 working days after submission of documents.
    4. In case you are eligible please visit at Toll Plaza Administration Office along with valid documents for vehicle and residence.

    I was traveling to Mumbai from pune on 8th March 2020. When I crossed talegoan toll plaza Rs. 173 /- got deducted from my fastag account. And when I crossed khalapur toll plaza again Rs. 173/- got deducted from my fastag account. Please I want my refund back of Rs. 116/-. Why such glitches happens. And why you people

      I was travelling towards pune on 12/03/20 at talegaon toll plaza i paid by cash rs.173 as some technical issue in fastag (Receipt attached), but when travelling ahead i received message that rs.173 deducted from my fastag account.
      While coming back on 13/03/20 i told the toll operator at talegaon toll plaza about it, he said though my fastag has scanned this time he can cancel it & i can travel toll free this time but same thing happened, after travelling ahead i got message that my fastag account has deduct rs.173 again. I was shocked & feel cheated with no fault from my side. Pls do the needful

        I was charged toll as well as the money was deducted from my fasttag account. Attached is the receipt of the toll bill and my paytm statement.

        Apart from this also on 23rd feb inr 99 /- was deducted from my fasttag account when the entry for the car with mh14 was free. And my car number is start with mh 14.

        Request refund for inr 230 and inr 99.

        On 25.12.2020 i had paid cash to khalapur toll towards pune...and in talegaon toll i have shown them the payment receipt...but when i crossed few km from talegaon toll i have seen in my massage that in my Fastag account again the toll charges had charged... My vehicle number is MH-01-By-4977.

        You may please check at your end, and refund the toll, since it was wrongly twice charged to me.

          Today morning i was traveling to pune from mumbai, at khalapur toll naka i had paid the toll amount by cash with rs.230 /- it was aat 7:42:37am khalapur and at exit talegaon toll naka at 8:32:06am getting massage that fastag got debited for rs. 173/- for vehicle mat627121jlj40056.           Kindly check the issue and resolve it earliest.

            Yesterday i have travelled from Vadodara to Anand.. As my vehicle is local, I have to travel from last lane of Toll Plaza. I have paid Rs.60 for One side travel. After some time, I received message that Rs.120 was deducted from My FastTag...I have attached both slip for your reference.

            Kindly do the needful to return Rs.120 which was deducted extra due to malfunctioning of your system.

            Greetings!
            We are in receipt of your email dtd: 10.03.2020, regarding single Journey charged from Fastag at Vasad Toll Plaza for local in this context, we would like to clarify as under:
            1. We are carrying out toll operations at aforesaid toll plaza as per Concession Agreement executed with ‘National Highways Authority of India’ (NHAI) and guidelines issued by NHAI form time to time.
            2. As per Govt. Notification No.S.O.881 (E), (copy available at Toll Plaza), there is no exemption for any person or vehicle except as provided in the said Notification.
            3. It may be noted that vehicles of any registration are not exempted at Vasad Toll Plaza as per said notification. However, there is provision of discounted Monthly Pass for local residents (residing nearby toll plaza) for their non-commercial vehicles subject to fulfilling the conditions mentioned therein.
            4. To avail this facility on Fastag (i.e. registration of Fastag as Local Tag), vehicle user needs to submit proper documents viz, vehicle registration documents, proof of residence etc. at Toll Plaza Administration Office. After verification of documents and if documents are found in order, Fastag is registered under Local Tag by the Toll Plaza. This usually takes 2-3 working days after submission of documents.
            5. Apart from registration of ‘Fastag as local tag’, we have no role in payment processing under Fastag as it is automated process and payment is processed as per said notification. It appears that proper details were not shared with you by the Fastag selling agency.

            6. In case you are eligible for local concession as per user fee notification, you are requested to visit Vasad Toll Plaza with required documents.

