I booked a flight from Mumbai to Chandigarh on 10th Feb 2022. But due to change in plans, I canceled the tickets immediately. Ixigo mailed me that I am eligible for full refund and it will be credited to my account within 7 days. But it has been more than 15 days and there is no refund.
The ixigo website still shows that the cancellation is pending. Their customer care have blocked my phone number.

Complaint marked as Resolved After putting up the complaint on this website, Ixigo replied to my complaint and informed me that refund may take up to 3-4 weeks to process. After 3 weeks, I got my refund in my bank account.
Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
