I, Yogesh Kumar Rajput stated that I have taken one policy From Kotak Life Insurance Co. in the month of June-2017 through its Agent Sh. Harnit Singh but Its agent not yet provided me any policy documents . I have requested to him many time to obtaining my policy documents but after one year he is not contact me and not provide me policy documents and representative of Kotak Life Insurance Co. forced me for payment of next premium . Now I am not satisfied from this policy its agent and requesting you to please take the strict action against its agent and support to refund my money.

      This is rajinikanth nandanaboina i worked as advisor in reliance life insurance i join on 1st april 2015 and my agency code 21841878 my pan - auppn8084j. After one year i left my job as an agent now i got an opportunity from hdfc as an agent. They asked me for noc from the previous insurer when i reached them they told to submit an application for noc i submitted to them. Now they are demanding money for issuing my noc is their any rule for paying money for noc to the insurer. Please take this complaint and please issue my noc.

        I’m having an agent code i. E. “[protected]” in national insurance company limited samta nagar branch bikaner (Rajasthan). I have been working with national for seven years. I’m not getting timely payment and facing this issue from last two years. I have written to regional departments about this problem but they didn’t give any reply.
        Our records show that we haven’t yet received payment of 29518.80 inr for the month dec. 2017 & 41187.55 inr for the month jan[protected].8+41187.55= 70706.35), which is overdue by 6 months. I would appreciate if you could check this out on your end.
        I am writing to seek your help in resolving a problem that i am experiencing at work. It is a problem that is causing me some concern and that i have been unable to solve without bringing to your attention. I hope in doing so we can deal with the issue quickly and amicably.
        I apologize to you but my intentions were not to personified u with i believe i have done the right thing by addressing the problem to you, as i am sure that being the head of the zone, you will definitely look into the matter.
        I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matter further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.

            Subject - irda licence number (Hdf[protected] deactivation and pending noc with irda

            Myself karthik. S and i'm staying in no-07, 4/1 lakshmi amman koil street, perambur, chennai-11. So i was joined (In the period of[protected] as a financial consultant in hdfc standard life insurance company limited with an irda licence number (Hdf[protected]. Now i have moved to another insurance company but my irda licence number (Hdf0060382) is active, so i have applied noc in hdfc standard life insurance company limited on[protected] but still, now i did not get any proper response from hdfc standard life insurance company limited and irda. On the basis of irda licence number (Hdf[protected] deactivation only i can able to join in another insurance company, therefore kindly deactivate my irda licence number (Hdf[protected] as soon as possible...

              I am being harassed since last 1.5 months to make payment for another 4 years

              My relationship manager is wassim sayyed. When i spoke to my rm he discontinued the my open ecs. Still these harassment is going on??

              Why my policy getting transferred to discontinued fund??

              I am not sure who has made guffed up the transaction

              Do cancel and refund my money if you are transferring to discontinued fund and discontinuation charges..

                I am naishadh purohit and writing you for the following reason.
                This is for claim id 16951463 for tpa medi assist for the policy no 310605/50/17/10000878 of national insurance is not settled
                I was paining in abdomen on 04/04/2018 evening so, on 05/05/2018 i consulted radiologist named "shail" and sonography was carried out during sonography and x - ray. Then i contacted dr. Sanjeev c shah for the further treatment. He advised to get c t scan and other blood tests. Doctor advised to hospitalize for the reason to be operated for stone in lower lo in to be removed. I was hospitalized on 05/05/2018 and discharged on 08/04/2018 with an advise that stent removal is balance and within a week time readmit in the hospital and stent will be removed. Accordingly i was re admitted and stent was removed. I have intimated medi assist on 6th april for the hospitalisation. For the claim settlement i talked to representative of medi assist at ahmedabad as the phone no typed in policy document was no longer available. He advised to download the form from medibuddy's web portal. Accordingly i have download the form and filled up the form. All documents as per filled up form with previous policies from inception time, medical reports, hospital bills etc.. Were submitted to official of surat medibuddy on 17th april, he told that the papers are in sufficient you have to fill "form-b" from the hospital and need to submit it along with the claim papers with a remark that the medical reports submitted does not have seal and signature. I asked that the (Form b is not available on web portal). He told that yes it is not on web portal actually it is available with us or from other website if you search. Accordingly as per their need and fulfil the requirement i went to baroda for the all formalities to complete. Again at surat office on 24th of april i submitted all documents after verification they issued an acknowledgement receipt and i was informed that the claim will be settled down fortnightly within 15 days. (7 days wasted) to my uttersurprise on 8th may i have received a massage that we acknowledge the receipt of your claim document on 08/may/2018 10:58. Tracking number for your reference is ahm00017955. (15 days wasted) there after a search i was on conclusion that my claim id is 16951463 and was told that within 05 working days my claim will be settled. Almost a month has passed without settling my claim.
                I was waiting and waiting for the deposition of claimed amount of rs. 1.13 lakhs and all of a sudden i was infomed on 6th of june'2018 for they are in need of followings under the title that the claim status as"information awaited"
                1) policy documents from the inception which i have already submited to medi assisits surat branch office.
                2) my medical history related to stone pain and its treatment which i never taken.
                3) indoor case papers o[censored]rocare hospital during my hospitalisation. Dr. Sanjeev c shah is out of country till date time and the staff is unaware of the matter. That the claim status as"information awaited". For what sort of information needed is not known to me. As per the requirement from of form b provided by mediassist all the informations were given and documents were submitted.

