This is to inform that i am fed up again asking in my email about query and sort out. Bludy you are doing this me same since morning till 9 am to 11:pm how many times i will give you explanation about my frustration of loosing my money and time because of your ignorance and liar comments of Air India Tickets cancel.

MY Booking ID also mentioned to your bluddy customer service all were different people cutting of my phone plus again again repeating asking my ticket and booking number..since morning 9:00 Am to 6:00 PM were asking me to call back again they did-int neither support or answer my query.

BY booking details was JGSMG Pnr number was [protected]

Today i receive email 03/10/2019 that as my Previous flight details as follows:

I inform if i want to go @ 5:00 PM Flight i can book that time only why i should booked on 4:00 Pm. I try to explain and convince customer service again again and again every time i rang every time different people ask again again question.

I ask customer service to cancel my ticket or change my ticket as i have meeting @ Delhi International Airport with one of my client i can not delay that hence i booked @ 4:00 PM instead of 5:00 Pm. One female keep me hold and at last she said Air India can not cancel your tickets this was totally liar never accepted and she said you call to Air India ask them...This was lied and bullish answer from your customer service.

You Know what i rang Air India People there customer service said we have no issues of cancel your ticket that your ixigo is lieing to you to cancel or change the tickets.

still there was no updates from your side only i received email @ 6:15 PM when I put comments on your side.

Where were you people when my query was ignoring plus liar with me and now again asking explanation when i was frusted with you people from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM...

Still you need explanation i have to rebooked my tickets with different way.

SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY ASKING AGAIN AND AGAIN EXPLANATION.

NEIHER YOU REFUND MY MONEY I REBOOK MY TICKETS AGAIN WITH OTHER AIRLINES... INSTEAD OF YOUR COMPANY NEGGILIIANCE UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND IGNORENCE YOU PEOPLE WASTED MY MONEY AND WHOLE DAY.

    This is a headache for me we booked ticket on 30 of aug 2019 for 6 oct 2019 air india and i received email that flight timing is now from ai 144 - 5:pm to 4:pm instead of ai 687 - 4:pm to 5:00 pm.. I for ward the mail to this people and they are saying flight can nit cancel as air india saying not possible as i was having meeting in airport as soon as i reached delhi with flight no. Ai 687. I rang them several time ixigo customer service since 9:00 to 5:00 pm. I personally rang air india they change my tickets then. These people are fraud no helpful just give you headache plus bead experience of ignoring and lieing and waste of hrs and hrs 9 hrs they wasted mine.

      Tonight i booked a ticket through ixigo app, for a wl ticket. After the payment process and receiving sms saying the it has been charged to my card, the booking still does not appear in my account. It remains as "booking pending" in the transaction page, itip id: ixitr[protected]

      Please advise what this means? Was the booking successful or not if i have already been charged?

The refund has already been initiated and will reflect in your bank account in 7 working days. You should get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your bank account.

      Please note: For faster refunds, you can set up ‘Instant Refunds’ on ixigo. All you need to do is link your UPI ID, with your ixigo account.

      Please follow these steps to set up Instant refunds on ixigo:
      1. Visit the ‘Profile’ section on the app
      2. Click on the ‘Instant Refund’ option
      3. Enter your UPI ID
      4. Accept the terms & conditions and click on continue

      If you still face any issue, do let us know. We are always an email away!

        Booked a flight on 26th of august from pune to delhi and amount has been debited from the account but the flight booking got canceled, its been a month now still not got the refund. The email id is [protected]@gmail.com

          Booked a flight on the 26th of august from pune to delhi, the amount was debited from the account but flight booking got canceled. It's been more than a month now i still not got a refund.             Hello sir/madam,
            I tried booking 3 times on ixigo app on 26th of sept and payment had been deducted but booking failed, i have been trying to contact ixigo support via chat and email as well as on their support number but there’s either the bot speaking or no response to the mails.
            I already shared the screenshots of payment transactions id with them on their mail id but as i am getting no response, i strongly feel there’s some dirty mind idea behind the booking failures to keep the money with themselves and it might be on a large scale that it need your intervention.

              Sir, I tried booking tickets from Bangalore to Chennai on Oct 1, 2019 and while booking I made payment through Amazon pay . My money got deducted and no tickets been generated
              Amazon had confirmed that money is successfully transferred to ixigo account
              I couldn't find the transaction in app and don't know how to get refund of Rs.1939

              Am unable to contact customer care of ixigo and helcenter doesn't load in their mobile application

                Pls reply very sincerely & seriously to this message as ixigo not giving proper reply to our refund query and we have been struggling since 17days to contact your company.

                Prerecorded tara & prerecorded ivrs on the call made it very difficult to reach your company they have no useful information.

                We have our latest bank statements attached to this mail as a proof and also correspondence with your company only to hear a prerecorded ivrs and prerecorded tara.

                Pls seriously look into the matter it does not suit your company's goodwill.

                Pls reply with a solid proof and refund details so that i don't need to reach twitter with this post.

