A call was logged in airtel 2 months back for the battery problem in a blackberry handset which was under warranty & a quotaiton was required for a damaged 8310 handheld at airtel office, sahara mall, gurgaon. Spoken to Mr. Mukesh over there who was handling the BB over there. he told me that the quotaiton will be going to be received by me after 24 hrs. 2 months has been passed apart of visiting 6 times to sahara mall & spoken to account manager of ITC LTD at Kolkata nothing happens. Still the same status.

Can any one help us

We are using AASHIRVAAD floor meal from last 4 months. This time we find that the wet floor meal is getting black after few minutes. We are suspecting that there is a presence of some dry chemical in floor meal and it should be checked in qualified laboratory.

This quality of floor meal may create health problem to me and my family. Following are the details:

First of I would like to tell you about my self.

I am working in ITC Infotech as Associate IT Consultant at Bangalore. This is regarding of HDFC Bank Complaint.

I have saving account of HDFC and Credit Card for last than 4 years. I have account of Gandhinagar, Gujarat Branch.

On 8th April, I raised a request for ATM Pin for credit card.

After 8 days (passed), As I didn’t get reply than I called customer care and as per them they dispatched the same by OVERNITE Courier.
I was asked to check he status by giving AWB number.
I checked the status and it was showing that my address is incomplete.(but in same address I am receiving my Credit Card Bills)How can the courier person say like that?

After that I called customer care of HDFC but they are not behaving me good and not listening me. Very bad experience to talk that type of guy.

I raised complaint (comp number: 7163352) I also sent a email to all id:

"Grivence Redressal" <Grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com>, nozer.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com

But till today I have not received my ATM Pin.

They are giving false commitment. They are harassing me by misbehaving while calling to customer care. On 22nd April, one of the representative told that they delivered the ATM Pin but after checking to my home, I came to know that again they are giving false commitment.

I haven’t received any reply from their side also. They are not taking any complaint seriously.

I personally am requesting you to look into the matter. I want strict action to be taken to all the persons by whom my ATM Pin get delayed.

They are not helping out any ways.

Dear Sir,

Iam writing this email from a place called Kalpakkam, Tamilnadu. Here for the last three days vendors are selling ITC Goldflake kings @ Rs. 4.50/cig, but where as the actual price of the cigarette pac for 10 cigarettes shows Rs. 40 only. I don't understand without any prior notice by this company ..how could they all of sudden increase the price of the cigarettes..

Kindly request you to address this issue at the earliest. If this continues all the vendors will start increasing prices of other products also as per their wish, which would cause a big pain to the consumer like us.

I had booked an I ticket train tickets for my parents on the 14th of September' 08 through irctc. The irctc site on monday described the status as dispatched as on monday when i tracked the ticket at IRCTC.
Today it has been 4 days since the ticket has been dispatched and yet to be delivered in DELHI itself.

I decided to call the customer centre fr irctc who gave me the overnite courier service number who are the couriers fr irctc.

After about 45 minutes of calling about 6 numbers (land line and mobile ) was able to get in touch with the concerned manager named Mr Mandeep who called the delivery boy and and the reply i got was that there has been no one at home and the house has been locked for the last 3 days when ever the delivery has been happening.

The concerned person responsible fr delivery was totally rude and making false statements all the time and said (paagal hai ) Means i was lying that someone is at home.

It is highly irresponsible behaviour on the part of the concerned manager also who took for granted his colleage's statement that no one was at home at the time of delivery.

After an heated arguement with the manager and the person concerned fr delivery, finally i was told that the courier will reach within an hour .
