    I had booked a train ticket thru Ixigo, with PNR [protected]. The fare was Rs. 360 + irctc charges etc.

    On 07.06.2023, I cancelled the ticket which was in waiting list. As per Irctc rules the cancellation charge for a ticket in waiting list is Rs. 20/- only. Where as you have deducted Rs. 60/- and refunded Rs. 300/- only instead of Rs. 340/- (ARN[protected]

    Please refund the excess cancellation charges recovered from me at the earliest.

      I booked two tickets to Kochi from Goa and to Bangalore from Goa via IXIGO. We are 9 friends traveling for Holiday. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel both the tickets. I went to Air Asia website and cancelled the ticket with PNR number. They issued a refund of Rs 6430. They had already charged the cancellation and convenience fee. In IXIGO APP, when I tried to cancel the tickets the refund amount has been reduced to Rs 2800. One of their customer service said, I would receive what the airline has refunded which should Rs 6430. But after sometime he changed his stance and said again cancellation and convenience fee would be charged on this Rs 6430, which I feel is totally unacceptable. I would want the company to refund the entire Rs 6430 for the ticket to Kochi and Rs 1794 for the ticket to Bangalore. If the company says that it is company policy then you need to honour your customer services handlers word and refund me the amount.

                My money got deducted from upi but ticket was not confirmed. Even the app is not showing any unsuccessful ticket. Return my money

                    I booked a ticket from Raipur to pune for 31st july 2023 and the payment was done successfully but my ticket was not booked. I did the payment from Gpay and here is my Transaction id[protected]

                                Flight ticket has been cancelled by the Thai airasia airline but still i did not get the refund yet.
                                I booked this ticket from ixigo and ask for the refund they are saying connect with airline when i connected with airline they are saying you need to connect with ixigo as you booked ticket from ixigo.
                                From last one month I am trying to reach out to both of them but still I did not get the resolution and still waiting for my refund as when I see the portal of both of them I saw flight has been scheduled.
                                Because of that flight cancellation I have to booked the higher price ticket and so much problem I faced as that is end of the moment.
                                Want to ask my refund and compensation against higher charges and inconvenience.

                                purchased additional buggage from airiasia portal under this PNR#J24P9C and ticket has been booked from ixigo. I received the refund for the ticket and they deduct the airline cancellation charges of rs 236 and flight has been cancelled by airline.
                                And still I did not receive the refund for additional buggage which I purchased directly from airline and while I contacted with ixigo they are saying you purchase from the airline you need to contact to airline and I contacted with airline they are saying this pnr belong to third party so you need to contact ixigo.

                                Please help on this and provide my refund and with airline deductions which they deduct in ticket.

                                    - the flight has been cancelled by air lines (go first). Immediately asked for refund and it was committed to refund for the same. But till date, i didn't get any refund.
