I recently had tried to book train ticket from vaishno devi katra to new delhi through ixigo train app and gone for upi paytm payment. After my account got debited with an amount of rs.6925.40 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.
These don’t have a customer care service also. Please help me..

I have booked 2 tickets from ixigo for 17 feb 2020. An amount of 3185 is being deducted from my account and I have also recieved a deductant message from the bank at the same time . But the tickets are not booked yet not in the app or from anywhere . I need an full refund or a compensate ticket against it

    I booked a train ticket in kota patna express, i completed the transaction procedure, but didn't complete the booking due to your timeout facility.
    So i again booked a ticket in the train, this time it was confirmed. Its been 6 days since that transaction of incomplete booking, my bank history shows, you took the money, but there is no transaction history.
    The amount deducted was 593.1 6
    When will i get my refund back.

      I tried to book a ticket in ixigo for a flight from hyderabad to kannur (11/02/2020). I made the payment in googlepay and it is successful. When i called the customer service, they told me to make a new booking and is not concerned about my money loss. I still didn't get my e-ticket and the flight is tomorrow morning. Please help if you are concerned...

      Maine train ki ticket book Kiya tha 29 Jan ko money deduct ho Gaya ...but ticket pending dikha diya...baad main cancel ho gaya...but ab tak mere account main ruppes Nahi aaya... .. ..., , ... ... ... ...
      I tried to book my ticket from ixigo app but my amount was deducted and the ticket was not booked. I want my amount to be refunded ASAP.

        I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose paytm upi for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "parameter missing.." but in paytm statement its showing "transaction with pay successful". Debited amount - 6925.49, date and time :08 feb 2020, 02:42 pm but in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. So please refund the full amount of rs 6925.40 asap.

          Ixigo prompted to upi app for approval, i switched to upi app and approved the transaction for the payment, then i opened the ixigo app, but it appeared as if i am entered this app newly. No train tickets are booked, no confirmation of payment, nothing has been done. My amount deducted of Rs 673. 19/- on 7 Feb 2020. Please refund the money ASAP.

            Yesterday i had booked a ticket from agartala to kolkata through ixigo app and my money had also been deducted. But still i have not got the e-ticket or got my money back. I have contacted customer care number but it says the line is busy. I have sent some screenshots regarding my messages and confirmation of my deduction of my money from my bank account. Please help.

              Yesterday i had booked a flight from agartala to kolkata and also my bank balance got deducted and i have also got the message. But i have not got the e-ticket and also not got my money back into my bank account. Still my bank balance is showing that my money has been debited successfully and it has reached into ixigo account. I have given screenshots of my messages which i had received yesterday.                 Dear sir,

                I have already filed tdr. Please its screenshot given below. I had booked a confirmed e-ticket in satabdi train on dt 14.12.19
                By ixigo app from howrah to puri. But this train's on-boarding station (Howrah) was diverted from howrah to khargpur on that day.
                For this very reason, i was unable to attend to catch this train from howrah. Immediately i informed to railway enquiry about this problem.
                They advised me to cancel the eticket through online. I tried but online cancellation was not done and then i had filed a tdr,
                Whose details are given below.

                Details of e-ticket :

                Journey date - 14.12.19 (Hwh to puri)

                On verification the case vide Registration No[protected] has been settled for Rs.1170/- and same will be forward to IRCTC
                very shortly and the same will be credited by IRCTC to partys Account .

                I have checked my refund status in the link you have provided and found below status (screenshot) for your reference.
                Here it is mentioned that, amount is refunded & cheque issued to you (IRCTC) in case of E/I ticket. But in this trail mail,
                you said that, IRCTC not received refund from EAST COAST RAILWAY. Once refund is received from EAST COAST
                RAILWAY the same will be credited back to my account. But, till date, no such amount is credited to me.

                So please, verify this refund case and intimate me accordingly.

                Dear IRCTC,

                As per your link provided for knowing the refund status, it is seen that, amount is refunded to you by cheque mode.
                But till date, no such amount is credited to my account.

                I do not understand that, why the ticket return amount (Rs 1170/-) neither be credited nor you may confirm even after
                sending several reminders. Already 1 month & 10 days have passed for this matter, but such amount is not credited
                after you committed /agreed for refund (see below screen shots).

                Pls confirm me when will I get my refund money, else I will go to consumer court very soon.

