agent charges

Hi,

My IRCTC tickets got cancelled due to monsoon. I had booked 4 tickets on different days starting from Monday, 1st Jul 2019 to Thursday, 4th Jul 2019.

The agent - ixigo trains is not refunding the agent charges of ₹ 15/- per ticket. Now, when IRCTC refunds the full ticket amount why is IXIGO not refunding agent charges.

Kindly address.

train tatkal ticket is not booked but payment deducted of tatkal ticket

Arounf 11:20am today .. i was trying to book the tatkal ticket on your app but the payment deducted of my tatkal ticket amount .. but any imformation about this transaction was not given to me by ixigo whether the ticket is booked or not .. after that i tried lot about to contact the ixigo service centre for this .. but didn't help any thing .please help me because tommorow the train will be if the ticket was booked .. tell me about whether...

payment successful but in ixigo it shows nothing

I made a payment in ixigo for a train ticket through googlepay... Payment is successful but in ixigo app it shows nothing it doesn't provide trip id or anything about my payment & ticket
Plz provide me any information about this
I need a quick response from you because i need to book a ticket and the waiting list is increasing now... Tell me that the ticket booked or not...

train booking failure and amount deducted

I tried to book train ticket on 4th may 2019 through ixigo portal with upi payment which fail first time. Subsequently i tried and payment was through but nither booking happen nor notification of failure got.
I wrote many times to ixigo and icici management about the same. Ixigo managemnet has given in writen that they had received payment and my bank has confirm from ixigo bank (Axis bank) that they got money and credited to ixigo....

I booked a flight ticket from bengaluru to lucknow on 3rd june 2019 in the name of vaishnavi singh rana for 1st july 2019. But due to some reasons i had to cancel my ticket within half an hour. When i had a word with indigo over the mail, they told me that they have refunded the amount of inr 4261 to the agency account used for making the reservation...

did not refunded my amount

On 20th june 2019 at 6 pm while booking train for 2 persons from srikakulam to secunderabad faluknama express worth 893.73 failed to book two times yet now i didnt recieved my money
They told that within 5 working days i would recieve money but they didnt refunded me and they dont have proper customer care number. And my booking id 's are

refund pending since 1 month

I cancelled train tickets on diiferent different day for 4 passangers with same PNR-PNR: [protected]
Booking ID: IXITR[protected], 2 was cancelled on 19th and received the refund but 2 were cancelled on 27th and received the msg from IRCTC as well confirming tickets are cancelled, since then I am struggling to get my refund as I had to book tickets and because of this I couldn't.
I have been continuously following up on email...

I had made a flight booking on 20th may and the payment was made but the ticket wasnt booked, i did send a email to concerned but didnt get a response.

payment debited from account but ticket not generated

Dear Team,

I made the payment for a ticket from Hyderabad to Mumbai in the name of Tarun Karanam. The time of booking was 11:20am 19th June 2019.

My HDFC account XXXX1323 was debited for the booking amount of Rs 2487 (attached). However was not redirected to the page where the ticket is generated and neither have I received a confirmation email/ticket.

Kindly confirm in this case is a refund made...

money debited but my ticket not booked

I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose phonepe for payment but ticket was not booked and but in phonepe statement its showing "transaction with payuglobal successful". Debited amount - 250.69 transaction id- C1906191043529124352650. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund...

didn't get refund still now

On 10.6.19, i booked two tickets from chennai to erode in trivandrum express(12695). Because of personal cause I cancelled it with in an hour.

Nearly 1week passed
But still I didn't get my refund and also didn't get the refund date even
As per the rule the refund should be provided within 5 working days

Still I ddnt get

I need my refund as soon as possible

cancelled money refund

Hey I want to inform you that I have booked a ticket from ixigo
Dhanbad junction to New Delhi junction on 2 June from poorva express
And for any personal reason my trip was cancelled and I have cancelled the ticket and I have not get my cancelled money .
Whenever I tried to contact them they telling that there was a problem in auto refund money and they are telling this reason for more than 2 weeks...
