I just spoke to customer care executive of ixigo and got a confirmation that remaining refund amount which needs be given is pending from refund team. Please expedite this request and do the needful. Also, she told that this case will be notified to refund team as well.

Hello Team,
I have paid around 18092 rupees for the trip to Delhi (scheduled for Dec 20)through Ixigo app last Wednesday.Due to inevitable situation and medical emergency, I have cancelled the tickets next morning i.e Nov 28, 2019. As per cancellation policy, i am supposed to get full amount. But the ticket mode I have booked is partially refundable which I am totally ok with the process. My concern here is I got only 3701 rupees as my refund amount which is totally unfair. The refund summary evaluation looks like Rs 7578.
