I made a transaction evening from you app and it was successful. I have not received the ticket and after checking with my bank i got to know that transaction was successful and money got deducted towards merchandise that is ixigo.
I made the transaction through upi. I have also checked with irctc and they have not received any payment and they also told that money is stuck with ixigo
What happened to my money? When can i expect this to resolve?

    I was booking my ticket i sent a upi payment req to my friend, he was about to pay it, I accidentally clicked the back button and paid, now my ticket wasn't booked but my payment is done

      I booked tickets from Jammu Tawi to Kota Junction but had to cancel tickets of two members. It’s showing on the app that the amount has been refunded but it’s not being reflected in my bank account.I’m sharing a screenshot for the proof.

        I made a transaction from ixigo and chose paytm upi payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "somethi." but in ng went wrong " paytm upi statement its showing "transaction with WWW IXIGO COM successful". Debited amount - 209.21, date and time : 11:29PM 24 june 2023, ref no[protected]. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 209.21 asap.

          I have tried to book a ticket today and few days ago but both times tickets got failed to book but money got deducted from the bank. could you please initiate a refund for both transactions at earliest?

          2 transactions need to be refunded.

              I booked a train ticket with PNR No. [protected] for three persons and later I partially cancelled the tickets of two persons and was said to recieve a refund of certain amount which is NOT BEEN REFUNDED TILL NOW!! I made the cancellation at 10:10 A.M . KINDLY PROCESS MY REFUND ASAP AS I NEED IT FOR SOME IMPORTANT REASONS

                Hi Ixigo,

                As I have tried booking ticket from secunderabad to Nellore but it got failed

                At 1st time I tried booking through mobikwik but failed and money got deducted and again 2nd time I tried through phonepay it got failed and money got deducted.

                I received refund for 2nd booking but I didn't received any update or refund for 1st booking.

                Please look into this

                    I had booked a train ticket thru Ixigo, with PNR [protected]. The fare was Rs. 360 + irctc charges etc.

                    On 07.06.2023, I cancelled the ticket which was in waiting list. As per Irctc rules the cancellation charge for a ticket in waiting list is Rs. 20/- only. Where as you have deducted Rs. 60/- and refunded Rs. 300/- only instead of Rs. 340/- (ARN[protected]

                    Please refund the excess cancellation charges recovered from me at the earliest.

                      I booked two tickets to Kochi from Goa and to Bangalore from Goa via IXIGO. We are 9 friends traveling for Holiday. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel both the tickets. I went to Air Asia website and cancelled the ticket with PNR number. They issued a refund of Rs 6430. They had already charged the cancellation and convenience fee. In IXIGO APP, when I tried to cancel the tickets the refund amount has been reduced to Rs 2800. One of their customer service said, I would receive what the airline has refunded which should Rs 6430. But after sometime he changed his stance and said again cancellation and convenience fee would be charged on this Rs 6430, which I feel is totally unacceptable. I would want the company to refund the entire Rs 6430 for the ticket to Kochi and Rs 1794 for the ticket to Bangalore. If the company says that it is company policy then you need to honour your customer services handlers word and refund me the amount.
