Dear Sir,

Yeippe Noodles was one of my favorite noodles in market. Being a regular customer I frequently buy it from my local market. But last week I was really disappointed as when I opened two packs of YIPPEE NOODLES of 35 gm (PKD-03 JUL 14, BATCH NO.-CR 21), manufactured by KEVENTER AGRO LIMITED, SUBHASNAGAR, BARASAT, NILGUNJ BAZAR, BARASAT, KOLKATA 700121, I have found fungal growth on noodles cake though the packs were well sealed !

Myself Being a Quality person (M.Pharm with 4 years of industrial experience across Quality Assurance in Pharmaceuticals and food testing ) I think it is very critical. Because it’s a not any new product in market and it must have been passed different quality tests including packing as well as stability study.

Expecting proper reply from your side.
I can compromise money but not QUALITY!!

May be because of Rupee offer people involved in packaging might have not put. AS BEEING A REGULAR USER OF YIPPE WE ARE VERY MUCH DISOPPOINTED WHOLE PACK GOT WASTED.NEVER EXPECTED SUCH CHEATING FROM COMPANY like ITC.Many more might have experienced the same. We never expect any big offer, in the name of offers people are getting cheated and facing problem. Sir, I am writing the scenario from chennai. Every year during the budget season, the wholesalers and distributors make merry by selling old mrp packs of cigarettes with the new price. This year its a great loot. Each pack of gold flake kings is sold at rs100 and even 110 by some wholesalers. The retailers charge the customers 12 rs per stick which amounts to rs 120 When the actual MRP on the pack reads rs 85. When the consumer questions the retailer, he blames the wholesaler, he in turn blames the distributor. Imagine 15rs of Black Money per pk of cigarettes, Imagine the number of packets sold in chennai alone. Imagine this until the new pack with new mrp comes. I know very well the Great Indian Tobbaco Company knows about it. When India is struggling to curb inflation, price hike. As a responsible company Something should be done immediately to stop this daylight robbery and penalize the errant wholesalers and distributors. I bought a Silk Cut - Virginia Cigarette packet in Kolkata worth Rs. 20 which when I opened found fake stuffing instead of 10 pcs of cigarettes. I have attached proof in the photograph. I will request you to please take some action and instruct ITC so that incidents like this can be avoided through proper quality check during packaging.

Sir/ Mam, Inspite of several reminder you have not taken any proper step that means you are reluctant to resolve the issue. One gentle lady called me on 28.10.2013 from the telephone no:[protected] at 19:17 hrs and the duration of call was 3 min 04 sec where she assured that I should be compensated properly in all respect by the company and it should be initiated by kolkata officials but alas till date neither any one contacted nor came. It indicates your malafide intention with ulterior motive which is absolutely illegal and bad in law. Please do the needful at the earliest possible . Cigarette Shop inside Building 9B claims to be an ITC authorized shop. He sells only ITC products. But he charges more tham MRP on all products. If a customer refuses to pay, he simply sends them away.
He says - do whatever you can ?
This is cheating with customers. I want to take this to the highest level.

I loved to see the constructive approach of ITC. Due to employee engagement, i really don't know what data would you get coz employees were in fear that there name would come. I hope you get the right data. But after watching this approach I can disclose couple of names who are not treating there juniors nicely. there names are:-

1) Girish Neema
2) Nitin Gaur
3) Ansuman Tiwari

I hope you will enquire about them and then take strict action against them. These managers are in human, don't give leaves to the employees ask there junior to work and as well entertain them..even some of illegal activities are also performed which would not like to disclose on net.

Taking into consideration that this will also give some results to employees they can find there respect back and again start loving ITC. This information is purely to retain people as they are looking morale as well as loyalty towards company.

Have been using the Aashirwad brand MP atta for a long time. The quality have been coming down over the last few months. This time that was the last of all the atta packet contained dead insects. We came to know of insects only after all in the family had some or the other problem connected to the stomach. We started suspecting every thing and got zeroed on to the atta. After sieving the atta we were surprised to see insects. We reported the matter to the supplier who is a whole sale seller where the turn over of sale is so much he cannot keep any standard item for a long time. He has promised to replace the same but three days back this was out of stock with him. In the mean while have bought another new pack from some where else and am using the same and the problem is side tracked for the time being. A report with the manufacturer have been made on the tel no [protected] on the 18th Nov 2011 at 12.08 pm. they have promised to look at that soon. It is very surprising where we are paying for the atta at a premium price then we do expect the quality to be worth the name of the company. May please send response at dhingra.[protected]@gmail.com

Hi,

This is particular complain is against the ITC culture. Would like to understand, what the seniors of Delhi branch think of themselves? Why they are treating employees like slaves and animals ? They give there personal work if somebody refuses then they give an individual a transfer to a place which spoils somebody’s career. Things they ask there junior to do and as per company which is not ethical. For there fun call them late night ask them to sit with them late night either they like or dislike. Office shoots a mail that office timing is starting from 9:30 am but do they know when these people end working daily basis...how the ITC LTD mission and vision has deviated I can see. With such a less salary and a hike which ITC give to employee do they have rights to make there employees work more than eight hours.. HR department is worst, just come up at the time of recruitment, joining and exit. No speak out sessions are done. there is no satisfaction survey has been done ever......How HR head can take huge salary without performing activities like this....

