Hello. I booked 2 tickets today through upi payment. It was booked by the ixigo trains app. After the money was deducted the app went back to the home page without asking for login password or anything. I haven’t got any message or mail saying that the money will be refunded. I haven’t even got a transaction i’d or anything. It’s not showing in the failed tickets list. Please reply asap and let me know when the money will be returned.

    I was doing the booking of 4 tickets from udhna to chhapra yesterday and it did took me to the payment method where i chooses upi and the payment was done but i wasn’t redirected to the irctc site and i cannot see no where my booking is done.

    Amount is 3219.66 and the transaction id is[s87677067], time - 5:22pm, date - 21st october 2019.

    Kindly do the refund to my upi id - [protected]@ybl was soon as possible as i need to book the tickets again...

      I have made the transaction to book ticket from ixigo app from mumbai to kota Rajdhani 12951 for 18 Nov 2019.
      I made the payment through upi (Google pay). Amount deducted from my account.
      I made the payment through google pay to [protected]@axisbank.
      The transaction made on 18th October 2019.
      Bank said amount successfully transferred to merchant. Amount not returned as of now.
      Please look into the matter. As it is long due.

        Booking made via Credit card .

          I was doing the booking of 4 tickets from panvel to kollam (Kerala) today and it did took me to the payment method where i chooses upi and the payment was done but i wasn’t redirected to the irctc site and i cannot see no where my booking is done.

            Hi ixigo,
            On 19th october, i have made a transaction of rs. 3786.38 through upi for a train ticket and it was successful but ticket was not booked.
            I have checked with the bank and they confirmed money debited to ixigo.
            Irctc also confirmed they did not receive any payment.
            I am providing thr transaction detailed in attachment.
            Please refund the money.

              I made a transaction this morning from you app and it was successful. I have not received the ticket and after checking with my bank i got to know that transaction was successful and money got deducted towards merchandise that is ixigo.
              I made the transaction through upi. I have also checked with irctc and they have not received any payment and they also told that money is stuck with ixigo
              What happened to my money? When can i expect this to resolve?

                I tried booking tickets from ixigo app on 19/10/19 from agartala to baghdogra but my tickets wrnt booked and my money was deducted from the account .I haven’t received any message so far from the team.And my transaction was done through UPI and am attaching the details here.kindly refund my money . kindly look into this and make the refund as soon as possible .And when a transaction fails kindly mention it in your app or else it’s difficult for us to run around and ask for the details

                  On october 16, 2019 a sum of rs.4202.85 was remitted by me through bhim upi for booking train ticket in ixigo app. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 4202.85 asap. The details are

                          I booked a train ticket on 03 oct with Ixigo trains app of 1850 Rs. Neither I got the ticket nor the refund even though It has already been 13 days. I paid with google pay I talked to Google pay Customer Care they told me that the money is with Ixigo trains app. Please escalate the payment to me.

                            I went on ixigo to book my train ticket from panipat to delhi. I selected the cc coach and moved towards payment. Then after i paid from upi, it showed section timed out and now the money is gone, also i don't have ticket and have to pay extra for another ticket. Also, i can't see it in my bookings as failed or something, it just doesn't exist i want my ₹ 315 back.

                              Made a train booking on Ixigo and the whole process proceeded smoothly till payment was processed but the site failed to issue the ticket.

                              Repeated the same and once again the same issue.

                              In essence did the whole process 2 times and paid twice without delivery of promised service!

                              Next tried to contact the “customer support” which does not exist.

                              The company relied heavily on “AI” hence the human touch is lost and the redressal process only extended.

                              Sent mails and REMINDERS to the suggested email : [protected]@ixigo.com Once again no response.

                              Attached screen shot of the payment confirmation.

                              Pls provide the refund ASAP and address your site issues if you want to be competent in this competitive market.

                                payment refund for failed booking

                                Dear team,

                                I was booking a train ticket through ixigo application on 12th october at 08:25 am and during payment via upi mode (Paytm) my payment was successful of amount 2645.40 inr to upi - [protected]@axisbank as per upi reference id[protected] but ticket was not booked neither there was any confirmation of booking failed in the trip history.

                                Kindly, resolve the issue and revert my paid amount during that train...

                                I was booking ticket from ixigo for railways from bandra terminus to bhuj for november 17 /2019 and when the page of payment arrived i clicked on upi payment option i payed 1250.89 rs my upi transaction id is :[protected] as per my money was deducted frol my account and i when i got back to ixigo app the booking was gone and i didn’t even recieved and refund money message as well please look into this and pay my money back as fast as possible

                                    I have book a flight ticket fore new delhi tu to bhubaneswar and my amount is deducted but ticket booking not confirmed my my email id [protected]@ gmail.com and mobile number is[protected]. Ticket booking in the name of dolly dolly. Flight vistara date 5 january 2020 time 1740 from delhi.
