I booked a bus ticket from kochi to banglore on may 3rd, 9.56 pm. The ticket booking got failed but money was deducted from my account.

    I cancelled a ticket on 5/4/2023, refund generated from ixigo which neither credited to my accout nor ixigo money...The ARN number is[protected]...The Trip ID is IXITRS[protected]
    Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    We would like to inform you that an amount of ₹ 1295 has already been refunded to your source account on 06 Apr 2023. Since you've mentioned that the amount has not been received by you, we request you to get in touch with your bank by sharing the ARN[protected] using which they will be able to trace the refunded amount. We would like to clarify that the ARN numbers provided are sufficient proof of the refund processed from our end.

      I had booked ticket from ixigo app and wanted to cancel it there is no option of cancel ticket in the app and plus there is no support provided from there end.

      The pnr is 2259532973 and I want the ticket to be cancelled and your app is not showing me cancel ticket option it's been a week since I am trying to cancel the ticket

      Sorry! This transaction wasn't made via ixigo. Please refer to the SMS/Email you would have received from the service provider at the time of booking. The service provider should be able to assist you with your query.

        I haven't received the ticket but money was deducted from my bank account. I couldn't find any transaction history about the failed payment. And also, I didn't get the ticket. I cannot find the option from reverting of failed payment. Please do credit the money to my bank account for which transaction has failed. Please do rectify this issue as soon as possible.

          I haven't received the ticket yet. The payment has been deducted from my bank account. First of all, no option to find transactions. Couldn't find the failed payment in the ixigo money. And also, cannot connect with customer care.

              I tried to book a train ticket on 27 April 2023 from the website https://www.ixigo.com/ from Gorakhpur (UP) to Prayagraj (UP) for Alok Kumar Singh (Age 39). I have login this website through my mobile number +91-[protected]. Once I moved through the payment gateway, money is deducted from my account but a ticket is not issued to me as I didn't receive any SMS on my mobile number.
              I am raising this complaint because I am in a dilemma that whether my ticket is booked or not. So I am requesting a refund of deducted money as Alok is planning to go to Prayagraj by any other mode of conveyance.
              I am attaching the snapshot of mail received from my card company from which money was deducted.

                Money got detucted from my account but ticket was not booked and it said ubsuccessful payment.

                        I booked a ticket from ixigo app but I cancelled the ticket. My refund was credited to ixigo money max. Then I transferred my money from ixigo money max to UPI I'd but I did not notice that I deactivated my UPI I'd in morning. Money was deducted from ixigo money max but it does back credited to ixigo money max. It's been 3 days what should I do?

                              I have booked two railway tickets from IXIGO and my ticket does not get confirmed after chart preparation tickets got cancelled automatically by IXIGO the total amount was 307 rupees and I got refund of only 150 rupees what is this, I have not cancelled my ticket it got cancelled automatically because seats were not available then what is my fault why should I pay half of my ticket money in the name of cancellation charges, I have not cancelled my ticket so why my money got taken and only half of the amount got refunded, IXIGO is looting people by taking different types of charges

                                ON 15 Apr 2023 i tried to book a train ticket in Train No. 16315 from Mysuru to Thrissur. During the payment process an amount of ₹1334 was deducted from my account with transaction ID. T2304151050018283052923 with Bank Ref No.[protected], moreover the ticket was not booked and no message of refund was received. However, i tried again and booked the ticket by paying ₹1304.01 with transaction ID. T2304151109426100121862 with Bank Ref No.[protected]. Therefore, i want the refund of ₹1334 at the earliest.

                                  I had booked tickets for Bangalore to Chennai and unfortunately i had some emergency and cancelled those tickets on 11-April-2023
                                  I got the refund to my Ixigo wallet and i had transferred that amount of 900 in to bank.
                                  In the transaction details it is showing as it is settled on 11-April by its been 4 days I didn’t got the refund to my bank account

                                    I had recently booked my train ticket from ahmedabad to rajkot for 13 april with trip id IXITRS[protected] and payment id 1CN8E9Z9PT7YPRBS719.

                                    Unfortunately my money got debited but I’ve not received any ticket and in app shows my trip is cancelled with payment failed.

                                    Where does my money got debited I’ve paid the requested amount by ixigo on my upi id and if they have not recieved.

                                    Please solve my issue as soon as possible and provide me the ticket if payment is confirmed and if not then please provide my refund so i can continue my booking again.

                                    I’ve attached some pictures elaborating my issue. Kindly review and guide me further.

                                      Money debited but ticket not booked ( ahmedabad to rajkot )

                                      I had recently booked my ticket from rajkot to ahmedabad from ixigo on 12 april for the date 13 april (the next day) with trip id IXITRS[protected] and payment id 1CN8E9Z9PT7YPRBS719.

                                      Unfortunately i had cancelled the booking my mistake though i wanted to continue the booking so i paid requested money by ixigo on upi and my money got debited by ticket was not confirmed.

                                      I started my booking again thinking...
