Ixigo Money gone ticket not booked

I have tried booking 2 train ticket on 07/12/2022 but tickets not booked, and I lost 5479.97 RS

Please help me to resolve this isue...

Request to refund

I got an email from ixigo but still did not get refund account in my account.
It shown they refund my amount but amount does not reflect in my bank amount. And also the helpline number does not work, every time I call, this mobile number is switched off. Please refund my balance....

Request to refund my amount in my bank account

I got an email from ixigo but still did not get refund account in my account.
It shown refund is successful but the amount is not reflect in my bank account....

Money got deducted for train booking but not yet received confirmation

I have booked train for Dec 7th from Thrissur to trivandrum.
Money got debited from my account but no confirmation received or any tickets.
Already even checked in ixigo app whether is there any upcoming trip showing, but no nothing is there.
Kindly resolve Asap...

Ticket refund not complete

I booked a ticket on 1st December 2022, from Ranchi to Patna of 7th December 2022 and the payment has been debited from my account but the ticket was not booked andd it showed error And there is no transaction history on the app so i am not able to talk to the customer care, the payment had been debited from account in the name of La travenues . Help me please i have to book the ticket again . Please refund my money asap ....

Ticket refund not made

I have booked a ticket from Ranchi to Patna and have made the payment through net banking of ₹239 and the money has been debited from my account and then it showed error and then i saw in the app that my ticket was not booked or their were no transaction related to the booking please look in this matter as i am in urgent need of money and i have to book my ticket ....

Ticket refund not completed

I have booked a ticket of 7 th December 2022 from ranchi to patna, and i have done the payment through net banking and the payment was successful but then after the payment it showed 'error' and when i am trying to reach the customer service i couldn't find that transaction in the app but, in my transaction history it shows that amount has been debited of ₹ 239, by La travenues . Money got deducted but ticket never appeared

On 26/11/2022, I booked the ticket for train no. 11402, Nandigram Express on ixigo, We paid Rs.609/- the payment was successful but the ticket never appeared.It will be really generous if the problem is observed and could get a proper resolution....

I booked bus tickets for 4 people my money got deducted around Rs 5310 and this trip is not confirmed and even not reflecting in the app but the amount got deducted. Please improve your service you are really doing a scam by deducting hard earned money. Please give us quick response....

Booked 4 bus tickets of indumati bus from Pune to Goa. Amount of 5310 deducted from bank account but the tickets are not booked.
Requesting refund in the original source of payment, i.e. bank account.

Payment not received after booking

I have booked 3 tickets from Delhi to Calicut on 21/11/2022 and the ticket was not booked and the money has been debited from the account. Also there was no information showing about the booking details. So please give me an update about this or please do the refund as soon as possible.

Haven't received the e ticket and payment is already deducted

I had done a payment of 4596 for a train ticket on 2 oct and i haven't Received any details of the train or the trip as such. Neither the e ticket was sent to my mail. so kindly resolve this or refund the money asap....

Refund on train tickets

Booked two tatkal tickets using Ixigo. PNR [protected] & [protected].

The seat didn't get confirmed hence was automatically cancelled by IRCTC. Only Rs.65 is deducted by IRCTC, however Ixigo deducted Rs 175 and Rs.372.

Tried calling their customer care number @[protected], the automatic message sends you to the website as they do not have any live agents. The online chat too same is the case just machine's responding....

Money gone ticket not booked

Tried booking bus ticket through ixigo from chennai to bangalore. Twice, the money was debited but the page automatically closed, and booking was not confirmed in any way. I do not even have a transaction number except for my bank details.
Costumer support in the website needs a huge revamp....

Cancellation fees deducted - for flight cancelled by Airlines

I had a booking in this flight (6E -6697 for 26th Nov 2022) and the airline canceled this flight and gave option for another flight……which doesn’t solve the purpose

Hence I have cancelled the ticked………………..however the airline has charged cancellation fees (this ticked is booked the (ixigo)

Could you please clarify. The amount is still not reflecting gin my account