Dose really ITC is now professionally managed company where employees were happy few years ago. This is an alarming warning or suggestion from a well wisher, still not improved the processes and working style then you will lose good resources this year.....

Delhi Branch really has to improve there manager level. How the promotion activities take place..people loved by senior will only be promotion what work has been done by an individual dose not count. One more info is very imp to give if budget comes 100 Rs, market will only get 20….

Wake up ITC pull your socks…employees are highly dissatisfied…angry...they say it worst place to work….A lots more can be blogged but wait and watch.

As per the ITC's code of conduct section-"Any instance of non-adherence to the Code of Conduct / any other observed unethical behaviour on the part of those covered under this Code should be brought to the attention of the immediate reporting authority, who shall in turn report the same to the Head of Corporate Human Resources."- I am thus obliged to put forward my query regarding where I should be lodging my complaint to.It is with regard to the conduct and policy an employee,personal care branding,called Navdha Taparia,and it is a shame in the name of the reputation of the company and it's employees. I intend to take the matter up most sincerely.

I stay in santacuz(w) i commute from santacruz to malad everyday for work this complain in regards every pan shop or cigarrette shop selling classic milds a cigarrette brand sold at any cigarrette shop the price mention on the packet is Rs110 which equates to Rs 5.50 per cigarrpette but every shop sells loose cigarrette's for Rs 6 which is illegal and when asked the reason they state that every one sells it at that rate if you buy a packett they will charge you Rs 110 so they promoting more cigarrette's to be smoked along with cheating every consumer along the way this is unjust and request the government to look into it and take strict action against it and please keep me informed what is the action taken against them and what has to be done by me when people are charging me more than they are legally supposed to.

This is to inform you that the agent or the dealer selling the ITC products (cigarettes) is charging much higher amount on the cigarette packet ( much more then the MRP) , the people are really frustrated and tired of making complaints against him and so far no action has been taken against him. Therefore i request you to take immediate action against the dealer, cancel his license to sell ITC products, put a heavy fine on him and if possible put him behind the bars (jail) for some time to teach him a lesson for cheating and looting his fellow citizens,

Hope you will take some strict against him as people of this district are really fed up and tired of his monopoly .

Phir unhone ek paper diya jis par karib 6 / 7 question likhe hue the joki ITC company se related the unhone kaha ki in sabhi questions ke jawab dene hai . humne un sabhi questions ke jawab de diye uske bat unhone answer check kiye aur kaha ki aapke sare answers sahi hai. Aap thodi der aur bethiye baki logo ke ans bhi aa jane de. Jab sabhi logo ne ans de diye to unhone kaha ki kewal 2 logo ke hi Ans sahi hai baki ke Ans galat hai isliye hum ye quiz ka competition nahi kar payenge. ye quiz cancel karte hai, aur agli bar karenge.

Unhone humara time kill kiya aur meri family ko pareshan kiya. mere sath mere 2 chote bachhe bhi the. jo ki kafi pareshan hue. hum physical aur mentaly bhi kafi pareshan hue. Is tarah itne der tak rok kar pareshan karna ye ek bahut hi galat bat hai. unhone humko harashment diya hai aur humko pareshan kiya hai. so humko Rs. 50,000/- ka claim dilvaya jaye.

Please humko nyay dilaya jaye aur Mr. Sameer Naidu ko is samband mai uchit Dand diya jaye jisse vo aur customers ko is tarah se pareshan nahi kare. Isse company ki sakh par kala dhabba lagta hai, aur customer ka company se bharosha uth jata hai. Lagta hai ITC itni badi company hai phir is tarah se cheat kyo karti hai,

Mostly retailer sell many type of cigrets those are DND. All are cigrets abobe 3 to 4 month back of Mfg.
If we said them of this they said this is not DND we recived all cigrets this condition so we sell.
I will arrange this picture soon in behalf of my proff.
If any officer visit this market he will get DND cigrets

recently there are lots of schemes wherein call rates are extremely low.
Then why is post paid connection such high tarrif is charged ?
I think it is unethical to charge such high rates from post paid customers.
There should be some schemes for post paid connections as well.
Is there any option of changing from post paid to prepaid with same cell no?
