    We recently booked a bus ticket via ixigo app for 2 persons from Chennai to coimbatore.payment completed via Gpay but we didn't get any reply mail from ixigo side and not showing the ticket in the app also...tried for ticket cancellation but there is no proper customer care mail or number. kindly refund the amount.

      I have tried to book a train ticket through IXIGO website without an account / Login in the same and later it was redirected to IRCTC website for further process of booking.

      Due to personal reasons I would like to cancel the ticket, hence I tried to cancel the ticket in IRCTC but it shows that the booking is not made in IRCTC, hence it cannot be cancelled.

      Again I have tried to cancel the ticket through IXIGO but it shows no booking have been made yet.

      I Need your support in resolving the issue and refund is done to me.

        I booked my ticket for 11/05/2022 but it was canceled because it wasn’t confirmed but now refund is not reflecting on my account It’s showing that it has been transferred from money max to my account but I couldn’t find any refund from your side kindly look into this matter.

          I was booking my train ticket and made payments, my amount was deducted but tickets were not booked or any confirmation from ixigo came. I have made two payments on night 15 May and morning 16 May. I am yet to receive any refund against the payment made. There is no update from the service provider or from bank.

            Iam From Agartala Tripura I have booked A train ticket From Ixigo but due to some landslides The Route from Agartala To Sealdah is blocked So I thought to Go by Airways But When i have seen That from agartala to kolkata per person is ₹5234 I Was Really Shocked That on the Month of January I Have travelled The same flight With ₹1529 Now iam strucked in agartala and I have an important work in kolkata But due to Increase in fare rate I am Strucked in agartala . Now The bus from Agartala to guwahati is also Blocked so iam Totally Confused That how can i come to kolkata .

                Today I booked bus ticket of worth 1070 rs from ixigo app and payment was made sucessfully through my upi payment deducted and bank confirmation of payment received also made

                      Money transferred from ixigo wallet not received in my account

                      I have provided my account statement below. U can see the amount of Rs. 2088 deducted for booking. But still, I was not able to book, after a few tries then I didn't book the ticket .and the debited money is sent to ixigo money wallet automatically. but when I choose to send money to my account. I got a mail telling me the transaction is completed on 1/5/22. But, Still no amount of Rs. 2088 credited for a refund on 1/5/22. Bank told me no...

                            I try to book railway ticket thru ixigo app and their system show error message on transaction mode twice and the amount debited from my account and did not get the ticket, as i inform their customer care many times, they said your fund initiated in your account and its reflected with in 4 days, as of now i did not get that amount until today, i make these transaction on 26 and 27th April 2022 .And I lost 1208 INR & 171 INR on both transactions.

                              I have booked a train ticket on[protected] from howrah to pune via ixigo app. I have made payment through google pay payment got successful but ticket not revived. No were in the app or email it is showing booking unsuccessful no details yet. Just blindly amount gone.

                                  I am booking train ticket from pune to ahmedabad on 28th Apr 2022. Ticket was TQWL so cancled refund amount ra 3390 transfers in my account but within second reversed.                                     I tried booking tickets for Chennai on 24th April I couldn't book it but my money was deducted and not ticket wasn't booked and now that I requested for the refund.
