It has been more than 2 weeks and I have not received refund for my cancelled bus on April 13th,

Dear Ixigo team,
I tried booking tickets for Chennai on 24th April I couldn't book it but my money was deducted and not ticket wasn't booked and now that I requested for the refund. Refund was supposed to be credited on 25th by 2:00 I still haven't received it. Please help it resolve.

Hey Sumesh, the transaction was marked void and reversed the same day. Please refer your detailed bank statement once and if it is not reflecting yet, kindly wait for 7 days from the date of transaction.

    I have booked my ticket. The payment has been deduced, but I couldn't print my ticket. Irctc login wasn't shown and, on the app, no such booking is shown. I hope I can get my money back. Waiting in anticipation.

          Hey, the amount was refunded to the payment source and should have been credited by now. Please check the detailed bank statement, any other linked bank accounts to same UPI ID or wallet service provided by UPI app. If the amount is not reflecting please connect with your bank customer care.

                        Sir i was making a booking of ticket which was unsuccesssful because of wrong password of irctc then the amount was debited and came into my ixigo money max

                          It's been more than a week from the deadline and i haven't received my money yet!!!I have contacted to my bank branch and they said that they haven't received any refunds from ixigo!!I have booked my ticket on 24th march 2022 and also cancelled it on the same day!!The deadline of refund was on 31st march 2022!!IToday is 8th april 2022!!

                                I have booked a bus from Chennai to Kochi on[protected].I booked twice because first booking failed due to payment failure.And both the times money debited from my account and ticket not booked due to payment failure.
                                When i filed a complaint ixigo team said refund is initiated on the same day.But its not credited in my account, and i didnt receive any message of refund.There is nothing showing in the failed trips too.I dont know what to do.Please help me out of this.
                                I want refund please.
                                Solve this issue asap.Thanks in advance.

                                    So i booked again and failed like first time.