              Travel pune to mumbai and back on 07/03/2020 by vehicle no mh12mr 1099.. Toll was deducted from my account twice for khalapur toll plaza vide instrument no.[protected] and [protected] and one time for talegaon instrument no [protected].. While going to mumbai toll paid at talegaon which is correct, but while passing at khalapur, the machine was not working and the checker bring the machine near vehicle and checked for two times as they didn't verify first time, but actually the amount from my account deducted at talegaon and at khalapur also... So kindly verify and return one toll amount to my account at the earliest

Now since 15 days i am continuously chasing for renewal but they could not position to issue the same pass. Even though new tender staff is not supportive.                     I am working with axis bank at pathankot location. I am using monthly pass from last 3 years. Now when fastag issued then i have taken from irb office ladpalwan office near to pathankot. I have used my fastag three months by recharge of 265 rs. But from last month present branchanager has deny for recharge. He said i have no your approval. I can understand this thing if my monthly pass is working and after my fastg is also working in fastag under fastag number 34161fab20328ee8036e2720. My bank employee and and all other bank staff member are recharge there fastag monthly no issue while recharge. They all belong to my location. I think it's personal issue by your branch head with me. My vehicle number is pb06 ab 6979. I[censored] required my colleague vehicle number then i can share more the 10 person data. Pls do the needful i am facing harassment on this parameter. Only due to one person person. If any other issue pls advice me

                      On 29th feb 2020 we used expressway to go from pune to mumbai.
                      At talegaon toll plaza, they said fasttag is not working so need to pay cash. We paid 230 in cash.
                      After exit at khalapur, we got message that 173+57 rs has been deducted from fasttag.

                      Same happened in return journey on 1 march 2020 aswell.
                      We paid 173 rs cash at khalapur toll plaza, after exit in talegaon they said you need to pay 173 again since it was supposed to pay 230 rs toll at khalapur.
                      Woth jo choice left we paid 173 rs again in cash at talegaon since toll was jot working.
                      After 10 min again got message that 173 rs has been deducted from account.

                      Have already dropped mail no response on refund yet.

                      I have paid 230 cash and 230 deducted from fasttag, same in return 173 cash and again 173 deducted from fasttag. Both on talegaon toll plaza..

                      This is a cse of fraud since cash was taken knowingly that too twice.

                        Dear sir
                        Yesterday i passed through mumbai pune express way with my vehicle swift dezir mh05as9645 from pune to mumbai as per below data.
                        I crossed your talegaon toll naka at 12.48 pm and paid toll rs.173 through fast tag as per bellow confirmation from airtel payment bank as below.
                        "you paid rs.173.00 at talegaon toll plaza of mh05as9645 on 26/02/20 12:48:35. Avl bal rs.39.00 txn id: ft[protected]"
                        As my balance is low and to get eligible for next toll plaza at jhala put
                        I have charged my account for rs 200 more immediately at 12.50 pm.
                        When i crossed your khalapur toll plaza at 13.27 pm on same day again rs 173 deducted through my fast tag.
                        So total amount deducted is rs. 346 for the entire journey from pune to mumbai. Where as actual deduction is rs.270 as per revised rate.
                        Below is the receipt message at jhala our toll plaza.
                        You paid rs.173.00 at khalapur toll plaza of mh05as9645 on 26/02/20 13:27:02. Avl bal rs.16.00 txn id: ln[protected]
                        Please immediately revert my excess amount which is charged extra from me.

                            On 20 february, we are travelling from mumbai to pune via expressway. After reaching at khalapur toll, toll attendant told us pay toll by cash and shown sticker of only cash not fast tag. We have paid 230 rupees by cash. But same time fasttag is also deducted at khalapur toll by 173 & at talegaon toll by 57 rupees. Irb infrastructure charged us twice via cash and fast tag too. Kindly refund amount in my fast tag at earliest.

                              My car mh01cp3194 was charged twice of rs 173 while traveling from pune to mumbai on 23/02/2020

                              Below is the massage of the same

                              Dear customer, your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 173 for transaction by vehicle mh01cp3194 at toll talegaon toll plaza on[protected]t15:48:16. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 257 - hdfc bank ltd.

                              Dear customer, your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 173 for transaction by vehicle mh01cp3194 at toll khalapur toll plaza on[protected]t17:26:43. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 84 - hdfc bank ltd.

                              So please refund for the double charge back into my fast tag.

                              Please let me know when it will be done.

