I had booked a train ticket through this app wherein the amount had got deducted through upi i. E google pay but the app showed some error and prompted me to make the payment again...
The ticket did not get booked but the amount of 667 was deducted and not yet refunded...
The ticket was from cstm to brahampur orissa
Kindly provide a refund of the total amount on the same.

    Sir, my pnr no is [protected],, i booked my ticket from indore to pune on 9 november and cancelled on 10 november through ixigo
    As per your information, you told me that refund money₹2690has been refunded and rrn no is rsbi [protected] and advise to contact bank.
    I have contacted bank several times and finally they told me that money is not credited in my account and for that contact your merchant.
    All the time you say to contact bank and bank and their higher official say after details investigation to contact merchant... So what to do???.
    Anyway please make arrangements to credited my refund money in my account immediately

      I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose google pay for payment but the ticket was not booked and in ixigo, there is no information about booking but in googlepay statement its showing "payment received by ixigo". Debited amount - 1539.66, date and time:14 dec 2019, 01:21pm and upi transaction id[protected] and google transaction id cicagkcoip2udw. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 1539.66 asap.

        I booked at flight today at 3.20 in the noon. The flight details are as follows:-flight: 6e801
        Scheduled travel date :12th jan from bombay to raipur.
        Amount of rupees 3799 has been deducted from my sbi account, but flight confirmation has not been provided.
        Also in my ixigo app my future trip tab is showing a blank page. This scheduled trip is not listed in it.
        Please do the needful at the earliest possible.

          I booked Flight ticket of 2 persons my account has been debited. I did not get the ticket and also I lossed my money so do the need ful as soon as possible. What service are u providing its so poor and customers have to react like this.i have no money in my hand to book the next flight what I do so pls re credit the amount as soon as possible

            Dear sir,

            Today i tried to book return flight from bombay to delhi for dates 15th dec and 22nd dec from ixigo website.
            I had made the payment of 8163 rs using upi and amount was deducted from my account.
            However there was no update regarding the booking on the website and i did not received any confirmation message or email.
            So i am not sure whether the booking is done or not.
            If not please let me know the process to get the debited amount back.

              Dear sir,
              Before 2-3 days i booked a flight to imfal to delhi. But my surname is wrong so i talk to indigo customer care so they are telling that you have booked a another flight within one hour and provide us pnr. Then you get full refund of flight ticket.
              Yesterday i talk to ixigo customer care so they said first you cancelled your ticket by your ixigo application and give reason that flight cancelled by airline. And you get full refund in two parts first 4568/- then 1500/- but after waiting two and three days till now i don’t get any refund.

                I tried to book a ticket from patna junction to tatanagar junction today at 10:30 am from ixigo app.in payment section i chose to pay from google pay upi, the transaction was successful and money got deducted but the ticket was not booked and nothing showed in the app. Please look into the issue or help refund my money as quick as possible.                 Sir, after the money transaction there was nothing showing in your app, no messages or no mail was received and no booking id or trip ID is also present in the app I have in the app and in the transaction section no notification nothing is there, I am sending all the rest of informations which you have asked for and also some useful information about the money transaction. Please refund my money I thought that some offer you will give to the new user but you gave nothing and instead you looted the money. I have seen many complaints about the same money transaction and booking issue in this consumercomplaints forum. If there is problem with your app why aren't you solving it why aren't you first removing your app bugs and errors. Sir I am a common person living outside from home and i have no more money to book the ticket again and if you now don't refund my money I will certainly go to higher authority to complain about you. Otherwise refund my money.

                  I have paid around 18092 rupees for the trip to Delhi (scheduled for Dec 20)through Ixigo app last Wednesday.Due to inevitable situation and medical emergency, I have cancelled the tickets next morning i.e Nov 28, 2019. As per cancellation policy, i am supposed to get full amount. But the ticket mode I have booked is partially refundable which I am totally ok with the process. My concern here is I got only 3701 rupees as my refund amount which is totally unfair. The refund summary evaluation looks like Rs 7578.

                        I had cancelled vistara airlines pnr no. Te69wq on 1st december, 2019 through ixigo mobile app. While cancelling my ticket, the mobile screen was shown as the cancellation charges for rs.3000/- + 273/- i had agreed to proceed the cancellation of the above ticket. After the cancellation i got a message in my mobil no.[protected] the refunded amount would be rs.751/-. And i got the amount in my account of rs.751/ today.

                        Since, i wants to get back the amount of rs.2320/-. From ixigo. Pls do arrange to return my balance amount of rs.1569 at your earliest.

                          I booked flight ticket on 9 sep from nagpur to mumbai of air india. But flight is delayed by 2 hrs so i got call from air india that you have option to cancel ticket without any charges 100% refundable and said we will refund your money to ixigo portal they will pay you, so i option to cancel the ticket. But then ixigo give me partially refund ie only rs 220 out of total rs3515. I already mail the documents from air india office which shows that i have charged zero rupees. Worst customer service i want to file case on company for this fraud.

                            I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose ola wallet for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "parameter missing.." but i received the message, its showing payment of rs. 598.31 using olamoney postpaid for your transaction eirc-cd85-0knz on ixigo is successful.                               Sir/madam,
                              I had booked flight ticket on 5th october and due to inconvenience i had cancelled my flight ticket with pnr no. H72rqv on 15th october i haven't received 2656 inr as refund till to date. I also tried on customer care numbers to talk to the customer care executive and get problem resolved but i couldn't get the line. It was either busy or unattended. I kindly request you to look into the matter and help the needful.

                                  Was trying to book flight money is deducted from my account, while I used bhimupi app, but ixigo declined my booking can I get money back soon, confirm me if I am getting my money back, make sure I get .. I need to use it for my further booking, I chose ixigo as a trusted app I dint know it can be thins, disappointed.

                                    I have mistakenly entered incorrect irctc user id and the amount rs. 2640.40 got deducted from my upi id.

                                    The booking is still showing pending and transaction time for irctc password too got expired.

                                    Wanted to check refund status on same.

                                      I would booked a train ticket on 10.11.2019. There was a problem with my booking. Money will deducted, but there is not refund after 11 days. I get the message from ixigo on 11.11.2019. Its is, shaik md, sorry! Booking for your tirunelveli (Ten) - ksr bengaluru (Sbc) train with booking id: ixitr[protected] could not be confirmed due to payment failure. If money has been deducted from your account, your money will automatically be refunded to your account within 7 days. But there is not refunded. Please do needful
