I tried to book a plain ticket from your app but i didn't got any confirmation message or any pnr number, even after deduction of money from my bank account. After succe ssfully paying money through, google pay to ixigo. [protected]@hdfcbank, i got website error page. But i didn't got any ticket but still my money got deducted. So kindly refund my money back.

    1. Today i had tried to book my flight ticket from del to sxr on 12 jan 20 indigo flight by ixigo flight app.

    2. Payment deducted from my bhim app payment gateway of 5263 rs. But ticket has not booked. Screenshot of payment has attached.

    3. My ixigo id is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Please look into the matter and refund my money.

      I recently had tried to book train ticket from Nim ka Thana To Chandigarh through ixigo train app and gone for upi Bheem payment. After my account got debited with an amount of Rs. 1585 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.
      These don’t have a customer care service also. Please help me ..

As per rules i have not received tickets via WhatsApp or via Gmail. I kindly request you to refund the money.             This happened today on 8th jan when I was booking flight from bhopal to mumbai
            Air india 8:10 am 14th January for 2 passengers
            I used Google pay as my payment method, Firstly it sent me a notification but when I opened it it wasn't updating properly so i went back to Ixigo app and press back and then I opted for GPay again and It sent me a Request this time then When i paid the money I think I used the older Request and my booking was timed out and booking was not successful .Please Refund my money as it is a big amount .I am attaching Screenshots

              I made a transaction from ixigo and chose upi id from phonepe wallet for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "parameter missing.." but in phonepe wallet statement its showing "transaction requested by le travenues technology private ltd successful". Debited amount - 378, date and time :08 january 2020, 02:48 pm and transaction id p2001081440377675637138. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. So please refund the full amount of rs 378 asap.

                I was tried to book ticket date of 4 january 2020 online but not success but money Rs.396 was deducted from my account.massage came from ixigo after some time as "Sorry! Refund of Rs. 396 for Bhopal Jn - Akola Jn is pending with the bank. We will update you with the refund status within a few hours."
                But till today date of 7 january 2020 i didnt get refund.
                Please concider my complaint and refund money for next time i can believe to book ticket on ixigo.

                Today 9 January at 9.19 pm when I was booking flight from guwahti to chennai spice jet SG346 11.35 am 14 January for 2 passengers I used Gogol pay as my payment method. But my account has been deducted 14160 Rs but my ticket was not booked. Please refund my money. I am attaching screenshot

                  What type of manner i don't understand, balance deduct but tkt. Not confirm, on your app have a instant refund option that also not work till now, i also mentioned my upi id, kindly send back my money now or book my tickets now because now i am stuck in chenai i have no another option, i lost my time and money, worst experience with you, i will got harrass to deal with you.

                  Waiting list and ticket was cancelled due non availability of seats, no refund yet.

                    I booked a tatkal ticket for 6/jan/2020 from pune to bangalore on 5/jan/2020 for rs. 5846.87. On the same day i cancelled it. Before cancelling it, i checked the cancellation charges which showed around rs 130 and refund of rs. 5717. The only reason i went ahead with the cancellation is because of the above mentioned charges and refund.
                    However when i cancelled the ticket, i only got a refund of rs. 1005 and the cancellation charges showed rs. 4765.
                    I want to know why there is such a big difference in the calculated amount and the actual amount and if there is any way i can get the promised money back.

                      I am an ixigo user and my user id is mandeep rai. I did four transactions on dec 21st, 2019 for booking train tickets using ixigo app. All transactions got cancelled and money has not been refunded to my bank account yet. I have checked with my bank and irctc customer care and i found that refund has not initiated from ixigo. These are the transaction numbers for the tracking[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].
                      Kindly look at the issue as earliest as possible as the refund amount is more than 10 thousand.

                          I wish to complain about pathetic service provided by ixigo inspite of charging high commission for booking airlines ticket.

                          I booked a ticket from kolkata to dhaka for my guests via ixigo mobile app. The booking id no. Is if[protected], pnr no. Is x4n5c. I made payment through net banking vide reference no. [protected] dated 01.01.2020.

