I booked my train tickets one week ago from ixigo app, and there went some technical issue and my money deducted from my account and i dint receive the tickets, so i have not yet received my refund of amount rs-6817, my booking id: ixitr[protected], please help me with this issue as there is none other way to contact ixigo app related issue, i have tried alot even searching online
