Dear IXIGO,
THIS IS MY SECOND MAIL...
I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose DEBIT CARD for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like " no past bookings " but in my account statement its showing "transaction with successful". Debited amount - 3285/-, date and time : 20 December 2019, 15:11 pm and But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction and PNR also not generated. So please refund the full amount of rs 3285/- asap.
you guys provided a mail ID for reply but when i sent the mail for the same, i got this

I just booked Mumbai banglore flight return but while payment via google pay was done but the purchase didn't complete...
