I booked train tickets many time 1. 4july 2019/ Malwa express. 180/- Rs. 2 July 2019 Jaipur Bhopal express.100/-Rs. 9 June 2019 Malwa express 180/-Rs . 2 June 2019 100/- Rs.. Jaipur Bhopal express. Advance money cute in my account but no refunds.Not 5 day. Nd customer care services number is no reached.
I booked train ticket on[protected] and due to some reason the booking was cancelled but the money is not refunded and today's date is[protected].
The train number was 12111 CSMT AMI Express. Order Id: IXITR[protected]
Even I contacted my bank but the money was not refunded.
So please see to my complaint and reply asap.Thank you

    We booked Indigo flight with PNR no. DD6LSF on date 25 may 2019 via ixigo but same was cancelled on 06 june 2019.
    Indigo confirmed that refund amount of flight approx 6900 has been sent to ixigo but same has not been received in my ixigo wallet nor in my account.

    May please resolve above issue at earliest.

        Booking i'd 19184940, pnr ldlzhf booked with zero cancellation fee. But not showing on ticket.
        I want to reschedule my ticket with other flight on same date or cancel my ticket with zero cancellation.
        Cheap ticket tool free person says you have no option of cancellation. They misbehaving us. Take action against them.
        Please arrange my ticket reschedule in another flight.

          Hi, i tried booking a ticket on ixigo site today morning. Pnr-[protected], after entering the otp the payment page went blank and all white. I waited for 7-8 minutes and later found that my ticket is auto cancelled and the amount of 872/- is deducted.

          Now they say - only 625/- would be refunded.. And 190/- is the irctc agent charge.
          I didn't cancel my ticket. I was auto-cancelled. I need a complete refund if 872/-. It's a harassment and i would like this to be escalated.

              Hello receiver,
              Yesterday i booked a flight for 30th july, 2019. The payment has been done of 3151 to the la travenues technologhy pvt. Ltd. But the irony is my flight has not been booked yet. It is as frustrating as you could never imagine. Please book my flight or else refund me the money back as soon as possible. And believe me yesterday i thought that my money got vanished. I lost hope but today someone special called me and shouted like hell to do this #. Help!!!

                Sir 2 hours before i made payment to ixigo as ixigo requested the fair for the train ticket then i paid the fare via phone pay app
                — — — (-from bandra to new delhi which is on 18 july-) — — -
                Then after paying the fare i forgot to return back on the ixigo app to fill the password and captcha for getting ticket and by mistake my phone get switch off after just paying the fare

                Now sir my account is deducted but i didn’t get any trip id or ticket
                Neither i receive any mail or msg by ixigo regarding that ticket

                I hv only request msg made by ixigo for paying the fare for ticket and i have the receipt which i paid to ixigo

                Now sir i want to cancel that ticket as it was already is in wait list n i want refund sir
                Pls help me

                      today i was doing bus ticket booking from ahmedabad to pune by considering that ixigo is a good platform for bookings as i had good experiences in train ticket bookings.

                      But after payment done there was no any notification by you & money deducted from my account.
                      even, i’ve checked history on app also but there is nothing there.
                      what’s the problem? please revert back immediately.

                        Hello team, i am kankan tried to book ticket through ixigo app. Interestingly on the payment tab i choose bhim upi which let me to approve payment wich 3 min wait time. Once i returned back to ixigo app to continue with the booking after payment the app restarted itself with no details left for me. There is a bank payment reference no. Not sure if i can share the same here. Please help to get the money back asap

                          I was booking tickets from delhi to kanpur for 22nd october using upi payment mode on ixigo app... Using my mobile number [protected] and irctc i’d kbhatia123

                          The money (6290) was deducted from my upi app and the ixigo website took me back to the passenger list page.. I checked on irctc website and ixigo too there is no mention of this transaction in successfull or failed?

                          I did book tickets again for to and fro from new delhi to kanpur however money has been deducted thrice... I need my 6290 back... I spoke to irctc they say i need to talk to ixigo however there is no customer service for ixigo... Pls help me

                              On 04th may 2019 at 08:11 am, i tried to book train ticket from ballari to secunderabad through ixigo train app and gone for upi paytm payment. After my account got debited with an amount of rs.549.88 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.

                              These don’t have a customer care service also. Please help me..

                                I have booked train ticket from ixigo apps as on 23.06.19 and cancelled this ticket same day and another ticket booked in same day in another train. Refund of cancelled ticket amount rs.1080/- not refunded till 05.07.19 where as during the cancellation process, your refund amount to be credited within 04 to 05 days in concern bank. After waiting of 10 days i talk with ixigo helpline for the same, she (Tara) is saying your refund has been processed by our end, contact to concern bank, when i contacted with bank, bank told me that bank not received any amount rs.1080/- between 23.06.19 to 05.07.19 behalf of your account where as ixigo apps is showing refund status is success and irctc is not showing refund status success.

                                  Why not refund in my money
                                  Second id ixitr[protected]i have booked on ticket bhandara road to nizamudin on 02 jun 2019 payment is deducted rs 1629

                                    I cancelled my waiting list train ticket using ixigo app. The ticket was booked using the same app. I have received refund amount on my first ticket but did not receive refund for my return ticket which was cancelled very immediate after first.
                                    Ixigo does not have customer care number, they have so called help centre where i tried to chat several time but no response from them. Now i dont know how i can contact them they even not specified any transaction number so my bank is unable to help me without transaction number

                                      Hi,

                                      My IRCTC tickets got cancelled due to monsoon. I had booked 4 tickets on different days starting from Monday, 1st Jul 2019 to Thursday, 4th Jul 2019.

                                      The agent - ixigo trains is not refunding the agent charges of ₹ 15/- per ticket. Now, when IRCTC refunds the full ticket amount why is IXIGO not refunding agent charges.

                                        Arounf 11:20am today .. i was trying to book the tatkal ticket on your app but the payment deducted of my tatkal ticket amount .. but any imformation about this transaction was not given to me by ixigo whether the ticket is booked or not .. after that i tried lot about to contact the ixigo service centre for this .. but didn't help any thing .please help me because tommorow the train will be if the ticket was booked .. tell me about whether the ticket is booked or not .. and what about my payment which was deducted ... my phone no. is [protected] and the email-id is [protected]@gmail.com.. please tell me faster about this .. as soon as possible
