I had purchase moms magic bis cute on dated 04.11.2017 from margao, goa. I just open the pack on 05.11.2017, it gives bad odor and smell. Also fungal and white objectionable material found on the bis cute. The photo graph of the same is attached here for your reference.

I'm Madesh from Tamilnadu, everytime I'm buying sunfeast bounce biscuits nowadays observing that creams are not fixing with biscuits properly, sometimes the biscuits are reversed or only single side biscuit is reversed, that creams are not fixing with biscuits properly.

    2/11/2017 i bought sunfeast marie light 2 packets, from "white magic shop at sewri mumbai pin code - 400015.

    All 2 packets biscuits have chemical like smell while eating. I returned it to shop keeper and returned me the money back. Pls look into this matter it may cause food poisoning.

      On 12/10/2017 we purchased itc juice pack (Guava & mix) from spar mall as a dewali however while at home i found guava juice leaking from below the tetra pack. We thought we better transfer juice in another bottle & consume it.
      To our horror juice had black particles in it & on completing pouring in another container we found blackish rotten thing in it.

      We really just cannot imagine what would have happened had we or any of our guest had taken it. It is not at all expected this type of products from such a reputed company.

      No update received as yet.
      Charged Rs 50 for silkcut blue
      I was boiling the noodles the other day but it took more than 25 min for it to become soft even at very high temperatures.I have thrown it away thinking something is wrong with it as i have never experienced it before.This could be a stale product.

          Sir iam vengadesh having a super market in trichy, tamil nadu. Raja enterprises supply goods for us. They give only short expiry products of sunfeast biscuits.
          If we ask them to take return of short expiry goods they will never take the goods and speak some rubish things. The behaviour of the persons delivering the stocks is very worst. They will not check the products too. Only biscuit section only doing like this other department persons doing smooth and no issues in others only sunfeast having the issues

              Update 1- 30/8/2017- this is regarding the distributorship of itc in sandila district hardoi. Shri ganga ram gupta, agency name - sandila agency, code 3857, has been looking after this business for last 3 years. The performance has been much better than any wds (Other distributors) in that area which can be easily checked in itc's records. For last 2 months mr sanjay saxena, mr gautam das of cigarette division and mr ashutosh singh of food products division have been continually harassing by forcing us to give up our distributorship without any reason.
              This is an uncalled harassment on part of these gentlemen as they have never mentioned any reason for pressuring us to surrender our distributorship without any reason.

              Our request is that someone from head office comes, sees and analyses the situation. A lot of efforts have been put into this business to spread it the market despite of other competitors. It will be really unfair if our voices go unheard and not answered.

              Update 2 - 31/08/2017 - today morning mr. Sanjay saxena, mr. Vikas and mr. Dheeraj mehta met with us.

              These officials have not yet given any reason for why they have been and are still constantly pressuring us to give us a letter to surrender our distributorship without any reason/condition and adding a clause today to do this at the earliest. At the top of this they also said that they have made their mind and have recommended the higher authorities to cancel our distributorship, though they have never mentioned a word as to why they took this decision (Maybe because they don't have any grounds to prove their point thus using unfair means to make us quit).

              We will reiterate my point, we have put in a lot of effort and heart to make this business prosper in the competitive market. Also, shri ganga ram has an excelling reputation for his fair business and it's expansion policies. You can easily check with your records that how the business grew and it has been performing (Compared to other wds in that area) for last 3 years.

              It is also a question of justice and fairness that how a performing partner is harassed on the notions that still has not been mentioned once. Why are these people unable to come up with any logic to explain their stance, mostly because they don't have any. Why are they forcing us to surrender the dealership without any reason. This and any business runs on notions of fairness and trust, if they were having any problems or they were not finding our performance good enough, they should have pointed that out or at least given us warnings for the same, you definitely know this more than i can state. We can confirm you that have been no complaints from itc or any customer what so ever.

              We are not sure what is being reported from these gentlemen, but we would really hope that you get the real facts about the situation. Sir, please send someone from head office or any other person who can assess the situation and hear our unheard voices. We are not asking you to take my favor on any grounds but just make a fair decision based on truth. We hope that we can resolve this situation and continue to have a progressive relationship with itc where this business can prosper to new heights.

              Update 3 - 1/09/2017 - these officials came again today. This time they have said that they will stop the supplies and have said that we give them the final calculations. Is this the way itc revokes distributorship? There is not a single written document which says that the distributorship has been ended. There was never any warnings from itc and even today there is no reason for this extreme harassment. We request you over and over again to send someone from head office to look into the matter. The decision to revoke the distributorship should be withheld until unbiased analysis of situation is done by someone else from head office not the officials that have been visiting so far. We are not demanding any favors but only requesting you to atleast hear what we have to say.
              It is clear that the gentlemen visiting so fat have some ulterior motives but we hope that itc as a brand will live upto it's core values.

              While in Mumbai I had purchased 5 kg atta & brought to nasik & found a 2 inch steel nut in th bag . Batch no 04A 23/08/2017. Purchased from DMart Powai.This is very serious matter because such lapses should not escape the floor level people . The investigation at shop floor is required to prevent such lapses.

