      I applied for cancelation of CJB-BOM flight for a passenger under Ixigo Assure pripr to 24 hours of the flight on 1-1-23 as passenger's mother (75yeaes) was hospitalized on 24-12-22 needing a partial hip implant surgery due to fracture during fall.

      Ixigo requested for Medical proof on email. I sent them a Hospital certificate that passenger needs to be with the patient (mom) and also Discharge Summary copy, 4 times from my registeted and another email address.

      Ixigo repeatedly called and said Medical documents were not received.

      On their app, it says refund is declined.

      I paid exrra premium for Ixigo Assure to the tune of more thsn Rs 3000.

      Despite this, Ixigo refuses to own up to their commitment of full refund if the ticket is canceled prior to 24 hours of departure time.

      Ixigo Assure is a FRAUD and look out for other companies who are transparent & honest in flught booking business.

        I have provided my account statement below. U can see amount of Rs. 463 deducted for booking. But no amount of Rs. 463 credited for refund on 29/12/22. have provided my account statement below. U can see amount of Rs. 3070 deducted for booking. But no amont of Rs. 2865 credited for refund on 15/11/21. Bank told me no transaction was made. So send me my money.

          I was booking a bus from Kozhikode to Bangalore for 30 December 2022. The payment via upi was debited but the transaction failed. The amount was 3800. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

            Cheating on Booking Flight

            As I had booked the flight from Mangalore to Mumbai on 26 December 2022, the confirmed flight was not available when I had visited the airport. The guide told me in the airport that GO FIRST Flight had stopped operation 2 month ago but I got a confirmed flight ticket.

            However, as I have to move to Mumbai on high priority, I had to book the fresh flight on the spot which had cost too expensive of about INR 18000. This is not...

            While trying to take an E ticket on irctc/ixigo website Rs.905.00 debited my SBI internet account but the E ticket not repeat NOT received till now, suspect tech error as again website asked for user name and password iof irctc login. bad credentials came and finally ticket not received till now. ixigo verification code was 970703 of 24/12/2022. finally it is ascertained htat Le Travenues Technology private limited (your co) credited amount in ixigo account. Kindly return the money Rs.905.00 to above bank account immediately with intimation to me soon, ( Ref No.IGAOVZWNL2 on 24/12/2022)

            not resolved the case. so far the money 905/- not received till date in my SBI SB account 35535242579 please return the money immediately with sms or e mail..I didnt get E ticket so far.             totally fraud web site of ixigo.. today one gentleman from irctc called and offered redeem voucher to return money through SBI Yono app..No given later found he tried to loot Rs, 20, 000/- from my SBI account to redeem and validate his voucher by validation code ..suddenly i realised and altered in parallel my desk top was in internet banking and mobile on SBI yono app.I could see Rs.905 credited in my account, but the irctc claimed frauster man insisting me to enter 20K in amount section of Yono SBI app. Then I blasted the fraudster as he was patient for 20 minutes of this silent parallel operation ..Strictly doubt some irctc officials have link with ixigo or otherwise how the public losing their money and ticket on this site..Irctc should terminate IXIGO licence immediately as 3rd party booster in their business. Dear public ...be aware you may select only irctc exclusive app in mobile or https://www.irctc.co.in for genuine booking purposes..dont fall pray for such frausters as my money came back without redeem vocher no or validation code.. a great fraud going on daily basis as reports says.. be careful while selecting irctc site for E ticket or any other purpose..

                Dear sir / madam I have booked a ticket on ixigo on November 14th but my upcoming flight is on Jan 6th 2023 from Dubai to Hyderabad and pnr is IPVGUN but ixigo is refusing my refund and I have contacted Emirates airlines for cancellation charges and refund they told you will get full refund but please contact ixigo app but they are refusing to help me please help me

                    They changed both my flights without telling me. On their website it showed the flights I booked but then when I went directly to the airline it showed I was booked on similar but different flights. Very deceptive and unprofessional company.

                      I had booked a ticket from ixigo app in train and the money got debited, soon after that a message came that ticket cannot be booked and booking failed.
                      They sent me a message telling that i will get my money back by 17th dec 1:00am
                      But never received the money.

                            While booking a ticket on 13th dec 2022 ..payment got deducted and credited to ixigo money max..i wanted to transfer ixigo money to my bank account.so i clicked but amount lost .i didnt recieve in my account.but i recieved several messges dat amount got credited..there is no customer complaint no or chat support..i complained in chat support box its showing dat ixigo money is non tranferable ..if it is dan y dey have shown d option of bank transfer in app..i lost 2727 rs .still not credited. I have uploaded pics whch i recieved dat amount got credited and also pic of gpay transaction history that amount not credited yet

                                I have cancelled one train ticket on 12/11/2022 vide PNR No [protected] for a journey from JPE to SDAH dated 10/12/2022 train No. 12378. On cancellation I have informed that the amount of refund is Rs.1590/- will be credited to my source account. I found, out of Rs. 1590/- only Rs 90/- has been credited to my SBI account (source account) on 14/11/2022.. Incidentally it has come to my notice that the rest amount has been parked in IXIGO MONEY MAX balance without my consent. However, I redeemed the same for credit to the source account immediately. After which I got a message that the amount will credited to my SBI account by 08/12/2022.
                                Unfortunately, the rest amount has not yet credited to the source account till date.

                                Please look into the matter and advice.
