didn't get refund amount of the tatkal waiting ticket

I am naveen, I have booked a Tatkal ticket through ixigo app. The Tatkal ticket has waiting list TQWL 37 in the starting then came to TQWL 27 till the chart preparation. Then, as per the Tatkal rules, any Tatkal waiting ticket if not confirmed seat then the amount will refunded to the customer by automatically cancelling the ticket. But I didn’t get the amount. Can you help me. If this is the case, I would never use ixigo app again....

I booked ticket from ixigo and the amount was paid from my account but the ticket was not booked and it will be ashamed that there is no helpline no. Too so where i have ask about it and how do i informed. When we book ticket so it would shown that your ticket booking was failed. Now i request you to refund my amount to my account if the ticket was not booked

    I was booking a train ticket from lko to gkp for 2 feb 2019 and i clicked on upi option... Then proceeded with the payment on google pay. And then amount debited from account here is the message from my bank
    Rs 460 with upi id ref[protected]

    And then i switch to ixigo app to continue the booking nut it showd me a error and went to payment page again... I got no messages from ixigo or irctc regarding booking... Payment is debited from my account and no booking is completed and there is no. Information regarding the transaction on ixigo app or website... I need refund and ixigo doesnt have phone number to contact or anything like that please help...

      I have booked flight from calicut to mumbai on june 5th on the booking id[protected]. The ticket fare was 12072 and the refund was only 2491. What is this..! The cancellation has done on 28 may. The details of cancellation policy is required as soon as possible. One of the ticket has been cancelled before 2 days and the other two was on 28 th. The refund amount is actually one fifth of the total amount.. This is really unacceptable. Please do the needful and give a reply

      All bookings that are cancelled, a cancellation penalty is levied by the airline as well as the issuing agency. The cancellation fee is mentioned, not only at the time of booking but also at the time of cancellation.

        Sir i have try to book train ticket but session expired and amount deduct from account. Pls refund th same amount. Amount 1883.63 transaction id[protected] date 29 may 19 time 19:54 le travenues technology private ltd. Amount approved by upi. After that session expired. So i can't book ticket. Same amount not refund till now. Pls rectified my issue.

          On 27 march 2019, I booked train from Tirunelveli to Tirupur (Train No- 22667) order ID:IXITR[protected] . Due to some internet issue I couldn't got ticket and you received my payment.. still I can't get money from you.

            Hi,

            I was trying to book tickets from palani to trivandrum one day before. I had opted googlepay upi mode of payment. It was hung for some time while the payment was done, after few minutes later, money got deducted, but there was no indication regarding the ticket and transcation details in "ixigo" app. So it has not come under either successful or failed transcation history.

            How can i get my money refunded?

                      I have booked ticket from thalassery to ernakulam on 14th may which cost rs.960 which was in yhe waiting list .. when the final chart prepared my ticket got cancelled.. and i recieved messgae from ixigo app that they will refund my money by 4, 5 working days.. now it is 10th working day and i didint get my refund back to my account..i have contacted their customer care team everyday till now..they didnt take any further actions to solve my complaint.. please check and take necessary action..

                        I have booked railway tickets from hubli to bangalore on 25th may 2019. Payment was failed and 913rs got deducted from my bank account. There is no record about the ticket in the application nor i got sms/email from ixigo about payment failure. How will i get the amount back and to whom i must contact.                               I had booked a flight ticket from ranchi to banglaore today. The transaction was done but I got no confirmation of the ticket, henceworth amount deducted from my account. I did emailed on ixigo email id but still not getting any reply whether they will refund or ticket is cofirmed. This ixigo app don't even provide customer care no.for help. Worst experienced ever from this app.
                              They should take some quick action regarding such problems.
                              I want my money back or confirmation of my ticket.

                                Kindly add customer care number if possible and send any updates in SMS or email for failed transactions. Unnecessarily customer is waiting in confusion. Due to this failed transaction and without any updates I waited for 4 days to re-book ticket. During this waiting period same flight ticket cost has been doubled. I hope you will understand the state of your genuine customers.

                                  I canceled my ixigo train trip of 20th June 2019. My PNR no was [protected]. When I canceled my trip I only got refund of ₹4330 excluding the agent and service charge fee of ₹130. So I request you to refund me my that money. At the time of booking I did not know that ixigo will charge ₹100 as payment charge. If you do not refund my ₹130 back then i will file a case against ixigo as money doesn’t grow on trees. Please have to word hard to earn such money and you people cannot take our money by fooling us. So refund my my money. Thank You in advance.

                                  Greetings from ixigo.

                                  We appreciate your valuable feedback. For all bookings, we charge a minimal service fee apart from the applicable Payment Gateway fee. Gateway fees are the costs charged by organisations for accessing to the networks that handle the financial data processing of on line purchases. On this booking there was service fee of INR 30 and payment gateway charges of INR 100.72. You can avoid paying Payment Gateway fees if you use Bhim UPI for payment.

                                  We do not charge any cancellation fees, however the original service fee and any payment fees paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
                                  I booked a ticket on 14th may
                                  time - 2.11 pm from borivali to surat amount- 551 and transaction got failed. My money got debited and still dint received my money back. Below attached is the screenshot which mention payment id and order id.
                                  Please refund my payment at soonest.

                                    I had booked a ticket having pnr no. [protected] from ghaziabaad to prayagraj on 10/05/2019 but it was communicated that ticket was not confirmed and i will receive my refund amount within 5 days but till date i have not received my refund amount i had called irctc and i was told that irctc had refunded my 610 rupees on 12/05/2019 to ixigo but ixigo has not refunded my money. So it is requested to refund my amount at the earliest.

                                      My PNR [protected]. Train no.16795 from TBM to CUPJ. The total cost of ticket is Rs.198. I cancelled it since it was in waiting list even after the chart is prepared. Ixigo is refunding only Rs.55. Kindly explain. Usually in Irctc I get full refund for this case.