                I have checked my HDFC credit card account unbilled transaction status, where no such refund amount @ Rs 1170/-
                has credited me. Also talked with HDFC customer care regarding this matter & found no such amount credited to me.

                Today is already 29.01.2020 and as per you, the refund date is shown 16.01.2020, so how could it possible that,
                2 weeks have passed but refund amount is not showing in my bank account unbilled transactions.

                Attached below screenshot (credit card unbilled transactions as on date) for your reference.

                Please investigate this seriously and confirm me as soon as possible.

                    Hello there...I have booked a round trip flight from hyderabad to dehradun and return on 5th of february 2020 and have done transaction by upi though the google pay app...the amount has been debited from my account but I did not recieve any confirmation regarding the tickets...i would request you to kindly look into the issue as soon as possible and get my money refunded...thank you..

                      I booked a ticket of indian railways through ixigo. It was for 11 dec 19 trip id ixitr[protected], mariani jn-new delhi. Wed, 11 dec. ₹10, 737
                      Pnr: [protected]train 12423 dibrugarh rajdhani. Train was partially cancelled and instead of originating from dibrugarh it started from guwahati due caa protests. I was supposed to board from mariani jn and train did not touch the station due partial cancellation. A tdr was filed by me. I am getting no response in spite of repeated calls to ixigo, irctc, indian railways a tdr was filed by me

                          This is regarding the issue where i tried to book a flight ticket from ahmedabad to chennai for 27th february (Departure from ahmedabad on 27th and arrival in chennai early hours of 28th), the payment has gone through but i haven't received my ticket.

                          I contacted customer care and they asked me to write to "[protected]@ixigo.com" and apply for a refund. It's been 3 days and there has been no response.

                          I've attached a screenshot i made successfully through google pay upi as proof of purchase.

                          I request you to kindly process the refund and let me know how long it will take.

                            Hi ixigo,

                            Heard a lot about your prestigious reputation in booking market but it was all a false pretense. I booked a ticket yesterday from agra to bangalore for 27th april 2020. I made the payment via upi gateway using googlepay but didn't receive any ticket. There is no way to contact your complaint redress cell via phone and you don't reply to any emails either. Please look into the issue as soon as possible. I have attached the payment receipt of googlepay transaction.

                              Through my recent transaction in ixigo, an amount of rupees 1957 has been deducted from my amount..

                              When i was trying to book a ticket, due to some technical issues the transaction was failed but the amount was deducted, and the refund was not initiated..

                                I booked 2 train tickets as on 31jan 2020 for which [protected]@axisbank requested for the payment of the tickets on my bhim upi i made the payment but my tickets booking was unsuccessful and the payment was successful.                                   I heard a great about ixigo flights application. I trusted the application and have done my transaction but i never expected this would happen.

                                  Please go through my problem and resolve it soon. I would be thankful to ixigo team.

                                  This is about a concern regarding money transaction to ixigo flights merchant mobile application for booking four (4) flight tickets on 11th january, 2020 from jaipur to vijayawada through phonepe, andhra bank upi.

                                  My money (Rs.22060) got deducted and my phonepe transaction is successful. However, my tickets were not confirmed. As reference, kindly check the attached file which contains phonepe payment receipt.

                                  I tried to contact ixigo customer service on the same day. They said we didn’t receive your amount, please check with your bank.

                                  Then i contacted my bank they said had sent me an attachment stating payment is successful from their end. Please contact ixigo.

                                  When i contact ixigo they said contact with bank, when i contact my bank they said contact ixigo, vice-versa : (: (: (.

                                  I also mailed the bank statement to ixigo mail id but no response yet.

                                  It’s almost altogether 15 days but still i didn’t got my money back. Therefore, i sincerely request you to solve my problem as soon as possible and refund my money back.

                                    Sir mera refund aana tha is app se but ab tak refund nahi aaya hai ye bolte hai humne amount initiate kar dia hai account me but actual me vo amount phonepe ke through aani thi because maine phonepe se payment ki thi and phonepe wale bol rahe hai ki inhone koi bhi amount ab tak initiate nahi kia hai sir inhe call karo toh bolte hai bank ko karo bank ko karte hai yoh bolte hai inhe karo but sir aaj 13 days ko gaye but ab tak mera refund nahi aaya.
