Refund not updated in my bank account

I was booking a train but due to not remembering the IRCTC I'd and password I cancelled it and the refund came in my ixigo money max wallet but I applied for refund in my bank account after they told me that it will be refunded to your bank account till 6:00 pm and at 9:00 pm I was given a message that It has been successfully credited to your UPI ... But I haven't received any money yet. Kindly help me....

Not got refund

My name is Ajay on 19 May I booked the tickets PNR: [protected], but my tickets were cancelled and the refund is not initiated yet. I reached to the 24x7 customer chat but no response. I want my money back....

Did not receive refund

I cancelled two tickets on 27th and the app showed refund will be processed by 1 p.m of same day. When did not recieve anything I contacted customer care they told me to wait 48 hours so I did. Now they are avoiding me by closing my chats without letting me reply. My cancelled trips ID IXITR[protected] and IXITR[protected] . Very horrible experience. When will I ever get my money. As a student this is really frustrating as I had to be in...

Money not refunded against Failed Payment while amount deducted

I tried to book a ticket through Ixigo on[protected] using Paytm UPI. The amount was deducted from the linked Bank but Ixigo shows payment failed. Even after six months, the money has not been refunded back to my account. Payment Details

Complaint about Refund

My booking with TRIP ID: IXITR[protected] has already been cancelled by me on 15th May. Ixigo told me that I'll receive ny refund by 18th May. But still, I have not received the refund money which is ₹10540. Pls look into this matter as early as possible, otherwise I will be convinced to take steps against Ixigo....

Train ticket booking pending but money was deducted two times

I tried booking 3 tickets for 23 Monday 2022 in vanchinadu express. But money was credited but no ticket was issued. Then after sometime they credited my money as ixigo money so I used it to rebook. But again it the money was used but no booking was done. It showed 'booking oemding'. I tried booking again and the same thing happened. So 496 Rupees was credited from my account. But no tickets were booked. I need a refund, what should I do?...

Cancelled ticket money not received

I have cancelled my booking on 15th May. But till now I haven't recieved my refund money. It was supposed to reach my bank by 18th May. But I didn't receive it at all. Kindly look into this matter before I take any step....

Ticket money deducted but not received tickets

I have booked train ticket via Ixigo. I have paid ticket money via UPI.[Booking id - IXITR[protected]].My amount was deducted and it was said "Enter irctc password to get tickets" .I have provided my password and clicked on Submit. I got Server lost page and didn't received tickets....

I didn't get my refund on my account

I had booked tickets for 11039 for 24 may 2022
And 11040 for 26 may 2022.
I cancelled it on 15 may 2022 on same day of booking.
Expected refund date was 18 may 2022
I use all refund policy.
I also ordered food for these journeys .
Still I didn't get my refund.
Total amount 5479+5424+1878+1860=14641 rs
(Excluding food.)
When wil I get my refund?...

Bus ticket error

We recently booked a bus ticket via ixigo app for 2 persons from Chennai to coimbatore.payment completed via Gpay but we didn't get any reply mail from ixigo side and not showing the ticket in the app also...tried for ticket cancellation but there is no proper customer care mail or number. kindly refund the amount.

Cancellation of Train Ticket Booked

I have tried to book a train ticket through IXIGO website without an account / Login in the same and later it was redirected to IRCTC website for further process of booking.

Due to personal reasons I would like to cancel the ticket, hence I tried to cancel the ticket in IRCTC but it shows that the booking is not made in IRCTC, hence it cannot be cancelled.

Again I have tried to cancel the ticket through IXIGO...

Cancellation due to waitlist ,refund not reflecting on my account

I booked my ticket for 11/05/2022 but it was canceled because it wasn’t confirmed but now refund is not reflecting on my account It’s showing that it has been transferred from money max to my account but I couldn’t find any refund from your side kindly look into this matter....

I was booking my train ticket and made payments, my amount was deducted but tickets were not booked or any confirmation from ixigo came. I have made two payments on night 15 May and morning 16 May. I am yet to receive any refund against the payment made. There is no update from the service provider or from bank....
