Hello There! I have booked a bus ticket on march 31 2022. The payment of Rs.744.50 was deducted, but ticket was not booked. Refund also not happened. There is no single message whether booking success or fail. Pls refund the money as its very urgent. I trusted you app, but now im begging you for MY money. Pls Value us.

    I'm trying to cancel my train ticket for a very long time but I am unable to do it it is making me turnaround to the same table again where is started all along whenever I am trying to cancel my ticket it is saving that go back to the page where I have the ticket and see and select the option for cancel ticket but I do not see any cancel ticket option over there so I go to chat services and chat services is auto bot so it is not responding according to the questions I am asking in fact it is responding in other way round I have a confirmed ticket it is saying that My booking is only not valid it's really disappointing to say that application like ixigo can also not succeed With a basic understanding that if the Take it is confirmed or not and if confirmed how to cancel it with the cancel button . Please resolve my ticket a as soon as possible as I have been struggling with this for a very long time . I have also raise chat service issue with auto bot but it doesn't seems to help anyway

      Hey Amitav, debit card refunds can take upto 7 days. Request you to kindly check the detailed bank statement too as in some cases credit message is not sent.

        I booked a ticket of flight from Delhi to Kathmandu travel date[protected].
        I reached the airport in morning 27 March 2022 that is yesterday itself. I was denied from boarding this flight, reason being, I didn't had my voter Id card with me physically at the airport yesterday, but I had my passport along with adhar card, pan card and driving licence.
        My passport was valid till[protected], before booking the above flight with pnr - JTTZY, I called at the airport authorities ([protected]) on 14 March 2022 at 06:06 P. m. and asked for the same, stating that my passport is valid till[protected] and I want to travel to Kathmandu on 27 March 2022, can I travel there by flight, to which the representative replied yes. But, yesterday what happened was extremely opposite of that what was said by the airport authorities on phonetic conversation which was held on 14 March before booking this flight ticket.
        I requested them to board on flight as my other verification id's were with me like passport, driving licence, adhar card, and pan card as well.
        Due to this denial, I couldn't fly to Kathmandu yesterday.
        The same has been reported to ixigo support executive and royal nepal airlines sales manager Delhi office.
        I was told by the ixigo support executive that if airlines will refund the amount, then we'll refund the same to your respective account, and as told by the royal nepal airlines sales manager, they have no such flight which can't be refunded back to me, despite of the any reason respectfully.
        I was going to travel for the very first time in flight, and yesterday was the worst day of my life experience, where I travelled from my city Malerkotla (punjab) to Delhi for boarding this flight and was extremely disappointed, mentally harassed and physically exhausted only and only due to ixigo application through which I booked my flight ticket.
        I am so depressed now that I can't gather energy to book a flight ticket and think of travelling by air in life ever again.
        Therefore I request you to kindly cancel my ticket and refund the amount to my bank account respectively.

        Hi Gaurav, there was no issue with the ticket and it was completely valid to travel. Any travel-related information should be either reconfirmed with the airline or the booking portals. Since the boarding was denied due to absence of valid documents and the PNR is no show, refund is not applicable as per airline rules. Any unused taxes will be refunded if any applicable. We regret any inconvenience caused.

          I booked 2 train tickets from kanpur central (CNB) to surat (ST) for 5th april, 2022 train number 19038 - avadh express.
          after paying the money through UPI. i didnt knew the password so i pressed the back button. but the amount was deducted from my account and didn't got the tickets.
          Kindly help me on, how can i get refund in this situation.

            Sir, i transacted 2 times due to network and server error and due to that i didn't returned to password and captcha page and the money was deducted in both transaction after that one of them was refunded to bank account but another one has not been refunded to bank account yet IXITR[protected] IXITR[protected] these are the trip id please track them and please respond me.
            i lost my money please help me out.

            I tried to book bus ticket in ixigo from Chennai to Kochi.And i tried to book twice because first one failed due to payment failure.Both the times money debited from my account.I want refund for it.

              Actually, I booked my train from raipur to indore, puri humsafar train on the date of 18 March, 588 rs money was deducted from my account but the booking was not made successful, on 19 March it was shown that ixigo has refunded my money to my upi ID.. but, , I didn't receive my money to my account till now.
              Please sir, do something justice to us.

                    A transaction got failed and my money was in the wallet.
                    After that I switched off Internet to save mobile battery.
                    and turned on after 10 mins.
                    I tried to close ixigo app please note I didn’t try to redo any transaction since I booked bus tickets.
                    Now my question is without my concern or knowledge how can the app debit money from my wallet and retry failed transaction?
                    I didn't get any sms on the retried transaction but in the end the ticket was confirmed and I couldn't travel or cancel since its tatkal.
                    Pl understand I didn’t even refresh the page. Also why the money from failed transaction doesn’t go to my bank account?
                    Support is of no use and even though they understood the bug in their app they are not even accepting it.

                      I booked 2 tickets from kuttippuram to karunagappally on 09/03/2022 and train was on 12/03/2022 and only 1 ticket got confirmed and other one got cancelled and i havent got refund for that ticket till now ! When i contacted there customer care they are not giving the answers i want !

                      It was my mistake i didnt knew to file a tdr to get refund of a partially confirmed ticket ! “this was a partially confirmed ticket and the ticket either had to be cancelled or a TDR had to filed as per IRCTC rules. We can see that the ticket was not cancelled and TDR was not filed hence refund is not applicable”

                      Hey, this was a partially confirmed ticket and the ticket either had to be cancelled or a TDR had to filed as per IRCTC rules. We can see that the ticket was not cancelled and TDR was not filed hence refund is not applicable.

                        Booked my train tickets from Bangalore(KSR) to Warangal(WL) on March 18, 2022. Amount Rs. 622/ was deducted from bank account but ticket booking failed.The below picture shows ixigo has successfully credited but amount was not reflected.Awaiting for rapid response.

                          Ixigo recommends you do everything from the app. But if you request a reschedule they won't give you any update on the app (which they recommend on their website with a popup) but just reply in an old email thread and won't disclose anywhere that the information on the app is wrong. If you open the app you would think the rescheduling hasn't gone through but it actually has and you have no way of knowing this unless you call the customer support to complain.

                          Hi Sarvesh, we regret any inconvenience caused. As of now rescheduled trips do not reflect under My trips section and only original trip details are visible. Same is under production and will be live soon. The request placed from app is processed and confirmation for rescheduling is sent on same email thread.

                                  Ixigo assured Scam
                                  My booking id IF[protected] is for Jaipur Mumbai flight. I booked my ticket yesterday on ixigo app. While booking my flight tickets from Jaipur to Mumbai I opted for ixigo assured as it claims to refund whole amount if cancelled. Due to changes in my plan I cancelled my ticket and as I cancelled my ticket I knew that ixigo assured is a scam. I paid Rs. 8107 for one way jaipur and I got refund of Rs. 3744. On cancelling my ticket I got less than half of which I paid. Then what was the use of paying extra for ixigo assured.
                                  I got scammed I would advice others to be safe.