                Finally my complaint adressed by ixigo received a call from them after Consumer complaint forum sent my complaint to them.. I'm thankful to Indian Government's Consumer forum for their Effort in notifying ixigo Everyone looking for resolution to their complaints do come here and register their complaints only then these companies react

                  Yesterday i tried to book a ticket from visakhapatnam to guntur...in ixigo application... But i took some time to complete my payment... My money was deducted from paytm but ixigo page said the transaction was timed out and my booking was not done... Please help me to recieve my money back...                   That's the main problem...I cannot find anything related to the booking in ixigo app...I payed the money from paytm...but in ixigo it said transaction timed out...and I cannot see anything about the booking, the only evidence I had was my UPI reference ID from paytm...so please help me out and give my money back as soon as possible...

                    I have made the transaction to book ticket from ixigo app. I made the payment through upi (Google pay). Amount deducted from my account. I made the payment through google pay to ixigo upi [protected]@okaxis.
                    The transaction made on 15th september. Bank said amount successfully transferred to merchant. Amount not returned as of now. Please look into the matter. As it is long due. Upi transaction i'd :[protected]

                      I was book a train ticket from ixigo by upi
                      The amount has been sent successfully to ixigo but ixigo show me in transaction history payment failed and they can't give my refund back and i connect the ixigo company but they told me to connect to the bank but when i connect to the bank they told me your amount successfully be sent here is no any problem at that time

                      I have booked the tickets on 27th of this month and it says that the payment has been failed and ticket is not confirmed but the money got deducted from my account i.e;upi wallet .Please make sure that the money is refunded

                        I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose phonepe for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "parameter missing.." but in phonepe statement its showing "transaction with phonepe successful". Debited amount - 1591, date and time :28 sep 2019, 02:59 pm and transaction ID: C1909281459061840955036. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 1591 asap.

                          I booked a train ticket, they didnt even ask my irctc password. Amount of 7395 got debited from my account but no confirmation from ixigo about it. App shows no past booking.. They dont even a customer care to call. Please refund my amount of 7395. Atleast make a customer care no.                             I had booked a train ticket from krishnarajapuram to katpadi in chennai express on 22nd september, 2019 but the booking did not take place successfully only the amount from my account was taken and it showed that session expired hence the transaction failed. I had received an message that i would receive the money in 5 days. I haven't received it yet. When will i get my refund money?

                              On 1 august 2019 i has booked tickets but two time booking fail and last booking is confirmed and than first fail booking amount is received in my account but second time deducted amount is not received, i have already discussed our bank costumers care he ask me this amount is credited to this account number last 4digit. 1645, so who can solve this problem. Ixigo team not doing any action, deducted amount is 1865/-

                                I booked my train ticket from ixigo app. Now i want to cancel my ticket but i got message that you can't cancel it through ixigo app since you didn't booked through app. I got message to contact concerned travel agency but i didn't get any details to contact them. I mailed ixigo team but i didn't get any further updates. If i get any contact details of travel agency to cancel my ticket it will be helpful for me. But ixigo unable to provide that details. Please help me.

                                  Today from ixigo site i booked train ticket from bangalore to nizamuddin railway station for 28 th oct. It was rajdhani express. My (3855) amount is debited but booking confirmation email is not send. I opened ixigo site my bookings in that error was coming. It seems like no booking is done and no transaction is visible. Urgently i need to go delhi. I want my refund till 26th sep. I want my amount to get refund as soon as possible. Hope u will work on that.
                                  Kindly do action as soon as possible.

                                    5th September I tried to book a TICKET i x igo all the information is fill up successfully on payment page I select phonepe app for payment. The payment is successful from phonepe I have a transaction ID but ticket was not booked i x i g o payment failed written in the payment page contact customer care sad 5 working days your payment was refunded to the bank but 20 days are going but the Mount is not refund I tried to to contact the customer care but number is busy always very poor service please help me to refund my amount from i x i g o.

                                    Aapko kya karna hai Mai screenshot bhi bheja hu payment ka phone pe app ka aap check karo spne bank a/c me Mai contact Kiya phonepe Ko payment successful hua hai ye aapka matter hai mujhe mera paisa return chahiye .nahi to Mai COURT ME FILE KARUNGA MERE PAAS PURA TRANSACTION RECORD HAI YE AAPKI PROBLEM HAI

                                      Hi i have booked a ticket from mysore to chennai and the booking is shown as pending. The amount has been deducted to my account but no ticket has been issued. I am also unable to cancel the ticket due to this. The reason for this might be a timeout when redirected to irctc page for generating the ticket. Kindly assist me with this concern.

The refund has already been initiated and will reflect in your bank account in 7 working days. You should get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your bank account.

                                      Please note: For faster refunds, you can set up ‘Instant Refunds’ on ixigo. All you need to do is link your UPI ID, with your ixigo account.

                                      Please follow these steps to set up Instant refunds on ixigo:
                                      1. Visit the ‘Profile’ section on the app
                                      2. Click on the ‘Instant Refund’ option
                                      3. Enter your UPI ID
                                      4. Accept the terms & conditions and click on continue

                                        28th sept 9:45 am indigo flight from ranchi
                                        30th sept 5:50 am air india flight from kolkata

                                        However i haven’t received my ticket yet.
