I am an ixigo user and my user id is mandeep rai. I did four transactions on Dec 21st, 2019 for booking train tickets using ixigo app. All transactions got cancelled and money has not been refunded to my bank account yet. I have checked with my bank and irctc customer care and I found that refund has not initiated from ixigo. Strange thing is ixigo doesn’t have any custome care number so I am not sure where should I go or to whom should I request for my refund? Kindly look at the issue as earliest as possible.

    Harnoor Singh Das- I booked my flight ticket and was on payment gateway by using UPI.The transaction UPI Id is UPI-Le Travenues Technol-ixigo.[protected]@hdfcbank-HDFC[protected]-Collect.The payment process was loading and it kept loading for more than 10 minutes.The payment was transacted from my account and there was nothing
    No booking. No information of the flight. Please Help me. Give my refund Back.

    I still even got a single e-mail suggesting if the process is even started. Rs. 5973/- has been debited from my account to no avail. I'll appreciate a refund from Ixigo.

    I STILL! haven't gotten my refund.
    They say they've done this and that. But the final point is- the money is not yet refunded. And its been TWO WEEKS.
    If this isn't the total peek of harassment i've ever faced i don't know what is.
    Not smooth. Not a good experience. The worst kind of customer service i've seen till date. It's my money and I want it back! What's the big idea?
    There's a limit to everyone's patience. And at this rate i'm even thinking of having to visit their main office at Gurgaon.
    Never have I ever faced such hassle and drama with a simple refund of my money...

      I booked a flight ticket today and the payment got deducted from my account but i haven't received any ticket.

      Please look into this soon. I have attached the payment details that was done via google pay. You don't have a proper help section for this kind of problem which, apparently, a lot o[censored]s face on your product. I hope this resolves soon.

        As i was booking air ticket from bangalore to Delhi . booked for 29th dec at last when i made payment though UPI the amount deducted from my account but my ticket is not booked kindly help asap!!

          I am an Ixigo user. I have a complaint that I didn't have received my refund for my cancelled ticket on 19 Dec 2019.
          I already spoke to irctc help desk but they asked for a transaction I'd and pnr number too. But I didn't have any of these.
          So I request you to process my refund as soon as possible.

              Ixigo — payment was successful but train ticket not booked

              I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose google pay for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "parameter missing.." but in my bank statement its showing "transaction with pay global successful". Debited amount - 4095.40 date and time :26 dec 2019 08:20 pm and transaction id ixitr[protected] but in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 4095.40 asap.

                I have booked tickets of inr 1420.4 through ixigo app for train - irctc. The amount has been deducted through paytm upi payment for which i have the transaction id and all details of the payment but there is no information on th ixigo app neither my tickets are booked. I called paytm but they said the transaction has been successful from our side so where is my money as there is no information on ixigo app regarding thr same neither i have tickets booked. There is no number available to contact ixigo. Please stop cheating customers and taking their hard earn money i need an immediate resolution on this..

                There is no solution on my complaint to ixigo how can it be resolved irctc have no records of the ticket and SBI bank says the payment was successful that means the money is with ixigo

                    I booked a flight from delhi to pune for the date 29th december 2019 18:15 flight from ixigo.
                    Rs 7156 got debited from my account but the ticket didnt get booked and i didnt get any sort of confirmation.

                      I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose DEBIT CARD for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like " no past bookings " but in my account statement its showing "transaction with successful". Debited amount - 3285/-, date and time : 20 December 2019, 15:11 pm and But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction and PNR also not generated. So please refund the full amount of rs 3285/- asap.

                                I am piyush and i filed tdr against my pnr no.[protected] to irctc. After sometime they gave me a transaction i'd of payment but i didn't get my refund amount into my account. I mailed to irctc but they told me to contact to ixigo.
                                So i requested you to study my case and get back to me with positive response.

                                I booked my tickets from your app .but my tickets not confirmed but money got deducted.from Bagdogra to Bengaluru.several times i called to resolve my problems but couldn't get a solution.

                                  I made a transaction from ixigo through phone pe. I logged in using irctc id. All the details were filled appropriately and the payment gate was also opened as usual. Amount got debited but i couldn’t find any ticket or other details. I didn’t get ticket in my mail either. As my money is debited and ticket is not booked, please refund my money of 1097.35 rupees as soon as possible. This is my transaction id: c1912162003012040800675

                                    Hi,

                                    I tried booking ticket from Tirupathi to Dharmavaram on 9th of dec 2019. When I was paying through UPI money got debited from my account and successfully credited to your account but ticket didn’t get book. The transaction itself is not showing in Ixigo transactions history. Kindly initiate the refund.

                                    My ticket itself was not booked. I didn't even get PNR details of my ticket. The transaction itself is not reflecting in Ixigo app. Money got debited from my account and it got successfully credited to your account.

                                      I had booked a train ticket through this app wherein the amount had got deducted through upi i. E google pay but the app showed some error and prompted me to make the payment again...
                                      The ticket did not get booked but the amount of 667 was deducted and not yet refunded...
                                      The ticket was from cstm to brahampur orissa
                                      Kindly provide a refund of the total amount on the same.

                                        Sir, my pnr no is [protected],, i booked my ticket from indore to pune on 9 november and cancelled on 10 november through ixigo
                                        As per your information, you told me that refund money₹2690has been refunded and rrn no is rsbi [protected] and advise to contact bank.
                                        I have contacted bank several times and finally they told me that money is not credited in my account and for that contact your merchant.
                                        All the time you say to contact bank and bank and their higher official say after details investigation to contact merchant... So what to do???.
                                        Anyway please make arrangements to credited my refund money in my account immediately