                Today is 7th june and my claim is unsettled till date time (51 days) (45 days wasted) from submission of documents for the want of the claimed amount of rs. 1.13 lakhs which is huge amount you are requested to settle my account as early as possible being a common man the huge amount i have incurred for the operation. My son has passed 10th class just this month and i have to pay his fees in school as well for the tution class.

                  My father is admitted to hospital due to malaria. I am trying hard to get claim number from mediassist who is tpa for national insurance. But with various means I am not able to get claim I'd also. This is very frustrating and ridicuy.
                  I have taken mediclaim of National Insurance through Bank Of Baroda Mosali branch near Surat as I am living at Township of GIPCL. On 3rd April I was told to move on towards Charanka for office work. So, I moved towards Charanka and while staying at Vadodara for to attend the meeting on 5th April at our corporate office. Unfortunately during the stay in night at Vadodara I was suffered from the abdomen pain and consulted radiologist in the matter and Dr. Sanjeev C Shah o[censored]rocare hospital, Vadodara. As per the advise from Dr. Sanjeev C Shah I was admitted in Uro care hospital for the removal o[censored]retic stone.

                  I was hospitalized on 05/05/2018 and discharged on 08/04/2018 with an advise that stent removal is balance and within a week time readmit in the hospital and stent will be removed. Accordingly i was re admitted and stent was removed. I have intimated medi assist on 6th april for the hospitalisation.

                  As per the custom I have intimated TPA Agency medi assist on 6th April regarding hospitalisation. For submitting documents I asked on telephone to Ahmedabad representative . He told that form the medi assist web portal down load the form and as per the instructions given in the form submit all documents to Surat office. Accordingly I have approached his office on 18th of April. At the time I was advised that the form B is balance to submit. I asked for the availability of form from website, He told that it is not on the portal. You may get this form from other site and issued us a form B. He checked other documents and asked for the validation or authentication of reports with a seal stamp and signature of Doctor. As I am living near to Surat, again I have to return back to Vadodara and got the reports sealed and signed with filling form B from the doctor and submitted all documents with previous year policies from inception period on 24th of April' 2018. They issued receipt as an acknowledgement for receipt of documents. While asking for the settlement of the claim they told that within 15 days you will be answered for claim settlement. So from 18th to 24th six days wasted.
                  After 15 days on 8th of May' 2018 I received a massage from IX-MBUDDYthat they have received documents on 8th of May and the tracking no is AHM00017955 and successive massage informed for claim no is 16951463 with an intimation within 5 working days. So total 21 days wasted.

                  On 6th of June on my utter surprise I got a massage that they need some documents as policy documents from inception time which is already submitted to them on 24th April to their branch office.

                  Second documents for the medical treatment taken for the same kind of treatment for which I have put the claim which I have never taken.

                  Third document is Internal case papers from the Urocare hospital with hospital seal and signature. The concern Dr. is out of country and may come in July.

                  So total no of days wasted till today are 45 days. My claim was for Rs. 113616.00 is not settled even after 45 days.

                  You are requested to look in the matter and settle my claim as early as possible

                          Respected Sir/Madam,

                          My Name is NARESH KUMAR SINGH. I have joined HDFC LIFE INSURANCE ON 06/01/2014 as per my id which is valid upto 05/01/2017. My licence no is 9844106. I am not working with HDFC LIFE INSURANCE since 4 years, my validity period is also expired but my pancard number is still showing in IRDA portal. I want NOC certificate from HDFC LIFE INSURANCE, and also removel of pancard because i want to work with LIFE...

                          Respected Sir,

                          I col. manjeet mohan singh meelu currently working in indian army posted in West Bengal.

