Hi sir

I am an Ixigo user. I have a complaint that I didn't have received my refund for my cancelled ticket on 19 Dec 2019.
I already spoke to irctc help desk but they asked for a transaction I'd and pnr number too. But I didn't have any of these.
So I request you to process my refund as soon as possible.
My failed Ixigo booking/trip I'd is: IXITR[protected].

My name is gourav goyal having no [protected]...I had booked go air flight g8 145 of dated 4 january 2018, time-consuming 9:00 a.m ...I was booking from ixigo flight app and payment from phone pay via bhim upi ...4241 rs got deducted but no confirmation message received
Sir I have booked a flight ticket from Delhi to Pune of RS 3795 through upi and after deducting the money, ticket not booked and there is nothing showing in the trips. Please help me it's urgent because I have to book my ticket today only ... please help me...please

      Ixigo — payment was successful but train ticket not booked

      I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose google pay for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "parameter missing.." but in my bank statement its showing "transaction with pay global successful". Debited amount - 4095.40 date and time :26 dec 2019 08:20 pm and transaction id ixitr[protected] but in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 4095.40 asap.

      I tried to book my ticket for three person on 21 dec 2019 and while making payment the gateway time got over but the money got debited .and no failed transaction is being shown on my account! Please reach me back with a refund number or update me with the information!

        I have booked tickets of inr 1420.4 through ixigo app for train - irctc. The amount has been deducted through paytm upi payment for which i have the transaction id and all details of the payment but there is no information on th ixigo app neither my tickets are booked. I called paytm but they said the transaction has been successful from our side so where is my money as there is no information on ixigo app regarding thr same neither i have tickets booked. There is no number available to contact ixigo. Please stop cheating customers and taking their hard earn money i need an immediate resolution on this..

        There is no solution on my complaint to ixigo how can it be resolved irctc have no records of the ticket and SBI bank says the payment was successful that means the money is with ixigo

            I booked a flight from delhi to pune for the date 29th december 2019 18:15 flight from ixigo.
            Rs 7156 got debited from my account but the ticket didnt get booked and i didnt get any sort of confirmation.
            Payment done for go air flight no. G8 171 at 2:28 am via google pay.

              THIS IS MY SECOND MAIL...

              I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose DEBIT CARD for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like " no past bookings " but in my account statement its showing "transaction with successful". Debited amount - 3285/-, date and time : 20 December 2019, 15:11 pm and But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction and PNR also not generated. So please refund the full amount of rs 3285/- asap.

                          I made a transaction from ixigo through phone pe. I logged in using irctc id. All the details were filled appropriately and the payment gate was also opened as usual. Amount got debited but i couldn’t find any ticket or other details. I didn’t get ticket in my mail either.                                 As per your information, you told me that refund money₹2690has been refunded and rrn no is rsbi [protected] and advise to contact bank.
                                I have contacted bank several times and finally they told me that money is not credited in my account and for that contact your merchant.
                                All the time you say to contact bank and bank and their higher official say after details investigation to contact merchant... So what to do???.
                                Anyway please make arrangements to credited my refund money in my account immediately

                                  I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose google pay for payment but the ticket was not booked and in ixigo, there is no information about booking but in googlepay statement its showing "payment received by ixigo". Debited amount - 1539.66, date and time:14 dec 2019, 01:21pm and upi transaction id[protected] and google transaction id cicagkcoip2udw. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 1539.66 asap.

                                    I booked at flight today at 3.20 in the noon. The flight details are as follows:-flight: 6e801
                                    Scheduled travel date :12th jan from bombay to raipur.
                                    Amount of rupees 3799 has been deducted from my sbi account, but flight confirmation has not been provided.
                                    Also in my ixigo app my future trip tab is showing a blank page. This scheduled trip is not listed in it.
                                    Please do the needful at the earliest possible.

                                      I booked Flight ticket of 2 persons my account has been debited. I did not get the ticket and also I lossed my money so do the need ful as soon as possible.                                         Dear sir,

                                        Today i tried to book return flight from bombay to delhi for dates 15th dec and 22nd dec from ixigo website.
                                        I had made the payment of 8163 rs using upi and amount was deducted from my account.
                                        However there was no update regarding the booking on the website and i did not received any confirmation message or email.
                                        So i am not sure whether the booking is done or not.
                                        If not please let me know the process to get the debited amount back.
