I am Fheba, I have booked 1 tatkal ticket through ixigo app on 24 October 2022. The Tatkal ticket has waiting list TQWL 22 .Due to this I wasn't able to travel . Then, as per the Tatkal rules, any Tatkal waiting ticket if not confirmed seat then the amount will refunded to the customer by automatically cancelling the ticket. But I didn’t get the amount. Can you help me. If this is the case, I would never use ixigo app again.
