I've booked a flight ticket from ixigo mobile app today at 2:48 pm. An amount of rs 7619 got deducted, but the ticket was not booked. The details are as follows:

I have confirmed from my bank that the amount was credited to the beneficiary account.
The ticket was from "bom-rdp, sun, sep 1" & from "rdp-bom, tue, sep 10".
I mailed them and tried to contact them, but there was no response from their end.
