I have book a bus ticket from ixigo app using my phone. The payment for the tickets has been confirmed by the google pay but there is no ticket or booking showing on ixigo app.

I booked ticket on 6 march 2020.

I want refund money that has been deducted from my bank account using google pay as you also see in the screenshot i have provided.

Ixigo prompted to upi app for approval, i switched to upi app and approved the transaction, then i opened the ixigo app, but it appeared as if i am entered this app newly. No train tickets are booked, no confirmation of payment, nothing has been done.Amount deducted is rs.458 .68/- on03.03.2020. Please refund the money asap

Still no response from ixigo team after 24hrs please look into the issue and initiate my refund amount.
I paid ixigo Rs 698.19 on 11th Feb through Googlepay but no ticket was booked . It didn't even ask my IRCTC password and before tht it went back to home page.
My IRCTC id is richujs123 and the ticket I was booking was from ERS to PUNE. Please do something about the refund it's been 2weeks

    On 6 march 2020 i was making my booking through ixigo for ahmedabad to ratlam in train no. 19309, i paid the money but ticket was not booked. I want refund, not in ixigo wallet but to my bank account otherwise i am going to court for this company because in future i never want to book my ticket online through any mode or any app. Indian railway booking online is the worst thing in the world. This ixigo do not have any customer care no.

        Respected sir/madam,
        On the date 12 january 2020 i booked the train ticket via ixigo app. To book this ticket i made payment via phonepe.
        On 21 january 2020 i cancelled the ticket and ixigo customer care sent me message that they initiated the refund and refund will be credited to my account in 7 working days. But still the amount has not been credited into my account.
        Now when i am contacting them from last 40 days they are telling me that, your refund initiated and they have nothing to do with this. At the same time bank authority saying that they did not received any refund money.

                I booked a flight from da nang to mumbai for march 23, 2020. Booking id : ff[protected] through flipkart. Ixigo is the travel partner of Flipkart.

                Malindo rescheduled the flight so I opted for refund.

                As ixigo is the booking agency they have to raise RA to process the refund but they are not doing so and harrasing the customer.

                I have been mailing Sumeet from Ixigo. Marking him in all emails but no revert.

                They have been so inappropriate in handing the issue. There was no fault on my part as the airline rescheduled and was paying the refund.

                But both Flipkart and Ixigo are not handing this on priority to refund the amount.

                  Transaction done for irctc ticket on 1st march 2020. But ticket is neither booked nor money refunded. Not any transaction history shown on ixigo app. So please do the needful and refund my money. Transaction history on amazon pay is attached with this mail. But on the ixigo app nothing is showing. It even didn't asked for irctc password. So please do the needful.

                    I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose paytm for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it was not reflected or shown any details but in paytm statement its showing "transaction with le travenues technology was successful". Debited amount - 237.32, date and time :1 March 2020, 07:56 pm and transaction ref no:[protected], but in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 237.32 asap.

                        1. My ixigo booking reference number is if[protected] and my pnr number is dpj4gr.. Indigo flight number 6e 2148 from del to sxr on 12 jan 20..

                        2. Due to bad weather conditions flight cancelled by concerned agency.. But the refund generated by indigo through ixigo still pending.. Payment still pending at ixigo flight payment.

                            Issue : as discussed their are two pandharpurs in maharashtra, the one which i need was pandharpur near solapur not the pandharpur near aurangabad. I was on my station unfortunately bus service person said you booked it for pandharpur near aurangabad which is wrong.

                                Hi,

                                This is regarding the issue where i tried to book a flight ticket from ahmedabad to chennai for 27th february (Departure from ahmedabad on 27th and arrival in chennai early hours of 28th), the payment has gone through but i haven't received my ticket.

                                Ixigo said they will refund the amount within 7 days but it's been more than 12 days and i haven't received it. It is very frustrating that i have to keep following up so much! Pls have a look at this.

                                  Amount paid via phone pe application :2, 279rs
                                  Transaction id :axissdkv39077cd1d5173445a8bab4ef240

                                  From application it is showing one comapany name for this transaction: le travenues technology private ltd
                                  Email id given: [protected]@axisbank
                                  Debited from hdfc account ended with 6800 with utr:[protected]

                                  Screen shot attached below for the same.

                                  Case:
                                  I booked one ticket from ixigo on 3rd feb, and called ixigo support to cancel my ticket on 4th feb morning. They said they cancelled my ticket and as requested i ll get full refund as i am cancelling my ticket within 24 hours of time.
                                  After few days i called them again about my refund they said they have processed and i ll get soon.
                                  And today when i called them for refund again, they said they have refunded the amount to some company and you need to ask the company.
                                  When i asked the company name and number they said its confidential. If confidential to give any information then they have to tell me when i am going to get my amount. They are denying to give any information about anything.
                                  I feel like cheated. I just want my refund back. If ixigo is not able to sync with the comapanies involved for transaction then there is no point of getting a ticket from their portal.
                                  Why would someone come to you and get cheated.

                                  Its ixigo's problem. Whey would i suffer.
                                  I need refund of this flight.
                                  I need refund of all mental agony i am facing via you guys.

                                  Just refund my amount.

                                    I had booked a to and fro trip ticket from Trivandrum to Mumbai on 3rd of feb 2020 for the dates 7th and 13th feb respectively . The payment failed but the balance was deducted from my account. When I enquired, they said the payment is received but booking failed and asked me to wait 7 days for automatic refund . It's been 10 days, till date I received no refund. I enquired about 5 times, all they gave was some vague reply. My booking ID is IF[protected]

                                    Till now I didnt receive money in my account ! I will have to go with further legal proceedings for this fraudulence !! Its been 13 days and what kind of irresponsible company is it!

                                      I recently had tried to book train ticket from vaishno devi katra to new delhi through ixigo train app and gone for upi paytm payment. After my account got debited with an amount of rs.6925.40 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.
                                      These don’t have a customer care service also. Please help me..

                                      I have booked 2 tickets from ixigo for 17 feb 2020. An amount of 3185 is being deducted from my account and I have also recieved a deductant message from the bank at the same time . But the tickets are not booked yet not in the app or from anywhere . I need an full refund or a compensate ticket against it
