I try to book railway ticket thru ixigo app and their system show error message on transaction mode twice and the amount debited from my account and did not get the ticket, as i inform their customer care many times, they said your fund initiated in your account and its reflected with in 4 days, as of now i did not get that amount until today, i make these transaction on 26 and 27th April 2022 .And I lost 1208 INR & 171 INR on both transactions.

Updated by abraham k Until now i did n't received the refund amount, as merchant ixigo says its already initiated on your account, so where is that money?

Ixigo Customer Care's response Abraham, the transactions were marked void the same day and reversed successfully. If the amount is not reflecting yet in your bank statement, kindly call your bank customer care for clarity.
