I had a booking in this flight (6E -6697 for 26th Nov 2022) and the airline canceled this flight and gave option for another flight……which doesn’t solve the purpose

Hence I have cancelled the ticked………………..however the airline has charged cancellation fees (this ticked is booked the (ixigo)

Could you please clarify. The amount is still not reflecting gin my account

    Today ie on 7Nov 2022 I was booking ticket from Mavli junction to Jaipur from UDZ JP SPCL SF train number 09722. Payment of 1049rs made through SBI net banking and amount got debited and session got timed out. Transaction reference number is IGAOPNQBE7

          I have booked my ticket from Ixigo portal with SV NAKODA TRAVELS on 6th November. My ticket has been booked, money got deducted from my account but not received any booking confirmation, also in Ixigo portal it is not showing any booking history.

            I booked Madurai to Ahmedabad flight ticket using IXIGO. The airline canceled the flight. I ask for a full refund of my money. The partial amount shows up in my bank statement. I asked for a full refund. I provided them with bank statement also as proof. Still, they did not refund my full money. I called their customer support so many times but no resolution. All proofs are there that IXIGO never refunded full amount. First they confuse everybody...

                I am Fheba, I have booked 1 tatkal ticket through ixigo app on 24 October 2022. The Tatkal ticket has waiting list TQWL 22 .Due to this I wasn't able to travel . Then, as per the Tatkal rules, any Tatkal waiting ticket if not confirmed seat then the amount will refunded to the customer by automatically cancelling the ticket. But I didn’t get the amount. Can you help me. If this is the case, I would never use ixigo app again.

                  I was booking tickets from Tatanagar to Bangalore on October 26th 2022 and the app was not working at all.
                  After the payment was transacted the irctc login page capcha had some issues because of which I couldn't login and the booking failed.
                  After which I tried to transfer the amount in the ixigo money max to my bank account but on further checking I found that it hasn't been refunded.
                  I strictly want my refund at the very earliest. Otherwise there might be consequences.

                              Hi Team,

                              I booked ticket from Mumbai to Bali and Bali to Mumbai.

                              Date entered was 25th December 2022 to 31st December 2022.

                              But ticket got booked from 25th December 2022 to 31st January 2023.

                              After few days when I checked the ticket I got to know this issue.

                              I re confirmed that there is an issue with their app when I tried reschedule my tickets. Even after selecting 31 December I got a mail that my rescheduling is raised for 30th December. I have the proof for the same. (Attached with the time when mail received)

                              In the name of rescheduling I was charged initially an amount of 14448. Ixigo promised me that they will book tickets within 2 hrs.

                              After 4 hrs ixigo came back saying I need to pay extra ₹ 2307.

                              After 40 mins again I got a call for paying ₹17000 as some extra rescheduling charges.

                              This issue was with their app, where dates were getting automatically changed.
