Hi,
My IRCTC tickets got cancelled due to monsoon. I had booked 4 tickets on different days starting from Monday, 1st Jul 2019 to Thursday, 4th Jul 2019.
The agent - ixigo trains is not refunding the agent charges of ₹ 15/- per ticket. Now, when IRCTC refunds the full ticket amount why is IXIGO not refunding agent charges.

We wish to inform you that Agent charges levied are Non-Refundable in nature as they are charged towards the expense incurred in the booking process.
Thus, in case of train cancellation as well entire ticket amount is refunded but not the Agent charges.

On 1 july i book a train ticket. The train ticket is not book but the amount is debited. I pay from paytm upi. The upi refer no is[protected]. Paytm say the amount is credited to axis bank ltd. I want my amount back because the train ticket is not booked.
Please solve my problem. ASAP
