I have cancelled one train ticket on 12/11/2022 vide PNR No [protected] for a journey from JPE to SDAH dated 10/12/2022 train No. 12378. On cancellation I have informed that the amount of refund is Rs.1590/- will be credited to my source account. I found, out of Rs. 1590/- only Rs 90/- has been credited to my SBI account (source account) on 14/11/2022.. Incidentally it has come to my notice that the rest amount has been parked in IXIGO MONEY MAX balance without my consent. However, I redeemed the same for credit to the source account immediately. After which I got a message that the amount will credited to my SBI account by 08/12/2022.
Unfortunately, the rest amount has not yet credited to the source account till date.
Please look into the matter and advice.
