On dated 22.12.2019 @9.00pm i started my journey from khalapur toll towards pune. At khalapur toll plaza i was asked to pay in cash as fastag transaction is not working and they charged rs.173/- and handed over the receipt no. 3572. When i was asked to produce the receipt at pune toll i produced the same and moved out. When i exit/ moved out from there my fastag message instructed regarding deduction of rs. 173/-. At 11.00pm once again i came back to pune toll and eloborated the entire thing, your personals were very rude. Even not ready to give complaint book. Atlast i could register complaint in complaint book pg. No 322. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same at earliest.

    As reference above subject i have LCV vehicle & i am using axis fast tag from 2016 but excess toll amount debited from my fast tag from last 1 years after many complaints register to axis fast tag they said the aquire bank of MUMBAI PUNE EXPRESS TOLL PLAZA not resolve this issue after providing vehicle documents, images, so we are not able to solve the problem so try to sort out issues as early as possible vehicle no. MH04HD9229

      I would like to inform you that i charged twice at Lonawala Toll Tax i.e. Cash Rs.230.00 & also deduct
      Rs.173.00 from my Fastag. I enclosed both my wallet statement as on 19-December-2019 as well as
      Cash Paid Toll Tax receipt.

      I request you to credit Rs.173.00 in my fastag asap or else i will take this issue to media with concrete proof.

        During our travel to lonavla on 16 dec 2019, it was smooth as there was no installation of fastag machines at khalapur toll plaza. So we paid in cast rs. 173. While returning also on 17 dec 2019, at khalapur toll plaza, we were informed that fastag is not available and hence we paid in cash rs. 173.
        However, same amount rs. 173 has been deducted from fastag account.

        If there is deduction from fastag, this should have been reflected in computer screens of toll collectors. Still they took cash. The fastag deduction email was received 8 min after the toll payment and hence no scope of returning to toll in the opposite direction. This is a case of fraud since cash was collection knowingly.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I travelled on mumbai pune expressway on 15th dec 19. The toll plaza deducted rs. 173 at talegaon toll plaza transaction time 10:11 hrs, transaction id [protected] & while returning from pune deducted rs 173 at talegaon toll plaza transaction time 18:45hrs. Transaction id [protected] from the fastag account when i have already paid toll in cash rs 230/ each time. And after deduction from fastag account i did not received any message. (On 17th i received mail giving transactions dated 15th dec.)
          Attached please find scanned copy of toll paid at khalapur toll plaza & talegaon toll plaza.

          I want irb to give me a refund of excess rs. 346/- collected.

            This plaza is free for bardoli residents. I passed through last line which is for car and shown license for confirmation and they allowed me to go but after 2 min i received message from my bank that 75 rs. Toll has been taken by your toll.
            This is not suppose to happen.

            Dear Sir,
            Greetings!
            We are in receipt of your email dtd: 16.12.19, regarding single Journey charged from Fastag for local in this context, we would like to clarify as under:
            1. We are carrying out toll operations at aforesaid toll plaza as per Concession Agreement executed with ‘National Highways Authority of India’ (NHAI) and guidelines issued by NHAI form time to time.
            2. As per Govt. Notification No.S.O.2424 (E), (copy enclosed for ready reference), there is no exemption for any person or vehicle except as provided in the said Notification.
            3. It may be noted that vehicles with GJ19 registration are not exempted at Choryasi Toll Plaza as per said notification. However, there is provision of discounted Monthly Pass for local residents (residing nearby toll plaza) for their non-commercial vehicles subject to fulfilling the conditions mentioned therein.
            4. To avail this facility on Fastag (i.e. registration of Fastag as Local Tag), vehicle user needs to submit proper documents viz, vehicle registration documents, proof of residence etc. at Toll Plaza Administration Office. After verification of documents and if documents are found in order, Fastag is registered under Local Tag by the Toll Plaza. This usually takes 2-3 working days after submission of documents.
            5. Apart from registration of ‘Fastag as local tag’, we have no role in payment processing under Fastag as it is automated process and payment is processed as per said notification. It appears that proper details were not shared with you by the Fastag selling agency.
            6. In case you are eligible for local monthly pass as per user fee notification, you are requested to visit Choryasi Toll Plaza with required documents.

                I travelled on pune mumbai expressway on 8th dec. The toll plaza deducted rs. 173 each (Total rs. 346/-) at talegaon & khalapur toll plazas from the fastag account when the applicable toll is only rs. 230/-.

                When rs. 173/- was already collected at talegaon, they should have deducted only rs. 57/- at khalapur toll plaza instead of deducting rs. 173/- again. This is a way of looting money from fastag account.

                I am sure many more motorists using fastag must have had this experience.

                I want irb to give me a refund of excess rs. 116/- collected.

