I have booked train ticket from ixigo apps as on 23.06.19 and cancelled this ticket same day and another ticket booked in same day in another train. Refund of cancelled ticket amount rs.1080/- not refunded till 05.07.19 where as during the cancellation process, your refund amount to be credited within 04 to 05 days in concern bank. After waiting of 10 days i talk with ixigo helpline for the same, she (Tara) is saying your refund has been processed by our end, contact to concern bank, when i contacted with bank, bank told me that bank not received any amount rs.1080/- between 23.06.19 to 05.07.19 behalf of your account where as ixigo apps is showing refund status is success and irctc is not showing refund status success.

      I cancelled my waiting list train ticket using ixigo app. The ticket was booked using the same app. I have received refund amount on my first ticket but did not receive refund for my return ticket which was cancelled very immediate after first.
      Ixigo does not have customer care number, they have so called help centre where i tried to chat several time but no response from them. Now i dont know how i can contact them they even not specified any transaction number so my bank is unable to help me without transaction number

        Hi,

        My IRCTC tickets got cancelled due to monsoon. I had booked 4 tickets on different days starting from Monday, 1st Jul 2019 to Thursday, 4th Jul 2019.

        The agent - ixigo trains is not refunding the agent charges of ₹ 15/- per ticket. Now, when IRCTC refunds the full ticket amount why is IXIGO not refunding agent charges.

          Arounf 11:20am today .. i was trying to book the tatkal ticket on your app but the payment deducted of my tatkal ticket amount .. but any imformation about this transaction was not given to me by ixigo whether the ticket is booked or not .. after that i tried lot about to contact the ixigo service centre for this .. but didn't help any thing .please help me because tommorow the train will be if the ticket was booked .. tell me about whether the ticket is booked or not .. and what about my payment which was deducted ... my phone no. is [protected] and the email-id is [protected]@gmail.com.. please tell me faster about this .. as soon as possible

            I made a payment in ixigo for a train ticket through googlepay... Payment is successful but in ixigo app it shows nothing it doesn't provide trip id or anything about my payment & ticket

            On 1 july i book a train ticket. The train ticket is not book but the amount is debited. I pay from paytm upi. The upi refer no is[protected]. Paytm say the amount is credited to axis bank ltd. I want my amount back because the train ticket is not booked.

                I tried to book train ticket on 4th may 2019 through ixigo portal with upi payment which fail first time. Subsequently i tried and payment was through but nither booking happen nor notification of failure got.
                I wrote many times to ixigo and icici management about the same. Ixigo managemnet has given in writen that they had received payment and my bank has confirm from ixigo bank (Axis bank) that they got money and credited to ixigo.
                Upi transaction id[protected]. Self has asked many times to ixigo to provide bank statement of that date which was not given.
                Ixigo has taken money and neither responding nor refunding.

                IXIGO team. Pl confirm the refund as confirm by you on 10th July through mail. As on there is no credit to my account.

                It is substantially delayed. Pl take it on priority.

                Still no resolution. It seems IXIGO management is not at all serious about customer.

                There banks given in written that they got money and crdited to Merchant.
                Charge of refund also rejected by IXIGO. Very difficult to deal with this management and portal service.

                    I booked a flight ticket from bengaluru to lucknow on 3rd june 2019 in the name of vaishnavi singh rana for 1st july 2019. But due to some reasons i had to cancel my ticket within half an hour. Booking id:[protected] flight: indigo 449 pnr: sk964n. After few days i got a refund of inr 990. When i had a word with indigo over the mail, they told me that they have refunded the amount of inr 4261 to the agency account used for making the reservation and that i have to contact the travel agency to claim the amount. I did the same and ixigo told me that they will refund rest of the amount within 5-7 working days. But now they are not responding to my mails. I have attached screenshots of both the mails. One from indigo and the other from ixigo in which they said they will refund the rest of the amount. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com and my contact number is +91 [protected]

                    I tried reaching them via call but no number is valid to reach them. Then I sent lots of email like 33-34 emails they responded to each but unable to solve my issue soon. Every one was saying it will be reversed within 7 working days but after 7 days same answer that they are working on my query but after around 1.5 months I got my refund finally. So thank you for that Ixigo.

                      On 20th june 2019 at 6 pm while booking train for 2 persons from srikakulam to secunderabad faluknama express worth 893.73 failed to book two times yet now i didnt recieved my money
                      They told that within 5 working days i would recieve money but they didnt refunded me and they dont have proper customer care number. And my booking id 's are

                      893.73 +892.73 =1786.46 of total amount i should recieve.
                      They are cheating people without providing proper number or mail to contact them.