                              At Khalapur toll they told ur fastag balance is not showing and they asked to pay cash I paid 173Rs cash
                              When I came at Talegaon toll plaza I was shown receipt of same but again 173 Rs was deducted through ETC

                              Within 24hrs not received refund I will register complaint in consumer court
                              My journey from Pune to Lonavala on 15th Feb 2020 charged me Rs. 173/- on 1st Toll Naka at Talegaon. I stayed in Lonavala & my journey the next day from Lonavala to Mumbai at Khalapur, again charged me Rs. 173/- instead of Rs. 57/-. This is OPEN LOOT against FASTAG, as paying cash would have saved Rs. 116/-.
                              If going from Pune Mumbai express way, how much the fastag will deduct if I exit in lonawala? On what basis the toll charges will be deducted? 270 or 170 ? Please note, I don't want to go Mumbai, so how will the fastag sensor detect that I am going lonawala and not further to Mumbai. Please explain this charges breakup

                                Toll charges were cut from fastag and also taken in cash inspite of displayed banner saying"no fastag only cash". The attendant on toll asked me whether the fastag is oprational or not and later took cash without saying anything about the fastag.
                                Later i got the message of dedection of the tool from my account.
                                I was wrongly charged of 246 rs on single journey from lonavala to mumbai at khalapir toll. I should have been charged 173 rs on single journey at the toll.

                                  Rs. 173 got deducted from fastag single side and again return.
                                  May i know the exact amount required to travel from lonavala to pune. Or if irb has deducted extra amount whether it will get reversed? We have just received sms as a proof of deduction. Not further information is available.

                                    I had crossed the Khalapur toll plaza from Mumbai side going towards Lonavla on Sunday, 16th February. Given the traffic, I was moved to the other side. I had a valid FastTag on my car, but the man at the booth insisted on cash payment saying I couldn't pay by FastTag. I paid in cash, and a few minutes later I received an sms on my phone saying my FastTag had also been debited. I am sending you a picture of my Receipt paid in Cash as well as the sms received for the debit to my FastTag. My FastTag number is M3GTGS864JB901345. Kindly have the extra debit reversed to my account.

                                      While travelling from pune to mumbai on 15/02/20 i was asked to pay toll of rs. 173 in cash despite i have affixed a fastag on my vehicle no mh 43ar 1799, at talegaon toll, the receipt of which is attached herewith. I was told that there is some problem with my fastag.
                                      However at the next toll collection at khalapur the fast was read and i had not to pay.
                                      After some time i have noticed the message of toll deduction of rs.57 at talegaon, where cash of rs. 173 was collected from me.
                                      I should be refunded rs.173 to my paytm wallet, an additional amount i have paid.

                                        Dear Sirs,

                                        I have been served by Mr. chirag Patel at Anand toll plaza in very rudely and misbehaving way. He identified himself as a supervisor of the whole plaza.

                                        I asked him to provide me a return ticket in 60 Rs. Amount from anand to vadodara which he denied. He said we stopped it. I asked him I saw the board which is just 50 meters away from the plaza which I showed him and he agrees that board doesn’t say that so why would I pay more. However he was still reluctant to give me return ticket and told me if I want to go i need to pay 40 for one way only otherwise go home.

                                        Therefore in the view of the above I paid 40 and made a complaint to IRB at vadodara plaza and complaint no: 67 by mr. Rahul it was registered.

                                        With this in mind that he ripped me off, can I kindly request you to initiate the transaction ASAP for what he ripped me off otherwise please provide me a CCTV footage and I am happy to go further.

                                        We are in receipt of your complaint on consumer complaints email dated 11.02.2020, regarding misbehave by staff and not issued return journey ticket at Anand Toll Plaza.

                                        In this regard we would like to submit as under:

                                        1. The return journey receipt /other concessions have been discontinued for non-fastag users by NHAI from 15.01.2020 by vide its circular no.47464 (copy enclosed) to promote digital payment at toll plaza via FASTag only.
                                        2. Accordingly, users are being informed continuously by our staffs through Public Address System (Loud Speaker) at toll plaza to obtain fastag to avail any concession in user fee.
                                        3. Please note that we provide periodical training for the job to our personnel including behavioral training to ensure quality services.
                                        4. We would like to inform that any misbehavior by our personnel is strictly dealt by us and we have instructed our plaza team yet again to ensure proper conduct by our personnel
