I filed a complaint with ITC LTD portal on 13 Oct and I received a reply, ITC CARES TEAM on 13th Oct with Reference No is: CARE/2016/4222

But no action has been taken, again I inquired the status of my complaint on 13 oct 2016, so far no communication from ITC CARES TEAM. Attack is of very poor quality. I bought 20 kg

I have bought a bingo yumitos tomato flavoured chips. The taste is not good. There was no crispness when i started eating the chips. The product is not at all expired. Kindly provide a replacement pack as soon as possible. I used to buy many of your products such as dark fantasy choco fills, Bingo yumitos etc. U need to improve your bingo a little bit.

I am an occasional smoker of cigarettes since last 40 years or so. Warning on Cig Packs was " CIGARETTE SMOKING IS INJURIES TO HEATH : prefix by Statutory Warning, mean it is mandatory as per Indian Laws. In the recent past it says "WARNING : SMOKING KILLS - TOBACCO CAUSES CANCER" please note that the word Statutory warning is missing. Very recently I bought a my favourate brand Wills Classic which as word WARNING : SMOKING CAUSES THROAT...

I purchased pack of 4 Yippee magic masala but didn't get taste maker and one of the noodles bundle.
I am not happy with ITC service as they are providing less quantity against label claim.
disappointed.
I need immediate attention and replacement of my pack.
and let me know what steps you people are taking to stop this kind of mistakes in future.
hope you understand the pain of a common consumer which is paying full money but not getting stuff as promised.

Dear manufacturer,

I am one of the loyalist and a regular to your brand-wills and have always been pleased with the quality and finish that you provide to your product.

But one of my recent purchase (Wills classic - premium cotton shirt) has been a sheer disappointment. I have purchased the shirt from one of your stores in noida - gip mall authorized dealers. It is indeed sad to point out that the clothe of the shirt after being worn for just 2 times has been torn out own its on because of poor clothe used to make the shirt.
As a customer, paying good amount of money to buy a branded product expect that the stitch and the material won't ditch me anytime soon. But my last experience has been a let down.

Hope your reputed company takes a corrective action to replace/refund the item and help me regain my confidence in the brand and your esteemed itc.

I have filed numerous complaints on the same forum on the subject, but nobody bothers. Please find screen-shot of the complaints.

I first filed this complaint on 9th june 2016. Till date i have not got a proper resolution.

Isin't this really unprofessional and socially-unethical..?

Its ok to give an interim answer, but here no one seems to bother about closure of complaint or a satisfied customer.

Itc seems to be very comfortable with aggrieved customers who spend their valuable money in buying itcs products.

A trusted company earlier, itc is not to be trusted anymore.

I filed a complaint with ITC LTD portal on 19 July 2016 and I received a reply from Hajira B, ITC CARES TEAM on 20th July with Reference No is: CARE/2016/2683.

But no action has been taken, again I inquired the status of my complaint on 26 July 2016, so far no communication from ITC CARES TEAM.

I purchased Aashirvaad whole wheat Aata a week
back, Batch no.14B dated 4 June 2016 at HB
colony, Moula ali, Hyderabad-500040

But the product is not at all good.

I am using this product from last 12 years and
never had such bad experience, but this time i am
disappointed.

So just wanted to put this issue in front of you.
Please make a note of it and see if you can track
the error..please !!!

I mr. amit s. karani prop. of m/srahul stationary and novelty centre having a shop in mulund west. odered some item of classmate to ur ghatkopar distributor but the area representative told us that there is some billing limitations that your bill should be minimum of rs.500/- and above. now we are having requirement of classmate items what should we do. we are also sending to itc board of directors a copy we are having itc share and we are unsatisfied with you services. thanking you and waiting for your reply

I purchased nuts paket ( haldi ram) that is exparied on date[protected]Batch no: H0518A)

I ate nuts.. I suffred frm food poisning for 2 days ..
Please fine the amount as compensation for it ..

I regret to inform you that the ashirwad atta I bought here at the indian shop was packed in 2014 two years back.
I have the bills of my purchase and

all required proof as well.
Seniors and children consuming stale expired food is a very serious issue.

if there is no compensation from ypu at the earliest
legal action will be taken .

I found a hair in cookie... not in pack, but baked with cookie itself.
The cookie pack name is ITC Delishus Gourmet Cookies.

I am surprised on the poor hygine standard maintained by reputed Company like ITC.

If I had consumed the hair without noticing, it would have caused serious health problems for me.

I will escalate this matter higher- especially when other brands are promising hygine, ITC has delivered poor result.

I, Pankaj kumar kapadi, am the owner of pankaj kumar shah, biri and general merchant, khariar road, dist:Nuapada, odisha. This is to bring to your kind information that the ciggerate supplier here, Anil agency, is not supplying me ciggertes properly.When we are going to buy ciggrates they are not giving ciggertes infact they are forcing us to purchase Matches, Biscuits and Choclates. They are telling that first buy this products then only they will give ciggrates. They are telling us that anywhere you want to complain please complain it. Lastly your company representative Siddharth mishra visited our counter in the year 2014 after that no company representative has visited our counter. So at last i want to tell you please take action against this as soon as possible.

I am not satisfied from your product distributor in my area.

He is not sending your product on time. Everything is going late. I am a shop keeper and sale your all products. But not receiving on time.

Second thing is he is not providing us a snacks display rack f4om last 2 yeas. I don't know what is the problem.


Please look into this matter.
Otherwise I will stop sale of itc products.

My address ginny variety store opp railway station moga . I 've complaint about company asm honey raja . He is a asm of our company (Itc) and he is not responding our calls, texts from last 6 months . He is a company employ but he is not take a individual order from last few months thats very irritating for us and not a good for a company . It has been seen constantly for the last few days that the quality of your SILK CUT brand cigarettes has degraded very badly. Either we are not getting that taste or the size of that has been decreased. But very sad to say that the price of that brand has been increased. As am the regular user of your several brands but if the condition remains same then I have to take some different option. This is for your kind information.
Hope you will look into the matter seriously.

This is to bring to your kind information that the ciggerate supplier here, Madhuri Commodities Private Limited, is not supplying me ciggertes properly. Mr. Tapan, the salesman who attends to my shop says that the company is not giving them any stocks whereas I know they are selling it outside at extra price. Complaint to the supplier...

I m a Wholesaler for ITC products and i have sale ur product a lot...
Im complaing about distrubuters who is not giving a proper services ... Im really sick of this.. They are not paying rentals of dispalyes properly.. Or they also not providing a prodect as i need as well.
And behaviour of distrubuters is like im beggar and they giving me a beg as well.
Seriously do somthing for this this problem is from last few years...

In bangalore cigarette price is more than MRP, all the retailers are charging extra per stick 1rs on all itc cigarette. Why is itc not taking any action against this. In bangalore cigarette consumer are in large quantities. And we consumer are paying tax on per stick. What government has put. Still itc is making ways to pull money. By hiking the price more than MRP.
