I booked a train ticket in kota patna express, i completed the transaction procedure, but didn't complete the booking due to your timeout facility.
So i again booked a ticket in the train, this time it was confirmed. Its been 6 days since that transaction of incomplete booking, my bank history shows, you took the money, but there is no transaction history.
The amount deducted was 593.1 6
When will i get my refund back.
