      Hi, I would like to let you know that the train was cancelled on Jun 18 in the morning itself but till now I have not received my refund for it.
      It was mentioned train was cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.

          I’ve booked ticket for Pune 14/06/2022 but ticket was not confirmed so it was cancelled automatically and i’ve got message from railways that it’ll be refunded back within 3 days but it’s not reflecting yet.

            I booked the ticket with reference number -- IF[protected]. I purchased the ixigo assured benefit as well, as it protect the cancellation charges.
            I had to cancel my onwards flight and as per their communication the amount should have been refunded within 7 business days but it's already 10 business days passed by and amount is not refunded although airline already refunded the amount and customer care executives keeps giving the same reply that their is some technical issue and on asking the about the exact issue they don't give any proper reply.

                    Hi,

                    I cancelled a flight from delhi to bangalore and while cancelling the flight airlines cancellation charge was 3000rs. But when when they initiated the refund they deducted 3672rs. The refund amount I was about to receive was 2355rs but they are transferring only 1683rs. Could you please look into this. Thanks!

                      HI, i had booked tickets from BANGALORE TO MYSURU ON 02/05/2022 MORNING AT 09:55 AM . booking agent was PAYTM and the money got Debited from my DBS BANK account and was Paid to Le Travenues Technology Private Limited . but before i could get the confirmation about the ticket the page got refersh and i could not getbthe tickets. kindly refund my amount at the earliest.

                                  I booked one ticket from delhi to mumbai for 31st may 2022, for the train no. 12954. Due to waitlist of my ticket i cancelled the ticket, and refund of 5210 was processed and the expected refund time was 31st may till 6 pm, but, today is 2nd june 2022 and i haven't received the refund yet, the customer care of ixigo is not even replying my text and they don't have any helpline no. On their app or website. I need my refund asap, my booking ID is IXITR[protected].

                                      I was booking a train but due to not remembering the IRCTC I'd and password I cancelled it and the refund came in my ixigo money max wallet but I applied for refund in my bank account after they told me that it will be refunded to your bank account till 6:00 pm and at 9:00 pm I was given a message that It has been successfully credited to your UPI ... But I haven't received any money yet. Kindly help me.
