I cancelled two tickets on 27th and the app showed refund will be processed by 1 p.m of same day. When did not recieve anything I contacted customer care they told me to wait 48 hours so I did. Now they are avoiding me by closing my chats without letting me reply. My cancelled trips ID IXITR[protected] and IXITR[protected] . Very horrible experience. When will I ever get my money. As a student this is really frustrating as I had to be in Delhi for exams.
