Hi,

I have canceled the flight ticket on[protected], but i haven't received the refund yet. I have tried to reach to ixigo customer care and i have sent a lot of mails for the same but i haven't got any reply from their end. They don't have any customer care no. On which you can speak directly to them. The details are as below:

Still, I haven't received a refund.
I have done my reservation through ixigo Money is deducted it booking is stuck on pending and not even giving me any option to process what to do with this and even they are not responding on chat

    I booked my flight on 16 June but then I cancelled it I have also taken the liberty general insurance but now they are not picking up my phone I tried to call them alot but they are not picking up my phone since 2 month is passed but they are not giving me the refund money yet and now they are sending me that my problem is resolved I am bit frustrated not but they are not picking up my phone please help

    I cancelled my train ticket in 10 july. But yet my refund money is not credited...
    I booked a ticket on 26 june but it was not booked and the refund is not generated yet
    Today I was booking a ticket and worngly the app deducted the money 2 thimes. Kindly refund the access money you have. The Amount is Rs 1030.98. I was booking ticket from Delhi to Ahmedabad. Transaction no upi/[protected]@axisb/[protected]/Le Travenues Technology Pvt Ltd. Dated 01/08/2019.

      To be quite honest and apt with my words, this company is fake, fraud and untrustworthy. My total amount Rs.3, 138 has been deducted and has not been returned to me. Actually, Rs.938 was deducted was in the process of refunding, however, this company didn' t inform me when my amount Rs. 938 was refunded to me and when I made a call to know the valid information they could do nothing, but just to make blame excuses and later Rs. 2, 000 was deducted. With such distrust and disloyalty towards the customers ; no one would be able to make a swift transactions. Furthermore, it would infuriate the customers and thereby reduces the users. So this is my honest and genuine information to you that you should't become a victim of this fraud and fake company. Do not ever trust this company and if you do then be prepared to face the mischance. So I am making an honest request to you not to use this company henceforth. Though I have been bitterly doomed I would't want to, though my money has been deducted and un-refunded I would want you to be safe from their evil clutches .They are nothing but just useless fellows who has cheated in the past just to acquired a position in the Indian bank. I would't say "Indian bank" for they are just spoiling the reputation to be called as Indians. Afterall this comany has showed their true colour..

        I want my money back The ticket was not booked but still my money was deducted its been like 3 weeks already ixigo havent refunded my money yet so please do it or else i lm going to take action..When I talk with xigo center they are just ignoring it is this the way how they treat their customer ...

          My transaction failed during booking my railway ticket on 27 june 2019 and refund is still not intimated... I have already dropped a mail there on 19 july but my problem is not resolved yet. For more information i have attached a screenshot of mail received from the ixigo team.             Train ticket booked in ixigo has been canceled by ixigo as train cancelled. I checked in irctc site on my train cancellation before chart preparation but train shows active. I waited for 2 hours i tried getting my refund back before chart preparation hence ixigo say refund is zero and cheated 2000 rupees from me. I didn’t book in tatkal it’s a normal reservation only. I’m not able to cancel and get my money.

I’m trying to cancel the ticket from today morning onwards but your app is not allowing to cancel it saying an error “something went wrong, please try after sometime”.               I booked a flight from Ahmedabad to Delhi, made the transaction through UPI the amount is deducted from my account but the flight was not booked.

                Hi.

                I planned to book train tickets through your ixigo app from chennai central to ernakulam and made successful payment via debit card.

                But the ticket booking is still in pending also the amount is debited from my account.
                Will the booking confirmed or my amount will be refunded?

                  Today (27th july, 2019) morning i booked a ticket first from sirhind junction to bilaspur. On first booking the amount of rs 2491 got deducted from my account but later on a window poped up saying booking failed.                   Please note: For faster refunds, you can set up ‘Instant Refunds’ on ixigo. All you need to do is link your UPI ID, with your ixigo account.

                  I have booked irctc traintickets through ixigo on 21.07.2019 with PNR no. [protected]. now i wanted to cancel one ticket in this. But IRCTC online ticket cancellation is not accepting (objecting) and also irctc is responding as you are not booked tickets in irctc. why?

                        I booked a flight from delhi to ranchi on 7th aug, 2019. I paid the amount through upi app. Rs 2083 was deducted from my account but no ticket was issued.                           I've booked a flight ticket from ixigo mobile app today at 2:48 pm. An amount of rs 7619 got deducted, but the ticket was not booked. The details are as follows:

                          I have confirmed from my bank that the amount was credited to the beneficiary account.

                          I mailed them and tried to contact them, but there was no response from their end.

                            I had booked ticket from DEL to VNS flight for 2nd July 2019 and cancelled the flight and they provide no refund.
                            However to get reimburse of amount i need to provide the refund invoice and they are not providing the refund invoice.

                              I booked 6 ticket from balasore to howrah on 28th july in bbs jan shatabdi, train no-12074 by the ixigo app
                              So at first it debited the amount 797. 94 rupees and then a messege came from ixigo that they couldn't book ticket and re book my ticket the debited amount refund in 5 working day.
                              So i booked 6 ticket by paying the same amount again.
                              Still now the amount is not refunded i put the screenshot of both booking details

                                Today i booked an air ticket from guwahati to silchar. But the amount has been deducted and ticket not booked.

                                But as i had to visit silchar so i had no other choice but to booked it again.

                                Now what about my earlier transaction. When it will be refunded???

                                I am attaching the screenshot of sms received from hdfc after the amount get deducted.

                                I need my amount..
                                That's all.

                                Also cheap ticket cc sucks. I have called them several times but no response.

                                I have booked a ticket from Kumbakonam to Chennai on 21st July 2019 night. Unfortunately the ticket amount is deducted but I didn't receive my eticket and I have paid the money through UPI

                                  I booked my ticket from howrah to chennai in train no.12841 coromandal exp. And i cancelled ticket partly two times on 19/04/2019. I recived my one amount of rs. 1680/- on 26/04/2019 but i didn't get the another amount of rs.1680/-. The booking od no. Is ixitr[protected]. Please clarify that why the amount has not been credit in my account i suffered from three months for that.

                                        I have booked train ticket from mdu to kpd with booking id : ixitr[protected] and mdu to sa with booking id : ixitr[protected] on 5th july 2019. For both tickets, amount of rs. 1295.36 and rs.1173.59 were deducted but tickets were not confirmed.
                                        For which, i received message for refund that will be credited in my account within 5 days. Till date, no money has been credited in my account.
                                        Please do the needful and make refund as early as possible.

                                        A round trip from hyd to Delhi was booked on 8th July
                                        After booking..e ticket shows swapped trip.
                                        Flight which was supposed to be hyd to delhi is showing delhi to hyd and other round is also reversed here.
                                        Please into this complaint at earliest.
