        I cancelled my Train Tickets 12 days back for the following PNR No. but still not yet received refund amount,

        PNR [protected] - Amount - Rs. 1140
        PNR [protected] - Amount - Rs. 1175
        PNR [protected] - Amount - Rs. 2350
        PNR [protected] - Amount - Rs. 2280
        PNR [protected] - Amount - Rs. 1110

        Kindly refund my money.

              Sir i was making a booking of ticket which was unsuccesssful because of wrong password of irctc then the amount was debited and came into my ixigo money max
              i requested to transfer into my account and they said that they have made the refund but still i have not got

                It's been more than a week from the deadline and i haven't received my money yet!!!I have contacted to my bank branch and they said that they haven't received any refunds from ixigo!!I have booked my ticket on 24th march 2022 and also cancelled it on the same day!!The deadline of refund was on 31st march 2022!!IToday is 8th april 2022!!

                      I have booked a bus from Chennai to Kochi on[protected].I booked twice because first booking failed due to payment failure.And both the times money debited from my account and ticket not booked due to payment failure.
                      When i filed a complaint ixigo team said refund is initiated on the same day.But its not credited in my account, and i didnt receive any message of refund.There is nothing showing in the failed trips too.I dont know what to do.Please help me out of this.
                      I want refund please.
                      Solve this issue asap.Thanks in advance.

                          I tried to book bus ticket from Chennai to Kochi on[protected].I paid the money via google pay and the money is debited from my account.But bus ticket not booked and shown a message as payment failure.
                          So i booked again and failed like first time.
                          When i checked my failed trips in the app, it was not showing.

                            We booked bus from bangalore to kumily via this app and we made the payment but the ticket is still not booked.
                            But the money is debited from my account.

                                  This is related to train booking.I was promised on Ixigo automated chat that this payment would get refunded by 8am as on the 2nd of April 2022, which has actually not happened.
                                  If there is further delay more than 24 hours i am going to take up this issue in consumer forum.

                                    I have booked a ticket of ₹4036 but it gets failed because of incorrect irctc password .when I apply for refund they have shown me that my money has been transferd to my account but I have not receive any amount.
                                    When I have search it I got to know that ixigo refund our mony on ixigo money max then I have gone though the app and open ixigo money max and they have asked me whether i want to transfer then i clicked yes and
                                    thennotification came said that you money has been transfer but till now I didn't get my money back..
                                    In which account they have transfer my money?

                                      I booked my tickets from Izzatnagar to Tanakpur on 1 April 2022 for 2 April 2022. But when I did payment, I have not received my tickets. My trip ID is IXITR[protected] and Payment ID is U55IP5AKDYR7RTIVH1. I did my payment through UPI from another phone in Paytm. My UPI ID is [protected]@paytm and Payment RRN:[protected].
                                      Please refund my money or give me my tickets.

                                        I booked a ticket from New Delhi to Hyderabad on 28 March. I saw when it was booked it showed 2nd May. Not sure how? Again tried to reschedule it and paid the extra amount. My father went to airport and the staff said the ticket was cancelled. As a senior citizen he had to face issues in the airport. Waste of travel and money. Again booked another flight paying extra toother airlines.

                                        Ixigo have now refunded Rs. 1987 whereas i paid around Rs. 9200 for initial booking and reschedule.

                                        I dont understand why I only received Rs. 1987?

                                        Will never use Ixigo again.
