I am Ritul. Earlier i had booked a train ticket. I partially cancelled this train after three days of booking on 30 april 2023. After that there it is showing that the refund amount Rs 1995/- will be reflected on your account by 3 may 2023. I had used my UPI Id for the payment of this ticket. It was shown that the amount is returned to the source, but it isn't showing when i check the balance in Google pay. I hope your will surely look into this problem as soon as possible. Thank you

Since you've mentioned that the amount has not been received by you, we request you to get in touch with your bank by sharing the ARN[protected] using which they will be able to trace the refunded amount. We would like to clarify that the ARN numbers provided are sufficient proof of the refund processed from our end.