                      Due to some reasons I had to cancel my bus from Allahabad to kanpur on 22june 2019. Since it was given that 274Rs will be refunded after cancellation charges in the bank linked with UPI but it did not returned the money.
                      Kindly return the money as soon as possible.
                      Actually i booked a train ticket from cuttack to bilaspur in puri haridwar express{utkal express} on 18.06.19 but the booking didn't take place successfully only the amount from my account was taken and i had received a mail about the refund of money.. When will i get my refund money credited and I want help regarding this refund

                        I booked a ticket through ixigo my booking failed but amount was deducted on complaining 3-4 times, they are saying check with your bank though they haven't provided me any reference number also and just like they do to their other customers they are asking me to wait.It was an upi payment still it has been more than 36 hours and my refund has been reflected in my account everytime they call and say refund has been initiated but they are liars they haven't even shared the RRN number as promised

                          I cancelled train tickets on diiferent different day for 4 passangers with same PNR-PNR: [protected]
                          Booking ID: IXITR[protected], 2 was cancelled on 19th and received the refund but 2 were cancelled on 27th and received the msg from IRCTC as well confirming tickets are cancelled, since then I am struggling to get my refund as I had to book tickets and because of this I couldn't.
                          I have been continuously following up on email but every time I am getting a reply that they have refunded on 19th, then what about the tickets cancelled on 27th? After continuous follow ups and warning I received a call from personal number of a representative assuring I will get my refund within 7-10 and same confirmation I received on email from IXIGO, I am following on the same since days but every time they are replying that amount has been refunded on 19th.

                              I booked my flight cost 3008.I got just 170 as a refund my cancelling the ticket...Ixigo is the worst app to book tickets..How can you gys be this careless...I tried calling you gys but you just gave false no and it is so difficult to contact.

Its being 2 month and yet i haven't got the refund of my journey.Another journey of 8 august 2018 from CSt to Nagpur, i have not got refund of this journey too.Its my humble request to pleasse look after my complaint and issue me the refund amount of my journey

                                  On 20-06-19 i booked ticket from kamakhya train station to Murkongselek i proceeded to the payment but after my money deducted from my account i didn't receive any ticket ixigo app redirected me to its home screen please provide me refund you are not even concern regarding your customers problem was it my fault that i trusted your application i have seen many complains of yours plz provide refund

                                  Hi..I booked a train ticket in ixigo on 6/6/19 but the booking failed and the refund is initiated.. but I haven't received any refund yet. Ixigo doesn't have any customer service phone to reach, the customer support chat is of no use as no human replying from their side. Kindly do help me to receive the refund

                                  BUGAHA to KOLKATA.But however its app show
                                  money refunded .i checked with my bank but no such transfer made .

                                    Actually i booked a train ticket from Shmata Vd Katra to Old Delhi in Jammu Mail on (06.06.2019) but the booking didn't take place successfully only the amount from my account was taken and it showed that the session got expired and i had received a mail about the refund of money and then I again book another ticket but cancelled it due to some other issues, which is also considered refundable.. When will i get my refund money credited and to check that if it was credited.. I want help regarding this refund

                                    Last 1 hours before I had paid the amount of 984 rup for railway ticket but after payment deducted no any msg or mail received. Let me confirm that why after payment deducted ticket not confirmed. If not satisfying answer from your end will go to another way.

                                      I booked a tatkal ticket from sagar to bhopal of rajyarani express. But it asked for payment.. I paid through gpay and the money got deducted and after that the booking says that it is pending.. How will I get refund. I want the ticket and the ixigo also did not ask me the irctc password. It just said that try again.. The site is not working

                                        Dear Team,

                                        I made the payment for a ticket from Hyderabad to Mumbai in the name of Tarun Karanam. The time of booking was 11:20am 19th June 2019.

                                        My HDFC account XXXX1323 was debited for the booking amount of Rs 2487 (attached). However was not redirected to the page where the ticket is generated and neither have I received a confirmation email/ticket.

                                        Kindly confirm in this case is a refund made and by when.

                                        I was booking two tickets on 18.06.19 then the payment done all sudden all stops and after opening the app there is no transaction id and i havent got any mail regarding tickets
                                        372 rupees not refund after 10 days.
