I tried to book a railway ticket o 15th November through ITZ payment gateway IRCTC VISA DEBIT CARD . Payment done but ticket not booked and I immediately got the message that money refunded into ITZ bank but I didn't get money into my andhra bank account

      Hi,

      This is vinay ashok gavval i've booked two tickets on irctc.co.in using itzcash payment gateway. Those two tickets were cancelled by the irctc itself as the tickets were not confirmed. The transaction date was 25th may 2017 and journey date was 15-oct-2017. And my money gets debited from bank account but not refunded yet, on irctc it is showing that 710 rs. Are refunded but the money not credited in my account. If i call to irctc customer care, they are not answering the call, so sent an email to [protected]@irctc.co.in but didn't get any response from them yet.

      In the irctc refund status it says "sent to bank", but when i spoke with bank, they told me that we have received only one transaction amount but not the another.

      It's been more than 1 month but still money has not been refunded and moreover i don't know whether i'm gonna get the money back.

      I am hoping your reply soon...

But cash has no added in my personal bank account! 1st refund on 31october, 2017 and 2nd refund on 4th nov, 2017, todey is too late! But i don't receive my refund cash!             I have booked ticket from irctc ason 14 oct 2017 and the money gets deducted from my sbi account but ticket not confirmed but my money got deducted and now it's over 15 days that i didn't get refunded my money amount of 511 rs.
            Ircyc website shows that my money got refunded but actually money didn't get refunded since 15 days last.

                      I have to bring to your kind notice that the itz dealer mr. Visashwar shukla associate of m/s gyan communication shop no.15, kashmiri market, malviya nagar, delhi 110017 sitting in the amway office at jasola has taken rs 4, 00, 000.00 to be uploaded on my itz card nors s[protected] and card no s[protected] issued in the name of mr. Kamal grover (Abo no 1344892) and nikunj kamal (Abo no3672137) my daughtor on 16th august 2017. But till date the amount is not loaded.
                      Mr visashwar shukla has been telling me that he has used the funds for his personal/business purposes
                      And he will refund or load on my card within next 7-10 days.
                      As i had been dealing with him for the last few months, it has not happened in the past.
                      Believing always on his false commitments for the last more than two months now it is high time he has told me today that he will pay the amount when he will have and do whatever you want to do.

                      In view of the above you are requested to take appropriate action against this dealer and help me getting the amount of rs 400000.00 refunded.

                          I happened to unfortunately order an itzcash card on 27-july. Till date, the card is yet to reach me. Everytime i call the customer care, i get to hear new stories. When i submit a query to their customer care, i keep getting back a standard response saying, the query has been forwarded to concerned department. Nothing happens after that.

                          I also emailed their customer grievance officer a couple of times. There is no response from him.

                          I want to know when i am going to get my card.

                                I had purchased 5 pos machines before and the company guy had said no efforts are needed by you. I will personally sell those and get you the amount whatsoever. It has been 6months not even a single machine has been sold by him. Got a news that he has left the job. When enquired with the senior he says the company will not take back the machines. What should i do now. Keep the machines as a showpiece or what. Pls either refund the invested amount and take back the machines or arrange for a salesman who can help me in selling this. I cant belive such a reputed company like this not giving value to their investors. Hoping for a positive feedback.

The irctc issued refund on 19.9.17 with reference [protected]. But the same has still not credited into my bank account??.
