While booking a ticket on 13th dec 2022 ..payment got deducted and credited to ixigo money max..i wanted to transfer ixigo money to my bank account.so i clicked but amount lost .i didnt recieve in my account.but i recieved several messges dat amount got credited..there is no customer complaint no or chat support..i complained in chat support box its showing dat ixigo money is non tranferable ..if it is dan y dey have shown d option of bank transfer in app..i lost 2727 rs .still not credited. I have uploaded pics whch i recieved dat amount got credited and also pic of gpay transaction history that amount not credited yet

      I have cancelled one train ticket on 12/11/2022 vide PNR No [protected] for a journey from JPE to SDAH dated 10/12/2022 train No. 12378. On cancellation I have informed that the amount of refund is Rs.1590/- will be credited to my source account. I found, out of Rs. 1590/- only Rs 90/- has been credited to my SBI account (source account) on 14/11/2022.. Incidentally it has come to my notice that the rest amount has been parked in IXIGO MONEY MAX balance without my consent. However, I redeemed the same for credit to the source account immediately. After which I got a message that the amount will credited to my SBI account by 08/12/2022.
      Unfortunately, the rest amount has not yet credited to the source account till date.

      Please look into the matter and advice.

        I tried to book a ticket on 09th December, 2022 from Kanpur to Dhanbad in 2nd AC in Tatkal. The payment was unsuccessful but money was Debited from my bank account.

          On 07/12/2022 I have tried booking 2 train tickets, but train tickets were not booked, and money got deducted .

          Please help me to resolve this issue

            I have tried booking 2 train ticket on 07/12/2022 but tickets not booked, and I lost 5479.97 RS

              I got an email from ixigo but still did not get refund account in my account.
              It shown they refund my amount but amount does not reflect in my bank amount. And also the helpline number does not work, every time I call, this mobile number is switched off. Please refund my balance.

                    I have booked train for Dec 7th from Thrissur to trivandrum.
                    Money got debited from my account but no confirmation received or any tickets.
                    Already even checked in ixigo app whether is there any upcoming trip showing, but no nothing is there.

                      I booked a ticket on 1st December 2022, from Ranchi to Patna of 7th December 2022 and the payment has been debited from my account but the ticket was not booked andd it showed error And there is no transaction history on the app so i am not able to talk to the customer care, the payment had been debited from account in the name of La travenues . Help me please i have to book the ticket again . Please refund my money asap .

                        I have booked a ticket from Ranchi to Patna and have made the payment through net banking of ₹239 and the money has been debited from my account and then it showed error and then i saw in the app that my ticket was not booked or their were no transaction related to the booking please look in this matter as i am in urgent need of money and i have to book my ticket .

                            On 26/11/2022, I booked the ticket for train no. 11402, Nandigram Express on ixigo, We paid Rs.609/- the payment was successful but the ticket never appeared.It will be really generous if the problem is observed and could get a proper resolution.

                                  I booked bus tickets for 4 people my money got deducted around Rs 5310 and this trip is not confirmed and even not reflecting in the app but the amount got deducted. Please improve your service you are really doing a scam by deducting hard earned money. Please give us quick response.

                                    Requesting refund in the original source of payment, i.e. bank account.

                                        I had done a payment of 4596 for a train ticket on 2 oct and i haven't Received any details of the train or the trip as such. Neither the e ticket was sent to my mail. so kindly resolve this or refund the money asap.