                          Some agents called my father 1 year 6 months before talking on behalf of I.R.D.A and hdfc grievience management and from many more senior authourities

                          My father retd col Kundan Lal trusted all such calls .Calling was done from 2-3 peoples involved in a scam done with my father at that point i was not available with him i was posted in west bengal by last 2 years due to the lack of age he trusted all the calls and started the investment with amount of rs (99, 999)ninety nine thousand nine hundred ninety nine only he deposited the amount that he will get previous policies amt with bonus in 35 working days after that they started demanding the amount one after another .

                          total amount they demanded til date was (5, 12, 497) five lakh twelve thousand four hundred ninety seven only.

                          which is a very huge amount for us to invest on regular basis all the investments are done for one time but after some time i started getting reminders but they told my father all are agents don't believe on such calls

                          All the amount which was deposited from my father was pension and retirement amount to take care for his future basic needs at this point of time he has suffered with the critical disease of kidney transplant doctor asked him to deposit a huge amount but due to lack of payment he is unable to cure him self

                          below are the miscomitments which was done by my father .

                          (They told him he will get bonus, Commission, previous policies amt with bonus & interest, Loan, pension also).

                          Last but not the least few premiums started deducted from next year of around (2, 50, 000) two lakh fifty thousand only without his permission directly from his account which he saved for the cure of his disease

                          As my father served the nation for whole his life what we need is only a support from your side cancel all such policies and refund our amount on urgent basis.

                          At this point of time we all are in a very poor condition with lack of funds .

                          Biggest misselling which was done was sign fraudgery all documents were given through courier no sign was was taken from my father on any application form they copied the sign of my father by his pan card none hdfc executive has collected the document by visiting my father residence .

                            My Name is NARESH KUMAR SINGH. I have joined HDFC LIFE INSURANCE ON 06/01/2014 as per my id which is valid upto 05/01/2017. My licence no is 9844106. I am not working with HDFC LIFE INSURANCE since 4 years, my validity period is also expired but my pancard number is still showing in IRDA portal. I want NOC certificate from HDFC LIFE INSURANCE, and also removel of pancard because i want to work with LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF INDIA. Please do the necessary action.                               I have a insurance policy from hdfc life, i want to break it, i got call from hdfc account department and inform me we can't break it directly, there is some problem in it so we create a new policy n ur amount is transferred to new policy n than u break the new one n got all the money, but after a year neither old nor new policy is break, even hdfc call me n toucher me to deposit amount for new policy otherwise ur amount of 30000/- is laps.

                              Please help, earlier i also lodge a complaint for this to hdfc n ur site also but no response

                              I have made complaint regarding this to HDFC, but HDFC not resolving my problem. I want to get back my money. I don't want to talk any more about this to the HDFC. If CONSUMER COMPLAINT unable to resolve or can't help me I directly complaint to IRDA. HDFC should be learn a lesson, from last one yr I make 3 times complaint to customer care, but result is ZERO.

                              my policy no. Is 19280058.

                              Please help to resolve it.

                                Dear team

                                This is to inform you that my insurance provider has given bond /document saying the monthly premium amount of 2095.00 inr whereas they are charging 2472.00 inr and when i asked him about to clarify this by visiting in their branch (Nehru place branch in new delhi) they saying its for gst charges but they are unable to produces any document for the same and in their premium nothing mentioned.

                                And for the same i asked to confirm over email they are not reverting in mail.

                                Kindly help to lodge a complain for the same or either insurance agency clear these charges with supporting documents.

                                  I anita kumari had my agency code 21796772 in reliance nippon life insurance company limited. My licence no was 10067661. I applied for resignation which was accepted by the company on 04/12/2017 after a lot of formality. But still till today my pancard number bnjpk3816k is not detached with the company.
                                  So i request your excellency to kindly free my pancard from reliance nippon life insurance company and detach it. For this i shall be highly obliged sir.

                                    सर नमस्कार मई श्यामा चरण साहू मैंने hdfc लाइफ की पालिसी लिया था २१/२/१७ को पालिसी संख्या 19015341 है hdfc लाइफ के एजेंट नेहा शर्मा / शीलेन्द्र बंसल के द्वारा बोलै इस पालिसी में लोने मिले गए पर नहीं मिला ओर जिस अब मै इस पालिसी का रेनीवेल नहीं करना chata पर hdfc के एजेंट के द्वारा लगभग २०० बार कॉल कर के परेशान कर रहे ही सर लोगो को गलत जानकर देकर पालिसी न बेचे क्यों की ये लगभग बहोत सरे लोगो को ठग चुके ही
                                    इनका लइसेंस कैंसिल देना चाहिए सर और इनके ऊपर FIR कर देना चाहिए