                  Today 12/12/2019 we traveled from mumbai to pune. At khalapur toll plaza we were told that the lane we were in is a cash lane and so even though i had a fastag it will not be accepted. Hence i bought the toll ticket worth ₹230/-. When we crossed talegaon exit i showed the receipt duly but here an auto debit happened from my fastag for ₹173/-. Can you please have a look and help in this regard.                       I was traveling from Pune to Mumbai via expressway on 7th December 2019,
                      At Talegoan toll booth, the toll guy says fast tag is not yet compulsory, so you need to pay in cash So pay the amount in cash i.e 230. After new hours I got an SMS from fasttag that the 173 amount is deducted from paytm wallet.SMS from fasttag:
                      "Paid Rs. 173 for vehicle reg. no 'MZBEP813MKN021867' at Khalapur Toll Plaza on[protected]:37:07. For future reference toll txn Id: [protected]. "
                      PFA the cash receipt.
                      Below are the list of question:
                      1. If fastTag is enabled at toll booth then why IRB place such dumb guy at Tollbooth.
                      2. If I pay the cash amount then why the amount is debited from fast tag.
                      3. Why all fast tag board is removed from all the toll booth of expressway, it was there 2 month back.
                      4. I raised a complained at paytm but they are not responding from last 36hr.

                        I was going from pen to pune via khalapur toll then at khalapur toll they were telling that for this lane they are not accepting the fastag so you have to pay cash, but i insisted them that i have fastag and amount should deduct through fastag only but they people not agreeing and i have to pay cash at khalapur toll. But after some time i received sms from hdfc bank for deduction of 173 rs from fastag as well. For same journey they have taken double amount from me cash and fastag online payment both which is not acceptable. Why they have done like this? Why they are looting the peoples? Pls refund my 173 rs and take the action against that toll plaza otherwise i have to go to social media to highlight this issue to concern authority.

                          I have a fast tag in my car and scanner scan the fast tag and deduct the toll from fast tag account and still representative want 60 rs toll to open the gate...
                          Why we have to pay 3 times toll...?

                          And before fast tag we were paid 60 rs toll at toll plaza due to commercial vehicle... And after fast tag why toll plaza deduct the 120 rs toll...?

                          I asked the representative that why we have to pay 120 rs toll by fast tag... Before that we were paid 60 rs toll... Than he told me that you have to pay...

                            I am leaving in talegaon dabhade, toll should not be collected for local vehicles.
                            Today 30th nov 2019 i passed through mumbail-pune express way toll plaza in talegaon. They didnot ask for toll as the vehicle is local but 173rs got deducted from my fasttag account. Please have a urgent look on this and requesting you for repayment.

                            It's more than 15 mins wait on the expressway while travelling from Mumbai to pune. It's 8.10 am.
                            Doesn't the toll company have s cut off - for waiting period for customers - to open the toll free to decongest traffic ?

                              Hello sir / madam

                              Today I was traveling 25/12/2019 pune to mumbai on mumbai-pune express way.

                              At Talegaon toll, i was told that fastag is not working please pay cash. Thus i paid cash 230/-. At khalapur toll i showed my cash receipt of 230/- which opretor kept it with himself and due to continues horns from behind I moved on towards mumbai. Within 15-20 min i received message on mobile that rs. 173+57=230/- is deducted from my account as charges of toll at talegaon and also at khalapur tollnaka

                              Thus i am charged ₹ 173/- + ₹57/- when i was not supposed to be charged anything at talegaon as well as khalapur tollnaka
                              You can check CCTV camera for that time of my vehicle.
                              Will irb provide refund of this amount?

                                The incidence took place on 24 november at around 10:45 pm at padgha toll plaza. When i was travelling return from vasind to malad. I paid the toll at the time of going and lost my receipt and i told staff members but the toll plaza staffs's behaviour was very bad as they were misbehaving and abusing us, and broke my car's mirror and they came with big stone to throw on the car. They first was going to beat the mens of my family after that they also abused the ladies. This behaviour of them of insulting and hurting the women is not acceptable at all.

                                  My vehicle number is ts13ek9022. I am a professor working at professor jayashankar telanagana state agricultural university. I travel on orr daily. From nanakaram guda tool palaza to rajendranagar and vice versa. Recently i am noticing due some problem at the toll plaza the boom barrier is opened but fastag is not identified properly at the entry level, as a result an amount of rs 60 is deducted at the exit level instead of rs 20.
                                  As the equipment related to identification is problematic or unskilled people are employed for this purpose due to which these problems are happening, please see that it is rectified.

                                  Ensure proper functioning of fastag at Hyderabad, ORR Rajendranagar and Nanakramguda Toll plaza which is deducting huge amounts creating loss to customer. This is due to unskilled people entrusted with the job and improper equipment.

                                    Address: Somatna toll plaza on NH4, Pune, Maharashtra

                                    As per the displayed notice boad at the somatna phata toll plaza on nh 4 (Between talegaon and dehu road), the toll period ends at 8.8.2019. However, on 8.8.2019 they removed the end date and no new dates are displayed. The toll collection continuous. This is totally illegal and cheating the public. Also they are fighting with the residents in the area and forcefully collecting the same even the residents are exempt from paying toll. Please take appropriate action immediately

                                      I was travelling from lonavla to mumbai on 17-nov-2019 via express way.
                                      At khalapur toll plaza, i paid 173 rs cash as toll charges at khalapur toll, however when i crossed about 20 km from the toll, i received sms as 173 rs of toll is deducted from my fastag. (Sms snapshot attached)
                                      If toll plaza will deduct such double charges then how consumer can trust on the fastag system?

                                        I was travelled recently on nh 9 pune solapur highway. There are so much pits on highway and didnt look like highway its like local road. Highway does not maintain properly but they take from properly only on toll. And i think the constructor is irb infrastructure developer.
                                        So please take it seriously before any accident happen and someone lose his life
