On 15th Nov, 2021, I had booked 3 tickets for Bangalore to Port Blair for 19th Feb, 2022. However, I had to cancel them on 4th Feb, 2022 due to vivid restrictions. I got an email from GoAir saying they have credited the full refund which is Rs 13, 473, but ixigo has credited only Rs 2170 after all deductions. I have attached the email from GoAir, the ticket details and the cancellation confirmation from ixigo. They customer care chat bot isn’t helpful either. Please help me.