But the shopkeeper give me 50 GM's turmeric powder which costs only Rs 9 . The ship keeper says that he only supplied with turmeric powder from the distributor . Why this should happens ???

                Hello sir,
                Myself vivek narayanan, this is regarding sunfeast biscuits. I am a regular customer of your band called bounce (Creme biscuits). The quality of the biscuits is very good. Hence it is crispy as well as yummy too.
                But i was sad to see how the company is trying to cheat their customers by misguiding/misleading.
                I recently bought a small pack of bounce at rs. 5. I normally used to get 50g of biscuits, however that day i got only 41g of biscuits. The most hurting part was that on the pack it was written free 20% extra.
                If it is written free & extra then it should be more than 50g, right?. I was surprised to see this net wt. Of 41g. Hence i request you to look into this issue & do the needful by sending my 50g pack back. I would also like to tell you that please donot cheat the customers who trusts you.

                    GST, a good leap, one nation, one tax enabled by central govt.
                    But what is happening, A packet of kings available at Rs.150 while the MRP is still 140. Because we are not getting bills from local vendors, we can't argue with them. While I asked about this, the local vendors are saying they are getting at a higher rate Rs 132 from the wholesalers. Such a big corruption to the common people. There is no price chart displayed/ shown to the buyers. Please take necessary action to prevent this. Thank you.

                      We Yadgir Retailers have been facing a severe ITC goods supply issue from ITC distributor Yadgir. We have already lodged multiple complaints to ITC but no satisfactory actions have been taken from concerned ITC representatives to address Retailers issues. We would like to escalate this issue to higher authorities. If no firm action is taken from ITC on this then our Yadgir Retailers are decided to boycott selling all ITC Products like in Sedam Taluq Market.

                                As per companies norms the refund will be credited within 24 hours and if the worst case it will be 30 days takes time to refund... But, it is almost 28 days are gone still the amount is not refunded to bank account... We inquired the same with zoom customer care and we are not received any satisfactory explanation...                                   I have found one dead cockroach in the packet of ashirvaad atta,

                                  Morning we used the same powder, once we take all the powder out we shocked that we have seen one dead cockroach inside the cover, what kind of quality is this where did you received quality certificate this is not at all gud.

                                  Never expect this kind of experience from itc,

                                  I will never ever suggest this to anyone

                                  This type of complain is not good for company like ITC
                                  Worst paid services maintained by renowned job portal. Zero score for value for money. You have not earned trust from your customer. Soon I will see your services demolished because you are working towards to let that happen.

                                    Sir, this is mukunda. I am from jayampu village, balayapalli md, nellore dt, andrapradesh.. I was started my shop june 1st...in my shop had itc products cigarette, bingos, dark fantasy, ect.. These are all purchased in my near town gudur. Itc sales person come daily at saturday to my town.. And take the order... Product are delivered in next day.. My friend is also had shop. He was also told to the sales person new shop is their take order.. But still now the sales person not visit my shop.. Plz consider my request solve these problem as soon as possible..

                                    The few products returned as damage sale by the party.
                                    But till the date they are not going to pay or replace the products.

                                      I booked the car for a day rental from zoomcar app on 22nd june 2017. For the same, i was told to deposit rs. 5000 as security deposit which will be refunded back to my source payment method after the rented car is given back.

                                      Now on 12th july 2017, i got an email from zoomcar that my money is refunded to citrus wallet in which i don't even have an account. First issue is how can the company transfer money into citrus wallet when they clearly mentioned that the money will go to the source payment method which is my internet banking.

                                      After that i received mail from zoomcar your money is our hand refund please click the link and direct transfer the amount to you account. I have try so many time even i have visit local zoomcar parking office they told me we don't know about this refund please contact our customer care they will advice you. I have contact so many times no one help from zoomcar team.

                                        Hello, i am c. Amrutheshwar rajkumar from bangalore. I purchased a pack of sunfeast marie light biscuit few months back, i was shocked to see a foreign material in one of the biscuit which i consider it as plastic. This plastic was a strand which was in the middle of the biscuit and it was not separate.
                                        I did contact itc regarding this issue and they put a case number which is: 2017/1203. Few days later, on 27/04/2017 an executive collected the biscuit for the lab test and he also provided me an acknowledgment that he has received it.
                                        My request was just a lab report from itc. Instead they sent me a pdf about the steps they take to filter the raw materials. A few days later they informed me that the foreign material that was found was a raw material. Even then, if they are using the best filtration procedures and machines then why did i still find the raw material in the biscuit.
                                        I spoke to three to four executives and they only wanted me to put an end to this, they never gave me a satisfactory reply.
                                        Suppose if i had not seen the foreign particle, if i had consumed it, i would have fell ill because plastic is a hazardous material.
                                        I did try explaining that i just wanted a lab report and they said they do not get things tested outside and they have there own labs. Well, if that's the case, let the lab give me a report.
                                        Note: i wanted a biscuit and not the raw material.
                                        I do not want a refund but i want a good justification regarding my issue.

                                        ITC customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Manufacturers response to consumers grievances will not solve the problem or fulfill your expectations. Complaint should have been lodged with District Designated Officer (Food Safety) of your area with the evidences you have for initiating regulatory action. Its a waste of time and energy fighting with the manufacturer .