                          I had to reschedule my ticket for which i called up ixigo customer care only to be informed that i should speak to airlines directly in order to know the rescheduling charges. I had to spend more than 30 minutes and more than rs.100 on phone call to air india to know the rescheduling charges. I was expecting to get this information from ixigo as i had paid rs. 2000 as commission to ixigo.

                          In relation to rescheduling matter air india suggested me to get it done through ixigo since the payment has been collected by them.

                          After that i called up ixigo 4 times between 1.1.2020 to 02.02.2020 but they had no idea about the actual rescheduling charges and every time they made false promise to call back to inform me which they never did.

                          I wanted to cancel the ticket and get refund but i came to know that ixigo would charge me again rs. 1947 for cancellation over and above cancellation charges levied by air india.

                          At last i had to visit air india office personally leaving my important work and plead them to reschedule my ticket as ixigo is wasting time and on the other hand flight fare was increasing by the minute. Air india staff was kind enough to understand my predicament and rescheduled my ticket after receiving rs. 19092 as rescheduling charges and fare difference.

                          Ixigo has let me down and caused me inconvenience by not providing service on time.
                          I would like ixigo to refund rs. 1947 which they charged me as convenience fee immediately.

                              Failed booking of a 2AC ticket twice using app on 2 Jan 2020 and money got deducted both times. It doesn’t reflect anywhere in app. I’ve shared the screenshot for reference. Has my refund been initiated and by when will I get it ?

                              On call voicemail says in such cases the amount gets refunded in 4-5 days. But at least it should reflect in the app. Moreover I ain’t speak to customer service which is appalling.

                                I made a transaction on ixigo for a train from PNBE to NDLS of 17jan2020 on date 2jan.
                                I did a transaction of ₹1385.40.this amount is debited from bank but ixigo flashed a message saying..that ur amount is not recived.my booking id is IXITR[protected].plzz help me get my money refund as its a lot of money for me.i also did contact to customer care..but they say visit to your nearest bank for such issue.

                                    Harnoor Singh Das- I booked my flight ticket and was on payment gateway by using UPI.The transaction UPI Id is UPI-Le Travenues Technol-ixigo.[protected]@hdfcbank-HDFC[protected]-Collect.The payment process was loading and it kept loading for more than 10 minutes.The payment was transacted from my account and there was nothing
                                    No booking. No information of the flight. Please Help me. Give my refund Back.

                                    I still even got a single e-mail suggesting if the process is even started. Rs. 5973/- has been debited from my account to no avail. I'll appreciate a refund from Ixigo.

                                    I STILL! haven't gotten my refund.
                                    They say they've done this and that. But the final point is- the money is not yet refunded. And its been TWO WEEKS.
                                    If this isn't the total peek of harassment i've ever faced i don't know what is.
                                    Not smooth. Not a good experience. The worst kind of customer service i've seen till date. It's my money and I want it back! What's the big idea?
                                    There's a limit to everyone's patience. And at this rate i'm even thinking of having to visit their main office at Gurgaon.
                                    Never have I ever faced such hassle and drama with a simple refund of my money...

                                      I booked a flight ticket today and the payment got deducted from my account but i haven't received any ticket.

                                      Please look into this soon. I have attached the payment details that was done via google pay. You don't have a proper help section for this kind of problem which, apparently, a lot o[censored]s face on your product. I hope this resolves soon.

                                      My train ticket booking is done through upi but my ticket booking failed..I didn't received the refund yet..I tried twice. ..and each time a amount of 342 is debited from my account...even after 1 day I didn't get any refund or message regarding the same

                                        As i was booking air ticket from bangalore to Delhi . booked for 29th dec at last when i made payment though UPI the amount deducted from my account but my ticket is not booked kindly help asap!!
                                        Also find the attached screenshot.
                                        Transaction date 25th Dec 2019.
                                        Amount 6552 Rs.
                                        Amount debetid but ticket not confirmed and even till today I didn't received any refund, I need refund.
                                        These ixigo cheaters don't have customer care to bro need to loged a complaint against them till now my money hasn't been refunded what about you?
