I had on 28/08/2018purchased2 kilogram pack of captioned product from Maha Bazaar, HSR Layout, Sector1, Bangalore 560102.On the morning of 29/08/2018, while opening the packate, s mall worms(small caterpillar) were found inside.Upon approaching Maha Bazaar, instead of replacing the package, I was asked to contact your customer care number[protected].As this number was getting engaged for a long time, Iam forced to send email.Kindly resolve my complaint and replace the packate.

I have purchased 4 cigarette (Rs 15/stick) from a pan shop opposite to star market in manipal county road, singasandra, chikka begur, bangalore on 8/22. I had felt severe headache after smoking the same. When i checked the trademark in the cigerette, it found to be some picture like leaf of something that not at all matching with the original. I have similar experience earlier also when i purchased cigaratte from the near by bakery as well. So looks like there is a mafia running behind this.. Please look into this asap..

We supplied maida to itc at bhimvaram.we made a contract for 100 tons. Our first two truck goods was accepted . But the third truck was rejected. Due to this we made a loss. We requested to cancel the contract. They are not listening. Our phone calls are being not attended.
they are not releasing the payment, more than two months have passed

My firm is alok enterprises (Proprietor), gorakhpur. I purchase the goods from morden traders, harai nausar gorakhpur... Near about 5lacks per month.
But not resonse the distributor properly. I order the goods but not time to time given the products & present time not given the goods
.
I called the distributor for purchse goods but no respose and told me not given the goods

Sir pls solve the problem immediately...

I am abhimanyu singh from lucknow, now i am traveling lucknow to mumbai, recently train reached at jhanshi station. I was but a packet of gold flake cig. Bcz i always smoke only gold flak another nothing. He give me a packet worth of 110 rs. I trust on your brand so i give them. But now i opened then i shocked bcz it's hand manufacturer they using third quality of tabbaco are using in it. You are manufacturing of gold flake and it's your responsibility to save your brand level.
My money is gone.

This is to inform you that there is a huge amount of duclicacy in gold flake honey dew smooth cigarette mainly in above cities. There are packing difference, filter difference and obviously in tobacco difference that causes more health issues. I have the samples of both differences in packing and filter differences and also in taste difference too. The product which is been made in the month of june july august having the difference in duplicate products in the same months of manufactured respectively.
Kindly focus on this area and set an strict example on these piracy companies whose playing with our lives for earning more money irrespective of the health of humans.
I am attaching photos of original ones. Duplicates are fully different from these pics.

I have been using fuzz for 3 yrs.. My body suites only fuzz deo. Suddenly the supply in chennai has been stooped.. I m suffering without that deo with bad odour and sweat smell.. Except that if i try any falvour in your company it creates head ache.. So i kindly request you to contact me.. Too solve my query immediately.. I need deo pack immediately.. Please kindly reply

Today is show a Cigarette packet without Health Warning figure.
As par the Indian low Cigarette company should cover there cover 85% of pack with warning figure .
it's an imported Cigarette but is this not applicable for that .. if it is then why ???
please take some action. and response me.
also I am going to attach the figure of that cigarette.

Plz look at this matter.

We supplied food processing machinery as they required we have sent so many person for the time of installation and commissioning when we have give so much support then why it's happening to us payment not to done almost 2 years has been passed but nobody is responding

I am sorry to say that i am using ASHIRVAAD aata and in that i found dead frog, packed in it. Is this type of product you are selling in the market which will spoil our health. In the name of brand you are cheating people .
I am very dissapointed with ITC product.
I have attached hard work made by ITC brand while packing AATA.
Please give reply to this matter at the ealiest and quote reason for the negligence made by you all people.
Take the matter seriously else i have to take some other steps.

Dear sir I am complainting about non service of company salesman I am a short retailer my shop is serviced by your gr 1ds or gr 2 ds but pcp ds is not service my shop I call him 3times but there is no response from ds or distributor also I ask both of your ds who is visiting my shop to provide me the contact no of a company person but none of them provide the no of company person or say to me that jo Karna Hai kar lo no nahi milega plz do need ful about this issue looking for an positive answer from you thanks

I want to complaint about distributer and the company as l am not receiving the money against the product display of cigarettes. My old shop was n 10 market named ghansyam store and l changed my old shop due to some problem 3 month ago. But l am not receiving display money from past 1 year from my old shop.
And other shop owner are receiving their money on time.
Kindly give us our cigarette display money of 1 year and resolve this issue.

Hii i am business man and i am using your itc product and i have a complain about your distributor of the product he is not giving the proper itc bill and gst bill and also not accepeting cheques and without the gst number the bill i am paying its illegal so i am requesting itc that please tell the distributor to give proper bill and gst. Your distributor giveing me a noral bill or white page

Entirely old dated manufactured/or rather expired stocks of gold flake cigarettes are selling in cuttack city of odisha.

Not even a single packet of newly manufacturing dates can be found in this city.

It is like a big scam is running to sell old and expired cigarettes here in cuttack.

I request itc consumer care to stop such practices running..

I live in besant nagat, chennai 600090. I buy all my grocery requirements from jyothi shopping at the end of beach road, kalashetra colony, besant nagar chennai.
They do not get supplies of the above products and when i enquired, they blame the agency supplying this. They claim that they are not supplying these products to them.
I am forced buy other brands or search for other shops selling thes items.
Please look in to this and set right things.

I purchased three packets of b&h lights at itc cigarette kiosk (Next to smoking room) at kial, bangalore on 23.05.2018 at around 7.10 am. Though i paid for the cigarette packs, in the hurry to board the flight, i failed to collect the packs. This was realised only after i reached the destination city (Hyderabad) and had no occasion to check back until my next travel, which happened on 27.05.2018. But, the person at the kiosk feigned ignorance since he was not on duty on that date and at that time (Around 7.10 am).

Though the money involved is not very significant, i though this should be brought to the notice of the company, since the integrity of the employees reflect on the company's image and its values.

This is to inform you that i pradeep kumar shaw the owner of lavkush sweets&snacks at 4a, wood street kolkata-700016 is facing a problem of no salesman visit to my shop since last 4 months, i have also try to approach to one o[censored]r salesman whose name is mona... That person doesn't reply to my call and doesn't comes to my shop, he comes to other shop regularly beside my shop but doesn't comes to. My shop... I don't know why... He knows that i need ur products like tedhe medhe and dark fantasy but that person doesn't rply to me... Pls look into this matter

Dear itc,
I visited your itc fortune landmark hotel at ahmedabad on the 20th year celebrations today.
I am a regular dinner at the earthern oven restuarant since many years.
But today’s dinner was a mess up.
We were greeted with used fork on the table and even after comparing their is no regret.
Sorry to say but the service at municipal market is better than the one we experienced and that to at a five star property.
Years i have dinned at your hotel but never such deficiency in service we have experienced.
I have bought these to the notice of the concerned whose card i am sharing but i don’t think they realised there fault and think it is a minor mistake.

We are vegetarians and such improper service we can never expect. The used fork which was served to us on the table looked like something non vegetarian was stuck to it and naturally due to the low light ambience we realised that there fork was used only after using it.

The experience was so ugly that we preferred to not order further and leave. We did not create a scene and just brought the same to the notice of the manager and pod the bill and left.

But really i would seriously have doubts before visiting the restuarant in future. I have been a frequent visitor and normally come with foreign delegates but such experience i say i would never ever recommend the hotel to any of my associates.

Please if you care about your regular visitors look into the matter and at least send a apology as you spoilt our dinner and 2ndly also our religion strictness.

I hope my complain does not go to deaf ears.
